Abstract

Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk mempelajari efek pemberian konsentrat mengandung tepung ubi kayu dan bonggol pisang terhadap konsumsi dan kecernaan serat kasar serta lemak  kasar pada sapi bali penggemukan pola peternak. Penelitian ini menggunakan sapi jantan umur 1-1,5 tahun sejumlah 4 ekor, dan berat badan awal 133-155kg dengan rata-rata 144kg ± 10,231. Metode yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen menggunakan rancangan Bujur Sangkar Latin (RBSL) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 4 periode sebagai ulangan. Perlakuan tersebut adalah P0: pakan pola peternak + konsentrat mengandung bonggol pisang 40% dan ubi kayu 60%, P1: pakan pola peternak + konsentrat mengandung bonggol pisang 50% dan ubi kayu 50%, P2: pakan pola peternak + konsentrat mengandung bonggol pisang 60% dan ubi kayu 40%, P3: pakan pola peternak + konsentrat mengandung bonggol pisang 70% dan ubi kayu 30%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa konsumsi serat kasar (g/e/h) P0=557,86±42,47;  P1=567,38±13,53; P2=578,83±39,70;  P3=580,96±24,82, konsumsi lemak kasar (g/e/h)  P0=104,83±7,56; P1=109,06±2,41; P2= 106,00±7,06; P3=104,98±4,14, kecernaan serat kasar (%) P0=47,87±4,67; P1=47,10±7,56; P2=43,32±1,78; P3=42,75±1,93, kecernan lemak kasar (%) P0=59,28±7,52; P1=54,75±5,68; P2=54,38±3,67; P3=54,91±3,78. Analisis statistik menunjukan bahwa perlakuan tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap konsumsi serat kasar, konsumsi lemak kasar, kecernaan serat kasar dan kecernaan lemak kasar. Disimpulkan bahwa pakan konsentrat mengandung tepung ubi kayu dan bonggol pisang memiliki efek yang sama terhadap konsumsi serat kasar, konsumsi lemak kasar, kecernaan serat kasar dan kecernaan lemak kasar sapi Bali penggemukan pola peternak. ABSTRACT  The purpose of this study was to study the effect of giving  concentrate containing cassava flour and banana weevil on the consumption and digestibility of crude fiber and crude fat of bali cattle fattening farmers pattern. This research used four bulls1-1.5 years old was used with an initial  body weight of 138-155kg with an average of 144kg±10,231.The method was used the Latin Square design (LSD) which consists of 4 treatments and 4 periods as replications. The treatments are P0 : farmer pattern feed + concentrate contain 40% banana weevil and 60% cassava, P1 : farmer pattern feed + concentrate contain 50% banana weevil and 50% cassava, P2: farmer pattenfeed + concentrate contain 60% banana weevil and 40% cassava, P3: farmer pattern feed + concentrate contain 70% banana weevil and 30% cassava. The result showed that consumption of crude fiber (g/h/d) P0 = 557.86 ± 42.47; P1 = 567.38 ± 13.53; P2 = 578.83 ± 39.70; P3 = 580.96 ± 24.82, crude fat consumption (g/h/d); P0= 104.83 ± 7.56; P1= 109.06 ± 2.41; P2= 106.00 ± 7.06; P3= 104.98 ± 4.14, crude fiber digestibility (%) P0= 47.87 ± 4.67; P1= 47.10 ± 7.56; P2= 43.32 ± 1.78; P3= 42.75 ± 1.93, crude fat digestibility (%); P0= 59.28 ± 7.52; P1= 54.75 ± 5.68; P2= 54.38 ± 3.67; P3= 54.91 ± 3.78. Statistical analysis showed that the treatment had no significant effect (P>0.05) on crude fiber consumption, crude fat consumption, crude fiber digestibility and crude fat digestibility. It was concluded  that giving containing cassava flour and banana weevil gave the same effect  between treatment on crude fiber consumption, crude fat consumption, crude fiber digestibility and crude fat digestibility of Bali cattle fattening farmers pattern.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dosis EM-4 yang berpengaruh tehadap perubahan kandungan NDF, ADF, Selulosa dan Lignin pada tepung tongkol jagung yang difermentasi. Metoda yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metoda percobaan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan yang dimaksud yaitu: P0 = 1kg tepung tongkol jagung tanpa EM-4 (sebagai kontrol); P1 = 1kg tepung tongkol jagung + 5 ml EM-4; P2 = 1kg tepung tongkol jagung + 10 ml EM-4 dan P3 = 1kg tepung tongkol jagung + 15 ml EM-4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rataan NDF(%)  P0 = 88,65±3,33; P1 = 87,23±2,24; P2 = 84,52±0,65; P3 = 87,63±1,89, rataan konsentrasi ADF (%) tiap perlakuan adalah: (P0) 57,33±0,48; (P1) 43,03±2,27; (P2) 56,19±5,7 dan (P3) 46,18±7,05 sedangkan konsentrasi  Selulosa (%) adalah  (P0) 43,29±0,92; (P1) 29,38±4,56; (P2) 40,27±3,46 dan (P3) 29,53±3,80. konsentrasi Lignin (%) adalah  (P0) 15,88±0,14; (P1) 13,06±0,28; (P2) 14,72±1,71 dan (P3) 16,08±0,81. Hasil penelitian am menunjukkan bahwa penambahan dosis EM-4 yang berbeda terhadap perubahan NDF, ADF, Selulosa dan Lignin tepung tongkol jagung yang difermentasi berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05). Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil yaitu tepung tongkol jagung yang difermentasi menggunakan EM-4 sampai pada dosis 15 ml belum mampu merubah kadar NDF, ADF dan Selulosa serta belum mampu menurunkan kandungan Lignin.   This study aims to determine the dose of EM-4 which affects changes in the content of NDF, ADF, Cellulose and Lignin in fermented corn cobs flour. The data collection method used in this study was an experiment using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 4 replications. The treatment in question is: P0 = 1kg corncob meal without EM-4 (as control); P1 = 1kg corncob meal + 5 ml EM-4; P2 = 1kg corncobs meal + 10 ml EM-4 and P3 = 1kg corncobs meal + 15 ml EM-4. The results of the treatment from the research that has been done obtained the average NDF P0 = 88.65 ± 3.33, P1 = 87.23 ± 2.24, P2 = 84.52 ± 0.65, P3 = 87.63 ± 1.89, the average ADF concentration (%) for each treatment was: (P0) 57.33 ± 0.48; (P1) 43.03 ± 2.27; (P2) 56.19 ± 5.7 and (P3) 46.18 ± 7.05 while the concentration of Cellulose (%) was (P0) 43.29 ± 0.92; (P1) 29.38 ± 4.56; (P2) 40.27 ± 3.46 and (P3). 29.53 ± 3.80. the Lignin concentration (%) was (P0) 15.88 ± 0.14; (P1) 13.06 ± 0.28; (P2) 14.72 ± 1.71 and (P3) 16.08 ± 0.81. Based on the research data, the results of the analysis of variance showed that the addition of different doses of EM-4 to changes in NDF, ADF, Cellulose and Lignin of fermented corncob flour had no significant effect (P>0.05). The conclusion that can be drawn is that the use of fermented corncob flour using EM-4 up to a dose of 15 ml could not increase the levels of NDF, ADF and Cellulose and could not reduce the Lignin content at a dose of 15 ml.
