Abstract

Hypertension is a chronic condition in which the blood pressure in the arterial wall increases, namely systolic blood pressure > 140 mmHg and diastolic > 90 mmHg, non-pharmacological treatment, namely complementary therapy in the category of manipulative and body based therapies, can reduce blood pressure, namely massage therapy with slow intervention methods stroke back massage This study aims to determine the effect of slow stroke back massage on changes in blood pressure in hypertensive patients at Pakuhaji Hospital Tangerang Regency. Quantitative research with Quasi Experimental design: Two group pretest-posttest design with Non Random (Non Probability) sampling technique with Accidental Sampling as many as 40 respondents. From the statistical test results paired sample t-test in the experimental group systolic blood pressure decreased by 10.4 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure decreased by 14.85 mmHg while the control group decreased systolic blood pressure by 3.25 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure decreased by 2. 75 mmHg The results of the mean value in the experimental group and the control group for systolic and diastolic blood pressure obtained a significance value (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a difference in the average pretest and posttest values ​​in the experimental group and the control group. Abstract

Elderly is someone who is over 60 years old. In the elderly there is an aging process which is a physiological process. The increase in blood sugar levels that are commonly experienced by the elderly due to the aging process can be prevented by exercising regularly. Elderly gymnastics is a light exercise that is easy to do and can be applied to the elderly. Research objective to determine the effect of elderly exercise on blood sugar levels in the elderly with diabetes mellitus. Research Methods: This study uses a quantitative method with a pre-post test. This study uses the Paired Samples T-Test which is used to determine the effect of elderly exercise on decreasing blood sugar levels before and after elderly exercise. The results of this study showed that the average value of GDS before the elderly exercise was 258.10 while after the elderly exercise was carried out it was 253.30 with an average decrease of 4.8. There is no effect of elderly exercise on blood sugar levels in the form of increasing blood sugar levels in the elderly.

Abstract

COVID-19 has placed a huge burden on the health care system, especially on health workers who are directly involved in handling COVID-19 patients. One of the burdens experienced by health workers is mental disorders such as anxiety, fear, stress, depression, panic, sadness, frustration, anger, and denial. Objective of this study to find out the Experience of Nurses in Caring for COVID-19 Patients in the Isolation Room of the Balaraja Hospital. The method used is qualitative research. The data analysis in this study used a verbatim script. Verbatim identification of key questions. Researchers carried out an internal interpretation process, data analysis tables, Participants' experiences. Psychological changes experienced by participants can be seen from the participants' expressions which stated that they were anxious about being exposed. the Covid-19 virus, the role and support received by participants can be seen from the participants' expressions which state that support from the family plays an important role in carrying out their duties as nurses for Covid-19 patients. Nurses get a lot of new experiences, such as new knowledge about Covid-19 and life experience.

Abstract

All nursing procedures provide information about the transmission of Covid-19, whether to elderly families or not, due to lack of knowledge about Covid-19 transmission. Covid-19 transmission. Objective to determine the effect of providing information on COVID-19 on the anxiety level of COVID-19 transmission in elderly families. This type of research is pre experimental, designed in the form of an experimental research design. The sample of this study was using total sampling, namely the entire population was sampled, namely as many as 85 families who had elderly people at home. The data was obtained by using the Zung Slef – Rating Axsiety Scale (Zung-S/RAS) questionnaire which provided information on the transmission of Covid-19. Univariate analysis using SPSS. Description of 85 respondents by age group 11-19 and 20-60 years, each of which is 8 (9%), and 77 people (90%), Most of them are male, namely 50 people ( 58%). The average score of anxiety on the effect of providing information on Covid-19 transmission is 57.8471 and most of the categories of mild anxiety are 55 (64%). There is an effect of providing information on Covid-19 transmission on the anxiety level of Covid-19 transmission in elderly families. There is an effect of providing information on the anxiety level of Covid-19 transmission in elderly families.

Abstract

Saat menuju dewasa, yaitu usia 10 sampai 19 tahun (WHO, 2018). Banyak hal yang dapat mempengaruhi sikap dan perilaku remaja sehingga akan berakibat terhadap kesehatan reproduksi. Seperti menjelang menstruasi. Gejala yang timbul adalah rasa tidak nyaman yang terjadi pada waktu singkat,mulai dari beberapa jam sampai beberapa hari, dan dapat menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan dan mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari. Gangguan yang sering terjadi menjelang menstruasi yakni premenstruasi sindrome (PMS) (Suparman, Pertiwi dalam Isramilda & Purwati, 2020). Tujuan umum pada penelitian ini yaitu agar dapat mengetahui hubungan antara aktivitas fisik pada remaja putri. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. deskriptif korelasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap hubungan korelatif antar variabel (Sugiyono, 2012). Karakteristik responden pada penelitian ini yang dapat disajikan terdiri dari umur responden, jenis kelamin responden. Karakteristik merupakan ciri atau tanda khas yang melekat pada diri responden dalam hal ini remaja putri.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Nomophobia (No Mobile Phone Phobia) adalah perilaku cemas atau ketakutan yang berlebihan disebabkan oleh seseorang saat jauh dari smartphone, kehilangan koneksi internet atau kehabisan daya baterai. Penderita nomophobia menghabiskan waktunya hanya untuk bermain media sosial, sehingga penderita nomophobia tidak memiliki waktu untuk belajar. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan perilaku nomophobia terhadap prestasi belajar remaja di SMAN 2 Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik Strafed Random Sampling dengan total sampel sebanyak 302 siswa. Hasil: Hasil uji korelasi menunjukan nilai p-value 0,001 < 0,05 yang berarti ada hubungan antara perilaku nomophobia terhadap prestasi belajar dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,185 yang menunjukkan keeratan variable lemah dengan hubungan kedua variable positif searah.

Abstract

Diabetes is a metabolic disorder characterized by abnormalities in carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism caused by decreased insulin secretion or decreased insulin sensitivity which causes chronic complications. Based on the results of health data in Tangerang City as one of the Provinces of Banten which has the highest prevalence of Diabetes Mellitus from other Regencies/Cities of 1.7% based on (Rikesdas 2013). The making of this paper is to find out how nursing care is for patients with type II DM. Nursing diagnoses that emerged in this case included unstable blood glucose levels, impaired gas exchange, and risk of electrolyte imbalance. Where the interventions carried out included hypoglycemia management, airway management, respiratory monitoring, inhalation drug therapy, and hypokalemia electrolyte management. The way to collect data on patients is by conducting interviews with patients and conducting primary and secondary assessments on patients. The results of the implementation include increased blood sugar, increased level of consciousness, decreased dyspnea, improved respiratory rate and oxygen saturation, electrolyte balance is expected to increase after 1x administration of KCl correction. From the results obtained 3 nursing diagnoses, 3 nursing outcomes, 3 nursing interventions.
