Abstract

Angkatan kerja Indonesia mayoritas bekerja dan berpendidikan rendah. Angkatan kerja yang bekerja justru paling banyak dari yang berpendidikan rendah atau pendidikan rendah justru tingkat penganggurannya paling kecil. Kondisi ini mendorong untuk diteliti faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan data survey angkatan kerja nasional (sakernas). Analisis penelitian menggunakan logit model untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi angkatan kerja. Sedangkan penggunaan multinomial logit model dilakukan untuk menguji faktor yang mempengaruhi tenaga kerja dan pengangguran berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan. Temuan dalam penelitian, pertama determinan angkatan kerja yaitu umur, jenis kelamin, wilayah, status pernikahan, upah dan sektor. Sedangkan faktor yang mempengaruhi tenaga kerja dan pengangguran bervariasi sesuai dengan tingkat pendidikan.

Abstract

n responding to challenges in the post-pandemic era and in order to fulfill the mandate of the strategic plan and RPJMD related to finding new alternatives to drive the economy through the creative economy, Mojokerto Regency, among others, has made several efforts to empower and stimulate the growth of a new creative economy in the fields of promotion, socialization and also financing. In addition to these empowerment efforts, identifying creative economy potential, challenges in development, creative industry distribution areas and creative economy financing mechanisms are other elements examined in this study. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods using primary and secondary data. The method used is interviews and data collection from the publication of agency/institutional documents. The purpose of this research is to find out the potential of creative industries in Mojokerto Regency, challenges in development, empowerment efforts, distribution areas, and creative economy financing mechanisms in Mojokerto Regency.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on Indonesia's economic conditions using a quantitative method, the Difference T-Test. The data is secondary from the Central Statistics Agency, focusing on GDP, unemployment, and poverty in 34 provinces in Indonesia. The study uses a different t-test, to test the hypothesis that there is a significant difference between before and after the pandemic covid-19. The result that indicating no significant difference in GDP before and after the pandemic, the unemployment rates before and after the pandemic are significantly different, and no statistically significant difference between poverty before and after the pandemic

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase the understanding and skills of Brangkal printing business actors in financial management. Through this training, business actors are expected to be able to manage their finances more effectively and efficiently, which in turn will improve the performance and sustainability of their business. The methods used in this training include material delivery, interactive discussions, and direct practice. The training material includes the basics of accounting, cash flow management, preparation of financial reports, and financial planning strategies. The results of this training show a significant increase in participants' understanding and ability to manage business finances. Participants also reported positive changes in the way they recorded and planned their finances, which resulted in increased operational efficiency and profitability of their businesses. Discussions in this training identified several challenges faced by business actors in implementing good financial governance, including limited resources and previous knowledge. However, through this training, business actors obtain practical solutions and support to overcome these challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menganalisis Pengelolaan Anggaran terhadap Kinerja Keuangan dan capaian terhadap visi misi pemerintah daerah kabupaten Mojokerto. Populasi penelitian ini ialah Pegawai Negeri Sipil di OPD-OPD di Kabupaten Mojokerto. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Temuan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan anggaran yang baik memiliki peran krusial dalam meningkatkan kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah. Penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara pengelolaan anggaran dan kinerja keuangan, dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,290 dan nilai signifikansi 0,001. Artinya, setiap peningkatan dalam pengelolaan anggaran akan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja keuangan, yang pada gilirannya mendukung pencapaian visi dan misi pemerintah daerah.

Abstract

The results of the pre-test and post-test in this service show that local students, in this case MA students, are old enough to be considered capable of logical thinking and are considered to have advantages in understanding the social, cultural context and local potential of Mojokerto Regency. So that it can become an agent of change in encouraging more transparent, efficient and accountable financial governance. Good financial literacy contributes to increasing Regional Original Income (PAD), spending efficiency, and budget management that is oriented to community needs. To achieve this, this service invites and encourages MA Al Kautsar students to think critically, logically and encourages students to have concern for Mojokerto Regency. Students are encouraged to choose roles that can contribute to the better development of Mojokerto Regency. The post test results show that students plan to choose roles that are oriented towards developing personal skills which also have an impact on solving community problems, for example becoming health workers, education workers, and even improving skills in understanding religion such as memorizing the Koran. This service article recommends increasing the capacity of local youth through continuous training, strengthening collaboration between government and society, and applying modern technology to increase financial transparency. With this approach, Mojokerto Regency can realize better financial governance and inclusive and sustainable development through human resources who are active, intelligent and care about the progress of the region.

Abstract

Creative small and medium industries (SMEs) have an important role in regional economic growth, including in Mojokerto Regency. However, challenges such as limited access to technology, digital marketing, and product innovation are still major obstacles to the development of creative SMEs. This study aims to identify the potential of creative SMEs in Mojokerto Regency and develop technology-based strategies to improve their sustainable competitiveness. The research method used is a qualitative approach through surveys and interviews. The results of the study show that the use of technology in digital marketing production, and business management contributes significantly to increasing the efficiency and market reach of Creative SMEs. Thus, the development of technology-based creative SME potential is expected to be a strategic solution in encouraging regional economic growth and improving the welfare of SME business actors in Mojokerto Regency.

Abstract

Adapun yang tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis secara empiris faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kredit perbankan di Indonesia. Total kredit menjadi variabel dependen untuk penelitian ini, sedangkan variabel independen akan mencakup dana pihak ketiga dan loan to deposit ratio. Untuk melakukan penelian ini dipergunakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari Bank Indonesia dan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Data time series yang digunakan memiliki rentang waktu kuartal sejak kuartal I tahun 2013 sampai kuartal I tahun 2020. Sedangkan untuk teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini memanfaatka analisis regresi linear berganda dengan pengolahan data dengan bantuan software Stata 14. Hasil penelitian mengkonfirmasi bahwa dana pihak ketiga dan loan to deposit ratio mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap total kredit perbankan di Indonesia.

Abstract

The pandemic has hit the country's economic conditions, one of which has affected people's consumption patterns. This study aims to find out and analyze Indonesia’s consumption pattern by looking for how much the marginal propensity to consume (MPC) of the Indonesian people before and during/after the pandemic and to compare their consumption tendencies. The method used in this study is a quantitative method both descriptive and comparative. The use of descriptive quantitative methods to determine and analyze MPC. Meanwhile, to find out the comparison of consumption before the pandemic and at that time used Paired t-test Wilcoxon. This study analyzes Indonesia's consumption by cross-section data from 34 provinces. The result descriptive analysis showed that the propensity to consume before the pandemic was about higher than during the pandemic. Wilcoxon test showed that there is a difference in the propensity to consume before the pandemic and during the pandemic. This research indicates that has been decreasing in the propensity to consume during the pandemic.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the effect of corporate risk, capital intensity ratio, and family ownership on tax avoidance, by considering financial constraints as a moderating variable. Method: This study uses data of 225 observations from the cen sus technique where all LQ45 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange are the research sample. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with the help of SmartPLS software. Results: The results show that corporate risk and family ownership have a positive and significant effect on tax avoidance. The capital intensity ratio does not show a significant effect. Financial constraints significantly moderate the relationship between family ownership and tax avoidance in a negative direction. Implication: This study enriches tax avoidance literature by highlighting the role of ownership structure and internal financial conditions, offering valuable insights for tax policy and fiscal oversight. Novelty: The study introduces financial constraints as a moderator in the link between family ownership and tax avoidance—an underexplored area in Indonesian public companies—using LQ45 firms to reflect real market dynamics.
