Abstract

Abstract- This research aims to analyze the use of e-commerce and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), especially the supply chain strategy for Small Business Enterprises (SMEs) as an effort to strengthen business competitiveness. This study uses an experimental design by providing intervention to respondents. Descriptive analysis was carried out to reflect the data obtained from the process of identifying the profiles of several SMEs and this study involved 40 SMEs in Yogyakarta. The data was processed using inductive analysis with paired sample t-test to find out the difference between e-commerce insights and IPR ownership before and after the experiment. One-Sample Kolmogorov Smirnoff is used to test data normality to determine different types of tests. The findings demonstrate that there are significant differences before conducting the experiment and after. The research shows that communication is a key tool ensuring the efficiency of supply chain cooperation as perceived seriously by the SME. The experiment indicates the significant level of 0.003 is lower than alpha of 0.05 for e-commerce. While the ownership of IPR such as trademarks showed significant gains as well, as indicated by the significant level 0.000 lower than alpha 0.05. The result of experimental method has made marketing techniques with e-commerce and IPR ownership.

Abstract

The challenges of global business world will give impacts on enterprises in Indonesia, involving Micro Small and Medium Enterprises. The objective of this research is to find out the effect of Islamic micro finance towards the development of MSMEs in Sleman, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The 30 people of respondents are selected by using purposive random sampling method. Validity and reliability tests give a result in which each answered question is valid and reliable. Analytical regression result shows that Islamic micro finance variable has a siginificant impact on enterprises’ development. This is showed by the independent variable significance score that is lower than the used alpha (5%).

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the provision of Islamic microfinance and knowledge of financial report preparation on the development of UMKM. This study used a descriptive quantitative method and the data sourced was from primary data and secondary data. Data were collected by using questionnaires and literature study. The sample used was the customer or member of BWM Usaha Mandiri Sakinah Yogyakarta as many as 78 respondents. The sample was obtained by using the simple random sampling method. Method of Analysis: Data analysis used in this study was the Multiple Linear Regression Test. Financing partially affects UMKM development is in accordance with what was hypothesized, knowledge of Financial Report Preparation has a partial effect on variable UMKM development , this is in accordance with what was hypothesized. Simultaneously, Sharia Micro Financing and Knowledge of Financial Report Preparation affect UMKM Development, this result is in accordance with the hypothesis.

Abstract

this study was to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Financial Performance as measured by Return on Assets (ROA) in financial companies listed on the IDX in the period of 2014-2018. This study used a Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The independent variable of the research used GCG as proxied by the Board of Directors, Proportion of Independent Commissioners, Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, and the Audit Committee, while CSR is measured using indicators based on the 2016 Global Reporting Inititive (GRI) Standard. Financial performance as measured by Return on Assets (ROA). Sampling data using purposive sampling, and there are 11 companies that meet predetermined criteria. This study showed that the Managerial Ownership has an effect on Financial Performance (ROA). This is shown as hypothesized. The Board of Directors, the Proportion of Independent Commissioners, Institutional Ownership, the Audit Committee do not affect the Financial Performance (ROA), this is not as hypothesized. CSR has no effect on Financial Performance (ROA), this is not what was hypothesized. The Board of Directors, Proportion of Independent Commissioners, Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Audit Committee and CSR simultaneously affect Financial Performance (ROA). Abstract

This study is want to know the effect of creativity and innovation as of the female informal sector worker’s quality. The survey methode has been in this research. The sample number used is 35 respondents from the small medium entrepreneurs with the purposive random sampling technique. The data analysis used reliability and validity for measuring the questionares. The regresion analysis is used as well. By using 5% level of significant, the result show that in partially and simultaneously both creativity both creativity and innovation are the factors affecting the female informal sector workee’s quality.

Abstract

Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta memiliki potensi unggul di berbagai desa yang ditandai dengan terbentuknya lembaga ekonomi BUMDes yang harus  dikembangkan. Mitra Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah BUMDes Astaguna yang berada di Desa Trihanggo. Bidang dan tata kelola yang ada dikelompok ini belum mampu mewujudkan tujuan yang diharapkan termasuk sektor perekonomian. Hal tersebut dilatarbelakangi dengan permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yakni minimnyanya kualitas sumberdaya manusia yang tidak memiliki pengetahuan (intangible) yang cakap terkait pengelolaan BUMDes, rendahnya bidang manajemen unit usaha ditunjukkan dengan tidak adanya keselarasan identifikasi potensi, dan tidak adanya penerapan teknologi informasi komunikasi pada bidang pemasaran. Tujuan kegiatan diupayakan untuk mencapai perbaikan di bidang sumberdaya manusia, manajemen unit usaha, dan penerapan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Solusi yang ingin dicapai yakni menerapkan tata kelola yang baik sesuai dengan prinsip good governance dengan kesiapan kualitas sumberdaya manusia yang optimal dan cakap terkait pengetauan pengelolaan sehingga menjadi jelas terkait tugas pokok fungsi dan koordinasi kerja internal badan. Manajemen unit usaha dengan mewujudkan unit usaha baru sesuai analisis potensi dan asset desa disertai pelibatan masyarakat. Penerapan teknologi informasi komunikasi untuk mendukung produktifitas program dan kegiatan yang meliputi bidang administrasi dan bidang pemasaran guna menunjang sumberdaya manusia agar mencapai melek teknologi.

Abstract

PKK Flamboyan berada di Desa Bibis Bangunjiwo Kasihan Bantul memiliki serangkaian aktivitasyang belum memberikan nilai ekonomis secara maksimal.Pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan solusi atas permasalan yang terjadi di wilayah mitra. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah program pengabdian dengan sentuhan Ipteks, melalui perbaikan manajemen usaha, meliputi: Peningkatan jiwa kewirausahaan dengan menciptakan produk unggul dengan inovasi-inovasi yng mampu menarik minat konumen, Penerapan manajemen usaha, terdiri perbaikan MSDM (Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia), perbaikan manajemen operasi dan perbaikan sistem pemasaran. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah pelaksanaan program pengabdian adalah terbentuknya usaha baru, bertambahnya wawasan dan pengetahuan manajemen usaha sertameningkatnya produktivitas kerja dalam berwirausaha.

Abstract

Penulisan hasil pengabdian mengenai optimalisasi program kerja dan kegiatan Pimpinan Ranting Aisyiyah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktualisasi kaum perempuan melalui lembaga swadaya masyarakat. Upaya dalam menciptakan inisiasi program kerja sebagai alternatif penguatan pemberdayaan perempuan melalui Aisyiyah sebagai gerakan islam berkemajuan mencanangkan harkat dan martabat perempuan. Proses pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan mengadakan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi yang melibatkan kelompok sasaran sebagai subjek dan objek pengabdian guna meningkatkan partisipasi aktif dan menganalisis permasalahan serta kebutuhan kelompok sasaran. Adapun permasalahan yang dihadapi Aisyiyah Desa Trihanggo ialah kualitas sumber daya manusia yang masih rendah sehingga memengaruhi optimalisasi program kerja dan kegiatan. Di samping itu, kehadiran covid-19 memberi dampak penurunan produktivitas dan perkembangan lembaga sehingga Aisyiyah Desa Trihanggo cenderung stagnan. Selain itu, Aisyiyah Desa Trihanggo tidak dapat memanfaatkan peluang di era digitalisasi untuk menjangkau keikutsertaan kaum perempuan secara luas guna memerangi isu bias gender. Oleh karenanya, program pengabdian ini sangat penting. Melalui penulisan ini, dapat diberikan gambaran mengenai skema kegiatan yang dilaksanakan, khususnya dalam memberikan penguatan wawasan terkait pentingnya kesetaraan gender dan binaan terhadap pembentukan program kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the systematic literature analysis of international scientific articles on the theme of SMEs entrepreneurial orientation research, data search from the perspective of keywords, research locations and subjects, as well as the research methods used. This study reviews 786 international articles and presents the main findings. First. The first theme in SMEs entrepreneurial orientation research is related to the concept of the right strategy that is very necessary for SMEs entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial orientation is one of the important factors that can drive the success of a business. Second, exploratory and case studies are the dominant data sets used. Third, research on entrepreneurial orientation in both developing and developed countries has almost the same number of studies. Fourth, based on bibliometric techniques using Vosviewer. Recommend further research agenda to exploring these four themes, it will further contribute to the development of SMEs entrepreneurial orientation in the future.
