Abstract

The method that was used in this research was Expanatory Research. Research was done to the Food and Beverage Company which is listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange on 2010-2012, with the main objective is to explain the effect of various Financial Leverage ariables, which are Debt to Assets Ratio (DR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Time Interest Earned Ratio (TIER), and Degree of Financial Leverage (DFL), as unity or partial against profitability variable, Return On Equity.The use of Financial Leverage in Reality affected the company Profitability, which is one of the example, shown by the ammount return that received by the owner of the company through Return On Equity (ROE).The effect of financial leverages towards Profitability is count by using data analytic, which is descriptive statistic, double linear regretion analytic, coeficient determination, and hypothesis Testing. Statistic Testing in this research use SPSS 13.00 for Windows.The result of  double linear regretion analysis explaining that Fcount bigger than Ftable,with result that Ho rejected and Ha accepted which means free variable have significant simultaneous effect to ROE. Key Words: Profitability Leverage, ProfitabilityAbstrak Jenis penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory research. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2010-2012, bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh variabel-variabel financial leverage yaitu Debt to Assets Ratio (DR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Time Interest Ratio (TIER), dan Degree of Financial Leverage (DFL) secara bersama-sama maupun secara parsial terhadap variabel Profitabilitas yaitu Return On Equity (ROE). Penggunaan financial leverage tersebut pada kenyataannya memberikan pengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan, diantaranya ditunjukkan dengan pengembalian atau return akan diterima oleh pemilik perusahaan melalui Return On Equity (ROE) perusahaan. Pengaruh financial leverage terhadap profitabilitas dihitung menggunakan analisis data antara lain statistik deskriptif, analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis. Pengujian statistik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 13.00 For Windows.Hasil dari analisis regresi linear berganda menyatakan bahwa Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima berarti variabel bebas mempunyai pengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap ROE. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengujian terhadap hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa adanya pengaruh secara bersama-sama variabel bebas terhadap variabel ROE dapat diterima. Abstract

Era Society 5.0 menuntut inovasi dalam dunia pendidikan untuk menjawab kebutuhan personal setiap individu. Salah satu pendekatan yang relevan adalah pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, yang bertujuan untuk menyesuaikan proses pembelajaran dengan karakteristik unik setiap peserta didik. Pendekatan ini mempertimbangkan variasi dalam kemampuan, minat, gaya belajar, dan latar belakang budaya siswa untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih inklusif dan efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi dan memahami bagaimana pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pendidikan personal di era Society 5.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus dan literatur. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi kelas, dan analisis dokumen. Partisipan penelitian adalah guru dan siswa SDS Persa Medan dan UPT SPF SDN104282 Batu Lokong Deli Serdang. Melalui analisis literatur dan studi kasus, ditemukan bahwa pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dapat meningkatkan motivasi, keterlibatan, dan pencapaian akademik siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berdiferensiasi efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, motivasi belajar, dan hasil akademik. Guru yang menerapkan metode ini melaporkan bahwa siswa lebih aktif berpartisipasi dalam proses pembelajaran dan merasa lebih dihargai. Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terbukti sebagai pendekatan yang relevan dan efektif dalam menjawab kebutuhan pendidikan personal di era Society 5.0. Meskipun ada tantangan dalam implementasinya, hasil yang positif menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini layak untuk diadopsi secara lebih luas. Rekomendasi yang diberikan mencakup pelatihan intensif bagi guru, pengembangan kurikulum yang fleksibel, serta dukungan kebijakan untuk mengintegrasikan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi secara efektif di sekolah-sekolah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan kesetaraan kesempatan belajar bagi seluruh siswa di Indonesia.

Abstract

Peran kepala sekolah menjadi sangat penting dalam menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar. Meskipun peran kepala sekolah sangat penting, kita harus lebih memahami bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah mempengaruhi keberhasilan kurikulum. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengisi celah pengetahuan dengan menyelidiki dan menganalisis peran dan efek dari berbagai gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan KMB. Penelitian ini melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, dan tenaga kependidikan di sekolah dasar yang telah menerapkan kurikulum tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah inkuiri naturalistik. Observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan demokratis adalah gaya kepemimpinan yang paling dominan dalam pelaksanaan KMB di SDN 50 Medan Denai. Gaya kepemimpinan demokratis menghasilkan hubungan interpersonal yang baik, fokus pada tugas, dan meningkatkan pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka. Pendapat tersebut dibahas secara mendalam, termasuk betapa pentingnya gaya kepemimpinan demokratis untuk menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang mendukung kerja sama dan inovasi. Studi ini meningkatkan pemahaman kita tentang peran kepemimpinan sekolah dalam KMB. Hasilnya akan membantu pembuat kebijakan, pemimpin sekolah, dan praktisi pendidikan meningkatkan pendidikan di Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRAKThis research examines the impact of globalization on the social andcultural development of students at UPT SPF SDN 101990 BangunPurba. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depthinterview methods, participant observation, and documentationanalysis. This research aims to describe the impact of globalization,identify cultural changes, analyze student adaptation, and providerecommendations for educators and policy makers. The researchresults show that globalization has had a positive impact in the form ofincreasing access to knowledge through technology, developing socialskills, cultural enrichment, and increasing environmental and socialawareness. Students demonstrate better communication skills,participation in collaborative activities, and a tolerant attitude towardscultural diversity. This research supports constructivism theory andintercultural contact theory, provides important insights for managingthe influence of globalization in elementary schools, and becomes areference for educational strategies that are responsive toglobalization

Abstract

The background to this research is the importance of developing effective communication skills from an early age, especially considering the role of communication in social and academic life. Pragmatic abilities, which include understanding and using language in social contexts, are the main focus in efforts to improve elementary school students' communication skills. This research aims to examine the importance of teaching pragmatics in language to elementary school (SD) students in order to improve communication skills and evaluate the impact of learning pragmatics towards students' social interactions. .The methods used include observations, interviews, and pedagogical interventions in the form of role plays, group discussions, and situational exercises designed to increase students' pragmatic awareness. The research results show that students become better able to understand the context of a conversation, adapt their language style to the person they are talking to, and show an increase in self-confidence when communicating. students who were involved in pragmatics training showed significant improvements in their communication abilities, both in speaking and listening skills. So it can be concluded that the integration of pragmatics teaching in the language curriculum at elementary school level can make an important contribution in forming better communication skills in students. The implementation of learning strategies that focus on real situations and social interactions is recommended in the curriculum to optimize the development of students' communication skills from an early age.

Abstract

Background: Reading is a fundamental skill crucial for academic success, particularly interpretative reading which involves analyzing implicit meanings, author intent, and emotional nuances in texts. Specific Background: Indonesian students’ literacy rates remain below the OECD average, with most failing to achieve minimum proficiency in reading, as highlighted by PISA 2022. Knowledge Gap: While digital comics and Project Based Learning (PjBL) have individually shown promise, there is limited research on their integration for enhancing interpretative reading in Indonesian elementary contexts. Aim: This study aims to examine the effectiveness of PjBL-based fable e-comics in improving the interpretative reading abilities of Grade IV elementary students. Results: Using a quasi-experimental one group pretest-posttest design, students’ scores improved significantly from a pretest average of 66 to a posttest average of 91, with an N-gain score of 0.71, indicating high effectiveness. Novelty: The study offers a novel instructional model combining e-comics and PjBL to foster interpretative reading—a synergy not previously explored in this context. Implications: Findings suggest that this innovative approach can enhance literacy instruction, offering practical guidance for educators to design engaging, curriculum-aligned digital learning experiences that align with the Merdeka Curriculum and 21st-century competencies.Highlight : Improves Reading Skills: E-comic fables with PjBL significantly enhance interpretive reading ability.
