Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi di Era 5.0 membuat terobosan yang luar biasa untuk sebagian orang. Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang terjadi mengakibatkan beberapa sebagian orang menangkap kesempatan dan mampu memanfaatkan dengan baik.. Dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, dunia pengajaran tidak lagi hanya sebatas kelas dan papan tulis, namun pendidikan bisa dilakukan di mana saja dan kapan saja. Kemajuan ini membuka peluang kita untuk mengembangkan suatu system pendidikan yang bisa diakses oleh siapa pun, di mana pun, dan kapan pun. Di SMP PGRI 3 Larangan, tempat kami melakukan pengabdian masyarakat belum adanya penggunaan aplikasi e-learning. Maka dari itu, dengan adanya pelatihan yang kami berikan tentang QUIZIZZ, salah satu aplikasi untuk elearning ini, para guru merasa antusias dapat mengeksplorasi dan menambah kreativitas mereka dalam membuat bahan pengajaran dan soal-soal latihan maupun ujian kepada para murid, pengaplikasian HOTS dalam pertanyaan yang diajukan dalam uji coba QUIZZIZ kepada murid pun dapat diselesaikan oleh 87% peserta dengan m enggabungkan 4 tahap taksonomi HOTS menganalisa, mengaplikasikan, mengevaluasi dan memberikan solusi melalui beragam desain pertanyaan materi HOTS.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the management of learning strategies applied in SD Islam Modern Darunnajah Serang in improving the quality of learning. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The subjects of the study were principals, vice principals for curriculum, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the management of learning strategies applied at SD Islam Modern Darunnajah Serang includes five aspects, namely: (1) planning, which includes setting goals, indicators, and learning strategies; (2) organizing, which includes task distribution, coordination, and resource allocation; (3) implementation, which includes the application of learning models, methods, and media; and (4) supervision, which includes monitoring, evaluation, and follow-up. The management of learning strategies applied at SD Islam Modern Darunnajah Serang has succeeded in improving the quality of learning as shown by the achievement of learning quality indicators, such as student learning outcomes, student activeness, parental involvement, student satisfaction, and school achievement.

Abstract

This research analyzes the difficulties experienced by teachers at the Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School, Jakarta, in carrying out Classroom Action Research (PTK). The quality of teacher professionalism is key to ensuring students receive the best education, and PTK is an important tool to improve the learning process. However, implementing PTK in the field is often not easy, and many teachers face various challenges, including in the Islamic boarding school environment. This research aims to identify teachers' understanding of PTK, the difficulties they face, and solutions to overcome them. A qualitative approach with case study methods is used to understand this phenomenon in depth. Primary data was collected through interviews with teachers at the Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School, while secondary data was obtained from relevant school records, books and journals. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The research results show that teachers have a basic understanding of PTK as a practical tool for improving learning, but their knowledge of formal methodology is still minimal. The main difficulties found were limited time, minimal understanding of research methodology, lack of writing culture, and lack of systemic support from the school. The proposed solution is to organize practice-based training, build a research and writing culture, and provide systematic support through school policies, incentives, and collaboration with external parties.
