Abstract

This analysis is meaningful in order to know the effect of people development on regional economics performance in Pematangsiantar City. The analytical method used is a qualitative method in the form of descriptive, namely by using a method where the author analyzes the data obtained and describes through the events related to the problem. The results of this study show that there has been a very significant decline in the Development of Economic Growth in the City of Pematangsiantar at 2015-2020. Where that the degree of fiscal decentralization has an impact on economic growth. This is the impact of the degree of fiscal decentralization on economic development stating that the degree of fiscal decentralization has a negative effect on economic growth.

Abstract

The goals of this study are to: (1) analyze the day-to-day operations of the Bank for Foreign Exchange in Kota Medan; and (2) determine if the procedures for opening bank accounts there comply with the rules governing pending transactions. (1) Value for money-focused banking work at BPK Kota Medan is very good and adheres to three principles: efficacy, effectiveness, and warning; and (2) Opening a bank account at the BPK Kota Medan. This means that business initiatives must be carried out in a way that maximizes financial resources and is especially focused on the needs of the general populace or the local populace.

Abstract

Islamic financial institutions provide facilities that can be used by the community in the business sector to open up opportunities to build UMKM. UMKM are the main productive and competitive actors in the national economy. For this reason, the development of micro, small and medium enterprises needs to be the main priority of national economic development. This study aims to describe the role of Islamic financial institutions for UMKM in realizing economic development. This type of research is a literature review research with data sources obtained through a search on google schoolar with a number of predetermined variable keys. The results of this study include the role of financial institutions in the economy including the transfer of assets, transactions, liquidity and efficiency. Islamic financial institutions were established with the aim of promoting and developing the application of Islamic principles, sharia and their traditions into financial and banking transactions and related businesses.
