Abstract

Penelitian deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perspektif teks anekdot menurut penilaian guru Bahasa Indonesia jenjang SLTA. Melalui tujuan ini dapat diketahuai perihal teks anekdot perspektif bahasa atau teks anekdot perspektif sastra. Penelitian dilakukan di berbagai SLTA yang terdapat di sebagian kecil kota di Pulau Sumatera dan Pulau Jawa. Penelitian berlangsung di bulan Maret dan April 2022. Populasi penelitian adalah para guru Bahasa Indonesia jenjang SLTA. Mereka berjumlah 50 orang guru yang submit kuesioner melalui google form. Sampel ditetapkan sebanyak 45 orang yang didasari pada tabel populasi-sampel pada tingkat kepercayaan 95persen. Anggota sampel ditarik secara random sederhana tanpa pengembalian. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner perspektif teks anekdotmenurut penilaian guru SLTA. Kuesioner menggunakan sistem tertutup yang disusun dengan memenuhi syarat instrumen yang valid. Data perspektif teks anekdot menurut penilaian guru SLTA dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif menggunakan prosedur modus. Data perspektif teks anekdot menurut penilaian guru SLTA menurut tingkat pendidikan guru dan kelompok SLTA dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa guru Bahasa Indonesia jenjang SLTA menilai teks anekdot perspektif sastra. Tidak terdapat perbedaan perspektif teks anekdot menurut penilaian guru SLTA berdasarkan status kepegawaian guru, jenis kelamin guru, tingkat pendidikan guru, perihal sertifikasi pendidik, dan masa kerja guru.

Abstract

Speech delay is a delay in language or speech development. Motivation is the basis for students to achieve maximum learning outcomes. Teachers also have several roles, one of which is as motivators. Teachers provide motivation and encouragement to their students in achieving learning success. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with one teacher and two students with speech delays. Meanwhile, secondary data were obtained from books, scientific papers, and other documents to answer all the questions in this study. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the role of teachers, especially for children with speech delays, is very important and has a significant influence on the growth and development of these children. One of these roles is as a motivator for children with speech delays. A good teacher for children with special needs is one who can teach and guide their students to achieve their desired goals. Therefore, do good so that you will be treated well by your students, and do not discriminate against any of them.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the dimensi profil lulusan embedded within the short story anthology "Tiur dan Poltak," specifically focusing on the selected stories, while outlining their utilization as alternative literary instructional materials. Employing a descriptive design, this research gathered two primary types of data: (1) the inclusion of dimensi profil lulusan within the short stories' narratives and (2) the feasibility assessment of the instructional materials. The first data set was collected through a read-and-record technique using structured guidelines, followed by content analysis. Meanwhile, the validation of the instructional materials was obtained through written assessment instruments and structured interviews. The written assessments were analyzed by calculating the mean scores to determine feasibility levels, whereas the verbal validation was processed through qualitative analysis. The findings reveal that the selected short stories reflect the dimensi profil lulusan. Based on these results, the anthology was developed into a handout-style instructional material for reviewing fiction. The validation results, both written and verbal, demonstrate that the instructional materials are highly feasible for classroom implementation. This study is expected to serve as a scholarly reference for character-based literary analysis and the innovation of instructional materials in schools.
