Abstract

Work motivation and leadership are factors in an effort to improve employee performance in an organization. If the leader provides optimal motivation for his employees, the more optimal the employee's performance in doing his job, but on the contrary, if the motivation given is low, the employee's performance will be low. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work motivation and leadership with the performance of the state civil apparatus in Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Papua Barat. The sample in this study was 30 people/respondents from the general secretariat unit and the data were analyzed using Spearman rank correlation analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Based on the Spearman rank correlation test, a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 was obtained, which means that there is a significant relationship between work motivation and performance of the state civil apparatus. (2) Based on the Spearman rank correlation test, a significance value of 0.011 < 0.05 was obtained, which means that there is a significant relationship between leadership and performance of the state civil apparatus. (3) Based on the Spearman rank correlation test, a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 was obtained, which means that there is a significant relationship between work motivation and leadership with the performance of the state civil apparatus. Which means, if work motivation and leadership increase, the performance of the state civil apparatus will also increase. Keywords: Work Motivation, Leadership, Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between training and compensation to employee performance at the Permata Keluarga Hospital Lippo Cikarang. Research Methodology uses a quantitative approach. The population and samples in this study were all employees of the Permata Keluarga Lippo Cikarang Hospital which amounted to 46 people. The data collection technique used is a literature study and through a questionnaire with likert scale measurements. Data analysis in this study used the help of software SPSS version 26. The results of the study by probability test (sig) showed that the training variable on employee performance at the Permata Keluarga Lippo Cikarang Hospital was significantly related because 0.000<0.05 (sig<0.05) so that Ho was denied Ha was accepted, the variable of compensation for employee performance at the Permata Keluarga Hospital Lippo Cikarang was significantly related because of 0.000<0.05 (sig <0.05) so that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted and the training variable with compensation for employee performance at Lippo Cikarang Family Gem Hospital was significantly related because of 0.000<0.05 (sig<0.05) so That Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Internal Communication and Work Motivation, to employee performance at Bank OCBC NISP Jakarta, Pluit Karang Utara branch. The sample was determined as many as 40 respondents consisting of tellers, customer service, marketing, operators and branch heads. Researchers used saturated sampling techniques that include internal communication variables, work motivation, and employee performance. The analysis method used is a descriptive analysis of respondents, the data description includes correlation test analysis, while the correlation test used is a spearman rank correlation test. The results of this study show that there is a significant relationship between internal communication and employee performance which is shown with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and there is a significant relationship between work motivation and employee performance, which is shown with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Abstract

This research study is intended to provide information related to the impact of research on performance appraisal and employee loyalty in the Rigid Box Production Section on promotions at PT. Satyamitra Kemas Lestari. Descriptive quantitative methods and data collection techniques, namely questionnaires, are the methods in this research study. A computer application called SPSS with version 24 is a tool for analyzing the data found in this research study. The findings in this research study are the t test (partial) of the Job Performance Assessment variable (X1) for Promotion (Y) with the findings of t count & t table of 17,620 & 1,990, the conclusion is that Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted, the impact of variable X1 on variable Y of the findings of the multiple regression table, the beta column is 0.891 or 8.91%. t test findings (partial) for the variable Employee Loyalty (X2) on Promotion (Y) obtained t count & t table a total of 24,662 & 1,990 the conclusion is that Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted, the impact (X2) on (Y) findings from the multiple regression table, the beta column is 0.939 or 93.9%. Adjust R Square value = 0.879 with exposure to Performance Appraisal (X1) and Employee Loyalty (X2) on Promotion (Y) of 87.9%, the remaining 12.1% is affected by other factors not examined in this research study. Abstract

Purposes of these studies was to assess effect of prices, product qualities, and service qualities on purchasing decision. South Jakarta Karen's Diner fast food. To obtain data for this research study by give questionnaire to respondent who already have a criteria, have used the product, the same community as the research object. Karen's diner fast food customers are the population of these studies, number of samples that have answered the research questionnaire is 50 respondents. Price, product quality, service quality are independent variable and dependent variable in these studies is purchasing decision. The result of these studies shows that prices, product qualities, service qualities and purchasing decisions at Karen's diner are quite good. There is an effect of prices on decisions to purchase karen's diner fast food with a sig value of 0.001, there is an influences of product qualities on decision to purchase fast food karen's diner with a sig value of 0.000 and there are no effects of service qualities on decision to purchase fast food karen's diner with a significancy value of 0.731.
