Abstract

A business owner will continue to try to manage the business so that it does not lose, no matter how difficult the situation is. Going concern is what is desired. Companies experience growth from one stage to another so as to form a company life cycle. This indicates that every process in the company's life has its own challenges that need to be managed with the best possible effort. When a company is unable to overcome the problems that exist in certain phases, there is a possibility that the company will go bankrupt or be liquidated. One of them is a new financial management strategy that must be implemented. Financial management in a business is very basic if the finances in the company want to be healthy or not. With this new financial management strategy, it is hoped that there will be a new gap of hope for the company to save its business, although not only that, but it also requires saving from other aspects such as the overall strategy.

Abstract

Students are agents of change, because they are still young and realize that they can take advantage of their current youth to become young investors. In the world of investment, information is something that investors really need. Investors cannot be separated from information to determine their investment policies. From the investment process there is the determination of investment policy where investors need to determine what the objectives are (return and risk) and how much investment will be made to securities analysis to portfolio formation. This indicates the importance of financial literacy that investors must have. With the trend that there are students who have also started to become young investors by owning shares and investing practices, it makes students interested in investing also have an interest.

Abstract

Keputusan pembelian merupakan keputusan yang dimiliki seorang konsumen untuk membeli suatu barang atau jasa dengan berbagai pertimbangan-pertimbangan tertentu. Keputusan pembelian yang dilakukan oleh konsumen menggambarkan seberapa jauh pemasar dalam usaha memasukan suatu produk ke konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dan minat beli terhadap keputusan pembelian di Pamella Empat Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pamella Empat Yogyakarta. Sedangkan subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Pamella Empat. Variabel dalam penelitian ini mencakup Perilaku Konsumen (X1), Minat Beli (X2) sebagai variabel independen, dan Keputusan Pembelian (Y) sebagai variabel dependen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif survei. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik penyebaran kuesioner. Pengujian persyaratan analisis menggunakan uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas. Sedangkan Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis parsial (T), uji hipotesis simultan (F) dan koefisien deteminasi. Pengujian hipotesis simultan menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan X1, X2, terhadap Y (0,000 < 0,05). Sedangkan pengujian hipotesis parsial menunjukkan pengaruh X1 terhadap Y sebesar (0,00 < 0,05) dan X2 terhadap Y sebesar (0,00 < 0,05). Hasil koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) menunjukkan pengaruh sebesar 0,813 atau 81,3% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 19,7% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Perilaku Konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadapat Keputusan Pembelian di Pamella Empat. Minat Beli berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Pamella Empat Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The role of a halal lifestyle is a form of personal awareness in implementing practices following Islamic teachings. This is related to a person's lifestyle in making an investment decision. The purpose of this study is to see how the role of an investor's halal lifestyle in their investment decisions, seen from Islamic financial literacy, and also their financial behavior. This study examines an investor, a student at Cokroaminoto University, who invests in the stock market. This study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing a case study design. The findings of this study indicate that the role of a halal lifestyle, as reflected in Islamic financial literacy and the financial behavior of investors, can influence the decisions made in their investments.

Abstract

Financial planning for business actors is important, how in running a business it is necessary to carry out good corporate functions. In a company, management is an important component that must be owned by the company to realize the vision and mission to be achieved, one of which is financial management within the company. Business actors, in this case the focus is on MSMEs, which currently have new challenges, these new challenges emerge of course after the pandemic. With the pandemic, there are a lot of businesses, even business actors "tie their heads" around and continue to survive no matter what so that their business can still exist, because there are not a few MSMEs and even businesses. Various kinds of innovations and creations continue to be improved so that they can still exist in any difficult circumstances. Various analyzes and strategic planning must of course be made in such a way and also not forget to adapt to current conditions. As a business actor, of course, in carrying out the company's main functions, one of which is finance, you must be able to carry it out properly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the marketing strategy is applied by Dm Coffea Nusantara in increasing consumer purchasing decisions. The population is a generalization area consisting of objects or subjects that have certain qualities and characteristics that are determined by researchers to be studied and then conclusions drawn. Meanwhile, this study examines marketing strategies in increasing purchasing decisions at Pamella One supermarkets. So that the object of this research is the person responsible for Dm Coffea Nusantara which consists of management. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, it can be concluded that the success of the marketing mix of Dm Coffea Nusantara, namely the efforts made by Dm Coffea Nusantara in terms of providing the products provided, namely by maintaining product quality, from ingredients to the production process. With targets for all groups, Dm Coffea Nusantara must maintain the quality of its products so that consumers are not tempted by other batik products. DM Coffea Nusantara's efforts to set prices are according to the target market. Because this target applies to all people, so provide affordable prices with estimated expenses but by emphasizing costs on the products offered so that the prices that have been set even though they are cheap but still make a profit and can be used for business playback Dm Coffea Nusantara.

Abstract

The KKN activities of Universitas Cokroaminoto Yogyakarta are routine activities held every period. In the KKN period XLIV themed "Academic and Community Synergy in Building Villages" group 8 located in Jomblangan Hamlet worked together with local residents to build the village. There are several work programs prepared by KKN students who also consulted with the hamlet and RT in Jomblangan Hamlet. The KKN activities of UCY students in Jomblangan Hamlet use a participatory approach, providing education and socialization, infrastructure development, training and empowerment. With this KKN, it is hoped that students will be able to live in society, and be able to develop skills, work together across disciplines, and apply knowledge according to their respective fields of study.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi pelaku usaha mikro di bawah binaan Majelis Ekonomi dan Ketenagakerjaan (MEK) PRA Nogotirto adalah ketidaktepatan dalam menetapkan harga jual produk karena belum melakukan perhitungan harga pokok produksi (HPP) secara benar. Mayoritas pelaku usaha hanya memperhitungkan biaya bahan baku dan tenaga kerja langsung, tanpa mempertimbangkan biaya overhead pabrik. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan edukasi perhitungan HPP kepada pelaku usaha Kurato MEK melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan praktis. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari tiga tahapan, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Dalam pelaksanaan, dilakukan edukasi konsep struktur biaya, simulasi perhitungan HPP, serta diskusi interaktif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelaku usaha mulai memahami pentingnya komponen biaya secara menyeluruh dalam menentukan harga pokok penjualan dan harga jual. Edukasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing produk, margin keuntungan, dan kelangsungan usaha.
