Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penghimpunan, pendistribusian, pemberdayaan dana zakat, infaq, dan shodaqoh yang produktif, serta untuk mengetahui kebermanfaatannya pada pendapatan dan keuntungan mustahiq penerima dana produktif pada tahun 2015.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menggunakan metode statistical procentase untuk menganalisis kebermanfaatan dana ZIS produktif pada pendapatan dan keuntungan mustahiq. Objek penelitian ini yaitu UPZ BAZNAS Tegalsari Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Informan dalam penelitian ini mustahiq penerima dana ZIS produktif pada tahun 2015 sebanyak 10 orang.Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa program bantuan dana ZIS produktif tahun 2015 merupakan program pemberian bantuan modal usaha dengan metode hibah atau qardhul hasan. Selain itu juga, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pemberian dana ZIS produktif sangat bermanfaat bagi peningkatan ekonomi mustahiq baik dilihat dari segi pendapatan maupun dari segi keuntungan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of frontliner interpersonal communication in increasing customer satisfaction of Jakarta LRT users. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through observation and short interviews. The results showed that clarity of information, friendliness, and responsiveness of frontliners contributed significantly to customer satisfaction. Most respondents were satisfied with the service received Especially related to punctuality, cleanliness, and comfort. However, there are some areas that need improvement, such as addressing rush hour overcrowding and improving accessibility at stations. The conclusion of this study confirms the importance of effective interpersonal communication in building a positive experience and increasing customer loyalty to Jakarta LRT services.

Abstract

: In the 21st century, the role of teachers has significantly evolved, driven by rapid technological advancements and the dynamic needs of modern learners. Today’s professional teachers must possess a wide range of competencies to stay relevant and effective. Among the essential skills are innovative pedagogical strategies, technological literacy, and strong social-emotional abilities. The integration of digital tools in education is no longer optional but a necessity to foster student engagement and personalized learning. Furthermore, teachers must develop positive relationships with students to create inclusive and supportive learning environments. Continuous professional development is also crucial, as it allows educators to adapt to curriculum changes, educational policies, and emerging global trends. The ability to reflect on one’s practice, embrace feedback, and collaborate with peers contributes to a teacher's overall growth and professionalism. Inconclusion, the 21st-century teacher is not merely a transmitter of knowledge but a facilitator, mentor, and lifelong learner who is equipped to meet the challenges of modern education.
