Abstract

Current technological developments are progressing quite rapidly, so that it affects the development of payment systems, especially in the use of non-cash payment systems. Non-cash payment systems have begun to replace the role of cash payment systems in Indonesia. The development of digital wallets continues to this day. The purpose of this research is to find out how the use of digital wallets affects individual shopping culture in the city of Medan. This study uses a qualitative method using a questionnaire with a sample of 100 people, and a test tool using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of using a digital wallet with individual shopping culture. The results of the R Square value of 0.827 indicate that trust, convenience and benefits of digital wallets have an influence of 82.7%, while the rest is influenced by other demand variables.

Abstract

The use of digital marketing during the pandemic is very helpful for SMEs in developing their business. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital marketing on MSME business actors in Deli Serdang district. The study used quantitative methods with questionnaire data collection distributed using the G-form. The results of this study indicate that digital marketing has a significant effect on the income of Sharia MSMEs in Deli Serdang district. The implication of this research are that with digital marketing, businesses get the opportunity to maintain good relations with customers, expanding market access for their business progress.

Abstract

Media social sebagai media pertukaran informasi dan komunikasi dimasyarakat yang diminati oleh mayoritas Generasi Z diindonesia dengan rentang usia 20-30 tahun, perilaku Generasi Z diindonesia cenderung fomo (takut akan ketingagalan sesuatu) dan terbuka dalam menanggapi isu-isu, informasi, dan tren yang sedang maraak diperbincangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi perilaku investasi dan pengguna media social serta melihat pengaruh fomo dan keterbukaan diri mereka dalam mengahadapi isu dengan melihat keterlibatan media social dalam mnentukan investasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan path analysis. Oengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan penelitian diuji dengan alat uji analisis SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara tidak langsung FoMo (X1) melalui dengan dihubungkan oleh Media Sosial(Z) mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan (Y), dan sedangkan pada Keterbukaan diri secara langsung Keterbukaan diri (X2) melalui Media Sosial (Z) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan (Y). ini terjadi akibat pengaruh yang diberikan pada fomo dan Keterbukaan diri para generasi Z sangat berpengaruh pada media social apalagi generasi z merasa media social sudah menjadi kebutuhan yang wajib mereka penuhi, yang berarti media sosiallah yang menyebabkan seseorang mengalami fomo dan keterbukaan diri, apalagi generasi z sekarang merasa semua informasi yang mereka dapat berasal dari media social, sehingga mereka menganggap media social adalah patokan bersosial.

Abstract

Send out is the lawful development of products, items and administrations starting with one country then onto the next, as a rule as a feature of exchange. The term "export process" refers to the process by which goods or commodities are taken out of one country and brought into another country according to regulations established by the government. Numerous researchers have looked into how the economy is affected by imports and exports for more than a quarter of a century. This study was started by Balassa (1978), Kavoussi (1984), Ram (1985), and Moschos (1989), who looked into how imports and exports affected economic growth. The author employed a subjective strategy by utilizing literature studies, particularly methods for gathering information by comprehending and focusing on speculation from various related writings. Obviously Indonesia's development is profoundly subject to palm oil imports and products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of the manufacturing industry in increasing the acceleration of economic growth in Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data source used comes from secondary data through literature review or what is called literature study. industry in the manufacturing sector has contributed through a national scale economy of 20.27% in ASEAN. This can be seen through the development of manufacturing industry activities in Indonesia so that they are able to replace commodity-based and change to manufacture-based. The manufacturing industry strategy in increasing the acceleration of Indonesia's economic growth is carried out by implementing the industrial strategy 4.0 which is one of the plans for the establishment of the Indonesia Digital Industry Center 4.0 (PIDI 4.0)

Abstract

Along with the development of the buying and selling transaction process, electronic fraud has also experienced an increase which has resulted in many consumers experiencing losses on transactions made due to fraud perpetrators in online transactions. This study aims to determine the effect of trust in conducting transactions in e-commerce related to the prevalence of fraud in e-commerce. This study uses a qualitative interpretive approach. This type of research is also known as phenomenological research, where this research presents phenomena that have interrelated patterns and meaning relations. Based on research in the field, the factors for the occurrence of fraud in e-commerce transactions include: minimal knowledge, wastage of virgins, tempted by fake gifts, high levels of hostility and poverty and government security policies that are less assertive. The forms of fraud in transactions on e-commerce include: phishing, pharming, pretexting, quid pro quo and contacting the victim directly

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the strategies of the G20 countries in anticipating the threat of the global crisis in Indonesia. This study uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach to be able to describe in depth. The G-20 believes that a solution to the economic crisis requires continuous global cooperation. Through this collaboration, the best ways to resolve the crisis are formulated, both what must be done by each member country of the G-20 and what must be done by and through international financial institutions. In addition, being in the G-20 provides an opportunity for Indonesia to take a closer look at how developed countries make policies and then implement them in Indonesia if deemed good and appropriate. Each country must pursue a number of policies in an effort to respond to the crisis through fiscal stimulus, stimulate recovery of economic growth again in the crisis era, and then strive for economic stability that is resistant to similar crises in the future through strengthening the domestic financial sector.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of investment motivation and financial literacy on investment interest. The method used through a quantitative approach. This study used a population of students from the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra class of 2019 with a sample of 51 students. The results show that partially the investment motivation variable has no effect on investment intention, while the financial literacy variable has a positive and significant relationship to investment interest. Simultaneously there is an influence between investment motivation and financial literacy variables on investment interest. Furthermore, the value of the coefficient of determination shows 74.7%
