Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan perlindungan lingkungan antara siswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan dan siswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional untuk pembelajaran. Metode ini juga digunakan untuk mengetahui dampak pembelajaran lingkungan terhadap sikap perlindungan lingkungan siswa sekolah menengah yang mempelajari pencemaran lingkungan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental semu dengan desain kelompok kontrol non ekuivalen. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei kuesioner dan wawancara. Uji Mann Whitney U digunakan untuk menganalisis perlindungan lingkungan. Terdapat perbedaan sikap perlindungan lingkungan antara siswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran lingkungan dan siswa yang belajar secara tradisional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji perbedaan muatan listrik pada buah dan sayur. Kemudian untuk mengetahui kandungan yang menyebabkan muatan listrik pada buah dan sayur. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kentang, tomat, jeruk, dan apel. Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan pengukuran tegangan listrik secara menual dengan mengggunakan voltmeter. Hasil pengamatan dan pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa kadar muatan listrik pada keempat sampel memiliki tegangan listrik yaitu kentang 1 v, apel 0,9 v, jeruk 1 v, dan tomat 0,7 v. Penyebab muatan listrik pada sayur dan buah yaitu adanya kandungan komponen penghasil listrik yaitu zat asam buah, karbohidrat, lemak, vitamin B, vitamin C, pati, dan NaCl

Abstract

Science learning has potential in the nation's development efforts in terms of process. Applicative science materials can be used to develop the entrepreneurial spirit of students. However, the lack of student awareness in the application of science science has resulted in science education being only seen as science learning materials for junior high schools. Students lack the ability to have a scientific attitude that affects their entrepreneurial abilities. The purpose of this study is to determine the entrepreneurial ability of students by applying the PjBL learning model. This research is a quasi-experimental study with one group pretest-posttest design. The research population is the students of Science Education, Tidar University. Sampling by random method. The instrument used is a student entrepreneur response questionnaire. Data collection techniques through questionnaires. The results showed that the students' pretest results in the very low category were the highest at 43%. However, the posttest results showed progress with the highest percentage, namely the high category with a percentage of 38%. Thus, project-based learning (PjBL) has a good effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship

Abstract

One of the roles of vitamin C in the body is as an antioxidant compound that can counteract free radicals, besides that vitamin C also acts as an immunomodulator that stimulates neutrophil migration, forms oxidants, kills microbes and increases phagocytosis. In addition, vitamin C can reduce the risk of complications in patients who have been exposed to COVID-19, reduce the risk of contracting it, prevent symptoms from appearing and can increase the body's resistance or immunity. The purpose of this study was to determine the presence of vitamin C in papaya leaves (Carica papaya), cassava leaves (Manihot Esculenta), and melinjo leaves (Gnetum gnemon) which can be used as alternative foods rich in vitamin C for the community. This research was conducted with a qualitative method. From the results of observations, the three samples showed positive results for vitamin C. With the results of this study, it is hoped that it can be used as an alternative food ingredient for the community to meet their daily vitamin C needs, especially during the Covid-19 Pandemic like now vitamin C is needed to increase the body's resistance so that it does not susceptible to various diseases.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze flipped classrooms in online learning in improving to improve Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) skills. The application of the Flipped Classroom strategy can provide a number of advantages for teachers and students. Where it is very helpful in online learning. CPS skills include 21st century skills that are influential in the field of life. CPS is complex in nature involving cognitive and social abilities. The benefits expected from this research are to become an alternative teaching and learning activity during online learning. This research method is a literature review through a literature study with a qualitative approach. The data obtained is identified and analyzed to become a meaningful knowledge. The results of the study show that the role of technology in flipped classroom learning provides an overview of the quality of learning using technology. Flipped classrooms provide opportunities for collaboration and interaction that are beneficial in mastering collaborative problem solving skills. The conclusion in this study is that flipped classrooms in online learning can improve students' collaborative problem solving skills.

Abstract

Pancasila education in universities has an important role in shaping the character of students with strong ethics and morals. Through understanding and applying the values of Pancasila, students are expected to develop a strong character, responsibility, and integrity. The purpose of the study is to gain a deep understanding of the role of Pancasila education in the formation of student character as well as efforts to build strong ethics and morals. This research is qualitative research through literature study. Literature collection is done by collecting relevant sources such as scientific journals, books, articles, and other related documents. The main source in this research is scientific articles from research published through the Google Scholar website. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of data analysis show that Pancasila education is needed as a basic foundation to form ethics and morals, which are tough, where activities in the university environment include habits that can encourage students to behave according to what is contained in Pancasila values

Abstract

This study aims to determine the challenges and strategies in implementing Physical Education, Sports and Health learning in elementary schools. The research method used in this article is the literature review method. Data collection techniques with the literature review method used are articles published through Google Scholar. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed using descriptive analysis, starting from data collection, needs analysis, formulation of the subject matter to be studied, to conclusion making. The results of the analysis show that training for PJOK teachers to improve their qualifications and competencies in teaching and motivate students is also very important. Increasing the allocation of PJOK time in the elementary school curriculum can provide greater opportunities for students to participate in physical activity. Support from parents and the community should be increased through socialization programs and cooperation with local communities. In addition, the use of digital technology in PJOK learning can increase student motivation and help them master gross motor skills. The implementation of a creative, innovative, and fun PJOK program is also needed to attract students and instill sportsmanship values such as honesty, cooperation, and unyielding spirit

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan multimedia interaktif berbasis kontekstual yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Penelitian yang dilakukan termasuk Penelitian Pengembangan dengan model pengembangan 4D. Dikembangkan media  pembelajaran menggunakan Adobe Flash. Penelitian dilakukan di SDN 2 Peureulak, Kabupaten Aceh Timur, Provinsi Aceh. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas III A di SDN 2 Peureulak, dan objek penelitian adalah media pembelajaran  berbasis Kontekstual Cerita Anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa: (1) uji validitas multimedia berbasis kontekstual dari 3 ahli yakni ahli materi sebesar 82%, ahli multimedia sebesar 78% dan ahli bahasa sebesar 90%, dinyatakan rata-rata valid; (2) uji praktikalitas diperoleh dari hasil uji respon siswa dan uji respon guru. Hasil ujicoba respon siswa skala kecil skor persentase sebesar 79% dan hasil ujicoba respon siswa skala besar 76%. uji respon guru sebesar 87%.  Rata-rata uji coba sebesar 87% dengan kategori Praktis; dan (3) Uji Efektifitas diperoleh Gain-Score atau peningkataan keterampilan menulis siswa dilihat dari pretest dan posttest terdapat peningkatan skor rata-rata 0,56 “Sedang” dalam hasil belajarnya. Hasil analisis gain score 0,60 kategori sedang. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan hasli belajar siswa dan telah memenuhi kriteria Efektif. Keywords: Cerita anak, keterampilan menulis, multimedia

Abstract

Ethnoscience is a study that includes original knowledge of the community which can be verified through scientific methods. This original knowledge can be used as a learning resource to provide in-depth experiences, broaden knowledge, and increase students' interest in studying science. The purpose of this research is to reconstruct the original blacksmith's knowledge into scientific knowledge. This study used a qualitative approach with interview and observation methods. The population used in this research is the people of Rejosari Village, Pakis District, Magelang Regency who work as blacksmiths. The focus of research is on the tools and materials used by blacksmiths during the production process. Data analysis uses the Miles-Huberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. Based on the results of the research, a number of conclusions were obtained, including the form of the relevance of original science to period IV chemical elements, so that it could be used as a learning resource. The scientific concepts contained in the original knowledge of blacksmiths include metal elements, electron configurations, metal properties, corrosion, redox reactions, and metal alloys.

Abstract

Sampah sebagai suatu barang yang sudah tidak digunakan lagi, dibuang maupun terbuang akibat aktivitas manusia ataupun proses alam yang dapat menimbulkan permasalahan bagi masyarakat. Dampak yang ditimbulkan dari sampah yang menumpuk yakni habisnya lahan untuk pembuangan, menimbulkan bau yang tidak sedap dan dapat mencemari air bersih. Pengolahan sampah bisa dimulai dari lingkungan rumah dan sekolah. Siswa diajak untuk memilah dan mengolah sampah anorganik. Upaya penanggulangan yang dapat dilakukan adalah melibatkan peran siswa untuk meningkatkan upaya pendauran ulang sampah, salah satunya adalah ecobrick. Nilai-nilai karakter yang ditanamkan dalam mengolah sampah menjadi barang berguna sesuai dengan karakter Pancasila. Mitra yang dipilih dalam kegiatan pengabdian adalah SD Negeri Kramat 5 dan SD Muhammadiyah 2 Alternatif yang berada di Kota Magelang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa sangat bersemangat dan antusias dalam praktek membuat ecobrick dari sampah plastik dan botol bekas. Kegiatan pengolahan sampah menjadi ecobrick sangat mendukung siswa untuk memiliki karakter pelajar pancasila.
