Abstract

The rapid evolution of digital technology and social media has significantly influenced product marketing strategies, enabling businesses to engage with a broader audience more efficiently. Digital marketing, combined with social media platforms, has become a vital tool for increasing brand awareness, customer interaction, and sales conversion rates The research highlights key digital marketing techniques, including search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing (SMM), content marketing, email marketing, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising. These methods enable businesses to increase brand awareness, improve customer engagement, and optimize sales conversions. Additionally, the study discusses the role of data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) in personalizing marketing strategies, predicting consumer behavior, and enhancing decision-making processes. The findings indicate that integrating digital marketing into product marketing strategies significantly improves market reach, customer retention, and return on investment (ROI). Businesses that leverage digital tools effectively can achieve competitive advantages by adapting to evolving consumer preferences and market trends. This paper concludes that digital marketing technology is an essential component for businesses aiming to enhance their product marketing effectiveness in the digital era.

Abstract

PT. Dwikarya Multi Global merupakan entitas bisnis yang bergerak di sektor manufaktur dan jasa, di mana kelancaran operasionalnya sangat dipengaruhi oleh ketersediaan suku cadang mesin. Saat ini, pengelolaan inventori suku cadang pada perusahaan tersebut masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Hal ini menimbulkan berbagai kendala seperti ketidaksinkronan data stok, keterlambatan dalam proses pengadaan ulang (reordering), serta risiko stockout yang menghambat produktivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi pemantauan ketersediaan suku cadang berbasis web yang mampu menyediakan data secara aktual (real-time). Metodologi pengembangan sistem yang diterapkan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD), yang meliputi tahapan perencanaan kebutuhan, siklus desain, dan konstruksi. Pemilihan metode ini didasarkan pada efisiensinya dalam mempercepat siklus pengembangan tanpa mengurangi kualitas fungsional sistem. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan sistem manajemen basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu mengoptimalkan akurasi pencatatan stok, menyediakan fitur notifikasi ambang batas minimum stok, serta memfasilitasi pelaporan mutasi barang secara transparan. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat mereduksi potensi kesalahan manusia (human error) dan meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen rantai pasok pada PT. Dwikarya Multi Global.

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi informasi menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan pengadaan barang di perusahaan. Sistem purchase order (PO) berperan dalam mengelola proses pembelian barang secara terstruktur, transparan, dan terkontrol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas implementasi sistem purchase order dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional serta meminimalkan kesalahan administrasi pada PT Tritex Sandang Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem purchase order mampu meningkatkan akurasi pengelolaan data pesanan, mempercepat proses pengadaan barang, serta memberikan kepastian dalam transaksi antara perusahaan dan pemasok. Sistem informasi ini dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan MySQL sebagai basis data. Implementasi sistem mampu mendukung pengelolaan pembelian secara lebih efektif serta membantu perusahaan dalam memantau ketersediaan barang secara lebih akurat.

Abstract

The internet in the era of the 21st century has now become a facility that is easy to get and use. The Internet is the result of the development of technology and information that helps its users access information from various sites easily and quickly. The Internet is a global communication network that connects computers and computer networks around the world. Not only computers, the internet network today can also be enjoyed by smartphone users. By using the internet, users can access any information without being limited in space and time. Smartphone or commonly referred to as a smartphone is an electronic communication tool that allows its users to be able to interact remotely. It is undeniable that the presence of this smartphone is very useful for those who have it, whether it is used to help with office work, business, hobbies, and even worship activities. With smartphones, the world is as if it is boundless in time and space. Everything can be done anytime and anywhere so in the world of education smartphones and the internet can greatly help teachers and their students to continue to carry out distance learning activities during the COVID-19 pandemic. SMK Wisata Harapan Massa Depok is a hospitality school located in the complex area of Depok Indah II Housing Block G No. 15 and Jl. H. Asmawi No. 79 Beji Depok. In teaching and learning activities during the COVID-19 pandemic, educators and students always use internet access and smartphones to provide materials, assignments and completions. The internet and smartphones for students are now an important part that must be owned by both teachers and students. However, in the current developments, teachers and their students not only use the internet and smartphones as learning media, but from both of them they can carry out other activities such as watching videos, playing social media, and can even create content that can be uploaded on YouTube so that many people can see it. The existence of easy internet access today not only has a positive impact on its users but also a negative impact. Similarly, the information obtained is increasingly open, both positive and negative content, various negative impacts caused by the internet such as addiction to playing online games, internet abuse such as gambling, opening porn sites, fraud, cyberbullying, copyright violations such as spreading viruses, making teenagers lazy and rarely get along, ignoring obligations to God Almighty, promiscuity, even committed data theft. The results and outcomes of the activity after the socialization activities were carried out about healthy internet and gadget care were that every student of SMK Harapan Massa Depok, had an understanding and awareness of the importance of healthy internet. Based on the existing problems, the purpose of this socialization is to provide education to the students of SMK Harapan Massa Depok so that they can better use the internet optimally for positive things that support the teaching and learning process. This activity can increase participants' insight into safe and useful sites in the teaching and learning process, as well as increase knowledge about social media functions such as YouTube to find learning videos, upload assignment videos and others.

Abstract

OSIS is one of the legitimate organizations in schools. Therefore, every school has an OSIS institution consisting of students from the school itself. OSIS aims as a forum to achieve the goals of coaching and developing students in accordance with the school's vision and mission. Students who become OSIS members are teenagers who in their daily activities are always connected to the internet. The internet in the 21st-century era has changed the pattern of human life and culture in learning, working, communicating, shopping, and other aspects. The internet is the result of the development of technology and information that helps its users to access information from various sites easily and quickly. The Internet is a global communication network that connects computers and computer networks around the world. Not only computers, the current internet network can also be enjoyed by smartphone users. By using the internet, users can access any information without being limited by space and time. Fadilah Vocational High School is a vocational high school which is located at Jalan Pendidikan II, Parigi, Pondok Aren District, South Tangerang City, Banten 15227. The current ease of internet access not only has a positive impact on its users but also has a negative impact. Likewise, the information obtained is increasingly open to both positive and negative content. Various negative impacts caused by the internet such as addiction to playing online games, internet abuse such as gambling, opening porn sites, fraud, cyberbullying, copyright infringement such as spreading viruses, making teenagers lazy and rarely socializing, ignoring obligations to God Almighty, promiscuity, even perform data theft. With the intention of anticipating the negative impact of using the internet, Pamulang University lecturers held community service activities as a form of implementing the Tridharma of Higher Education. The target of this community service activity is more for the members of the Fadilah Vocational Student Council because the Fadilah Vocational Student Council members have an important role in developing the role of youth in conveying the positive and negative impacts of using the internet. So that the members of the Fadilah Vocational Student Council can continue the socialization of this healthy internet with their classmates, friends, and teachers who are in the school environment. After this outreach activity, the members of the Fadilah Vocational Student Council knew how to surf the internet properly, so as to minimize the negative impacts that would be caused. The output of this PKM activity is in the form of a journal that will be published nationally.

Abstract

The growing complexity of modern software systems has increased the importance of effective software testing practices to ensure system reliability and quality throughout the development lifecycle. Among various testing activities, regression testing plays a crucial role in verifying that newly introduced changes do not negatively affect previously functioning system components (Yoo & Harman, 2012). However, in many organizations regression testing is still conducted manually, which can be time-consuming and may delay software release cycles. This study aims to design an automated regression testing procedure based on the ISO/IEC 29119 software testing standard in order to improve testing efficiency within a software development environment. A case study was conducted at PT. ABCD to examine the existing regression testing practices. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with members of the Quality Assurance (QA) team, direct observation of testing activities, and analysis of testing documentation. The research process consisted of analyzing the current regression testing workflow, performing gap analysis with the ISO/IEC 29119 framework, and designing an automated regression testing procedure aligned with the standard. The study focused on five system modules comprising 420 regression test cases. The results indicate that manual regression testing required approximately eight working days to complete, with an average execution time of about nine minutes per test case. After implementing the proposed automated testing procedure, the execution time was reduced to approximately one day, or about 1.14 minutes per test case, resulting in an efficiency improvement of approximately 87.5%. These findings suggest that integrating automated regression testing with a structured testing framework such as ISO/IEC 29119 can significantly improve testing efficiency while also supporting better documentation, traceability, and process consistency. From a practical perspective, the proposed approach may help development teams accelerate testing cycles and support faster delivery of software updates in dynamic development environments.

Abstract

Keamanan jaringan Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) merupakan aspek penting dalam menjaga kerahasiaan, integritas, dan ketersediaan data pada lingkungan perusahaan. PT. XYZ masih menerapkan single Service Set Identifier (SSID) yang digunakan secara bersamaan oleh karyawan dan tamu, sehingga meningkatkan risiko akses tidak sah, penyebaran malware, dan kebocoran data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keamanan jaringan Wireless-LAN melalui implementasi Multi-Service Set Identifier (Multi-SSID) dan segmentasi Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) menggunakan perangkat Ruijie Wireless. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan jaringan, perancangan topologi, implementasi konfigurasi Multi-SSID dan VLAN, serta pengujian konektivitas dan keamanan jaringan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi dua SSID yang dipetakan ke VLAN berbeda berhasil memisahkan akses jaringan antara karyawan dan tamu. Perangkat pada SSID Staff dapat mengakses jaringan internal dan internet, sedangkan perangkat pada SSID Guest hanya memperoleh akses internet tanpa dapat mengakses server maupun perangkat internal perusahaan. Implementasi tersebut mampu meningkatkan keamanan jaringan, mempermudah pengelolaan hak akses pengguna, serta mengurangi potensi ancaman keamanan pada jaringan Wireless-LAN perusahaan.
