Abstract

This study aims to determine the growth potential of the existing sub-sectors in the agricultural sector of Lampung Province. This research uses Location Quotient (LQ) analysis, Shift-Share (SS) analysis, and Klassen typology. The results showed that the location quotient in the agricultural, forestry, and fishery sectors was the highest base sector in Lampung Province. The agricultural sub-sectors included in the basic sector are the agricultural and hunting services sub-sector, the food crops sub-sector, the livestock sub-sector, the fisheries sub-sector, the plantation sub-sector, and the horticulture sub-sector. In the Shift-Share analysis, the agricultural sub-sectors that have a proportional shift (P) value in the progressive category are the fisheries sub-sector, the plantation sub-sector, the livestock sub-sector, and the horticultural crop sub-sector. In the Differential shift (D) component, the sub-sector that has a positive value is the livestock sub-sector, meaning it has good competitiveness. Furthermore, in the Klassen Typology analysis, the sector that is included in the prime sector category is the livestock sub-sector. The sub-sectors included in the potential sector are the food crops sub-sector, the plantation sub-sector, and the fishery sub-sector. In addition, three sub-sectors are underdeveloped including the horticulture sub-sector, the agricultural and hunting services sub-sector and the forestry and logging sub-sector. Based on the three analytical methods, the livestock sub-sector is the leading sub-sector of the economic sector in Lampung Province. This is because the livestock sub-sector has a positive value from the three data analysis methods.

Abstract

Human resource management is very important for companies in managing, organizing and utilizing employees so that they can function productively to achieve company goals. Labor or employees are very important human resources in a company, because without employees the company cannot run well. Employees are the main capital for the company. As, employee capital needs to be managed to remain productive. Therefore, company leaders must be able to encourage them to remain productive in carrying out their respective duties, by continuously increasing the morale of their employees. So that the company can maintain employee loyalty in order to achieve company goals.

Abstract

A work environment condition can be said to be good if employees can carry out activities optimally, healthily, safely and comfortably. Effective communication is very important in the company to ensure that superiors and subordinates are open and transparent. Employee appreciation often occurs in every company for employees who have contributed to the company. Career paths in the company are usually seen from the employee's job performance. Therefore, the company must pay attention to a good work environment or create working conditions or a comfortable working atmosphere in order to be able to provide motivation to work, it will have an influence on the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of employees to work. The hope is that the company must build a pleasant work environment so that every employee is happy to do his job so that he can work optimally. A pleasant work environment, cooperative coworkers, and leaders who always pay attention to the complaints of employees are a dream for employees so that employees can work more enthusiastically and have a high commitment to the company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the work environment and work conflict have on employee turnover intention at PT. Tayoh Sarana Sukses. The population in this study were employees of PT.Tayoh Sarana Sukses. Sampling method using Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique (sample considerations), namely the sampling unit selected based on certain considerations with the aim of obtaining a sampling unit that has characteristics. With the slovin formula technique. The sample used in this study were 92 employees. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using t test and f test with a significance level of 5%. Based on the t-test the work environment has a significant effect on turnover intention and work conflict has a significant effect on turnover intention. And based on the f test, the work environment and work conflict together have a significant effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

Human resources determined by the organization that has been given a positive contribution to all agency activities in achieving its goals, then each employee is expected to have high work motivation so as to increase high employee productivity. Motivation is very important by management if government agencies expect every employee to be able to make a positive contribution to the achievement that has been determined so that without motivation to work for the benefit of the agency so that the goals that have been set will not be achieved.
