Abstract

BRENDA ARIM MELATI, The Effect of Occupational Health, Safety and Work Environment on the Performance of PT Tri Kemasindo Lestari Employees Human resources have the meaning that labor or employees are needed and are the things that play the most important role in making profits, goods and services for the company. Therefore, it is very important from the company to pay attention to the safety and health of the workers because it greatly affects the success of the company itself, if the company does not control the safety and health of the workers it will be fatal both in terms of company performance and in terms of the workforce. alone, On the other hand, there are also factors from the work environment that the company is not paying attention to at this time. employees themselves, therefore the company must prepare adequate working environment conditions. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, and the data analysis used is re with the number of samples in this study is 30 people. The data collection method used is a questionnaire with a measurement scale using a Likert scale. All data in this study were processed using SPSS 25 for Windows. Suggestion: It is expected that the company will always pay attention to the health and safety of employees, such as providing protective head hats for employees who work in the transfer of goods, holding counseling on procedures for using production equipment safely, providing medical clinics for workers who have work accidents, providing gloves or other means to protect workers. The company is expected to pay attention to the work space for workers, which must have adequate temperature, air circulation, and lighting, provide new innovations in the workspace so that it can provide comfort for workers, pay attention to environmental cleanliness for employee comfort. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Internal Communication and Work Motivation, to employee performance at Bank OCBC NISP Jakarta, Pluit Karang Utara branch. The sample was determined as many as 40 respondents consisting of tellers, customer service, marketing, operators and branch heads. Researchers used saturated sampling techniques that include internal communication variables, work motivation, and employee performance. The analysis method used is a descriptive analysis of respondents, the data description includes correlation test analysis, while the correlation test used is a spearman rank correlation test. The results of this study show that there is a significant relationship between internal communication and employee performance which is shown with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and there is a significant relationship between work motivation and employee performance, which is shown with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Abstract

are unable to keep up with the changing dynamics of the information technology industry must be ready to fall behind their rivals. The issue that needs to be addressed in this study is the connection between system quality and information quality and user satisfaction. This study was carried out at PT. POS Indonesia's City Branch at Pematangsiantar. The goal of this study was to find out how user satisfaction is affected by system and information quality. Purposive sampling was used to collect 35 samples from 57 people in total for this study. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in this study's tests. The study's final findings are as follows: 1) User satisfaction is positively correlated with system quality, suggesting that as system quality improves, so will the number of accounting information system users. 2) The positive impact of information quality on user satisfaction suggests that, if information is of high quality, it will also have a positive impact on user satisfaction. 3) User satisfaction is influenced simultaneously by the quality of the system and the quality of the information. This means that users of the accounting information system will be more satisfied with the IPOS system if the quality of the system and the quality of the information are designed appropriately. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effects of job motivation and incentives on the productivity of Grab Bike drivers in Bekasi City. The decline in the performance of Grab Bike drivers is caused by the provision of incentives that are still very lacking and difficult to obtain. This led drivers to complain that the diamond target for incentives was too high and the incentive income did not match their expectations. The type of research used is quantitative research methods. In order to generate a representative sample that met the researcher's predetermined criteria, non-probability sampling with purposive sampling approach was utilized in this study. The number of samples taken is 150 respondents. This research technique uses primary data obtained from questionnaire data. Then the data analysis was carried out using multiple linear analysis. The results of the study based on the t test showed that there was a positive influence between Incentives and Motivation on the Performance of Grab Bike Drivers. and based on a descriptive analysis of incentives and work motivation, they make a very strong contribution to the performance of Grab Bike drivers. Companies should pay more attention to providing incentives and motivation for drivers considering that incentives and motivation can be used to improve the performance of Grab Bike drivers. Abstract

Analisa Pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt to Equity, Price Earning Ratio, Net Profit Margin dan Total Asset Turnover Terhadap Return Saham Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Tahun 2015-2021 This research is to find whether CR, DER, PER, NPM and TATO have an effect on stock returns. Data were obtained using a purposive sampling method with criteria (1) Manufacturing companies in the industrial and chemical sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchanged and consistent during the 2015-2021 study period (2) Number of manufacturing companies in the chemical, cement and ceramics industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange years 2015-2021 (3). The results of the Current Ratio test have a significant effect on stock returns as indicated by the value of the test results t sign 0.010, the results is smaller than 0,05 (.010 < 0.05) so that means there is a positive and significant effect of current ratio on stocks returns. The results of the Debt to Equity Ratio test did not have a significant effect on returns marked the value of the test results t sign .0.00 which is smaller than (0.000 < 0.05), so that means there is negative effect and significant Debt to Equity on stocks returns. The results of the Price Earning Ratio do not have significant effects on stock returns marked by the value of the test results t sign 807 which is greater than 0.05 (.807 > 0.05), so that means there is not negative and significant effects on stock returns. The results of Net Profit Margin test have significant effects on stock returns marked by the value of the t test sign 042 which is less than 0.5 (0.042 < 0.05) , so it means that there is a positive and significant influence on stock returns. The results of the Total Asset Turnover test have a significant effect on stock returns marked by the value of the test results t sign .002 (0.002 < 0.05), so that means there is a positive and significant effect on stock returns. Abstract

Human resources (HR) are an important asset for the company. Therefore, quality human resources are needed by companies, especially in industrials era 4.0 as it is today. Many companies are competing to obtain human resources with good quality in order to compete. However, companies or organizations also play an important role in creating quality and competent human resources so that good organizational management is needed in order to maintain organizational life, both long and short term. In the course of an organization or company various kinds of problems will arise as happened in the Gravy Auto Workshop which faces the problem that employees are not comfortable with the work environment and are less motivated in carrying out their work, employees who are not enthusiastic about carrying out task for which they are responsible. The attitude of these employees reflects that employees still lack motivation in carrying out their work. Because of these problems, researchers are interested in examining what causes employee work discomfort, by assessing Work Motivation and then associating it with the OCB of Gravy Auto Workshop employees based on the background above. The purpose of researcher in conducting this research was to find out and prove whether work environments and work motivation have a relationship with organization citizenship behavior (OCB). These studies use a quantitative approached, namely an approached that using data analyst in form of number or numbers in collecting basic data. Collecting data in these studies use a survey method by distributing questionnaire to Gravy Auto Workshop employees using hierarchical theory on work environment variables. Hierarchical theory by Abraham H Maslow on work motivation variables and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) theory. Test result use SPSS 26.0 shows that there is a significancy relationships between work environments and work motivations on OCB. When tested partially the relationship proved significant. Because it is feasible means that work environments and work motivations are important factors in increasing OCB. Keywords: Work Environment, OCB, Work Motivation

Abstract

The achievement of an achievement in the field of sports organization is essentially an accumulative result of various aspects/elements that support the realization of achievement. A leadership style is essential for an organization to improve athletes' achievements, while organizational support is also important in an organization's efforts to improve achievements, as well as to improve its performance. This study has a purpose to find out the role of futsal coach leadership style and organizational support for the achievements of Indonesian Christian University Women's UKOM athletes. The data analysis method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. The study used primary data and secondary data that researchers collected through observation, interviews and documentation. After obtaining the required data, researchers use the validity of the data, which is source triangulation, proving that the research done is actually scientific research and to test the data that has been obtained. The result of the study is that the role of the leadership style of the coach that the leadership style has a very large role to the achievements of athletes and the support of the Indonesian Christian University Futsal Women's UKOM organization is very influential to the achievements of athletes. The leadership style applied to this organization is the authoritarian leadership style combined with democratic leadership style, in addition to the leadership style applied, there is organizational support given by UKOM Futsal Putri Christian University Indonesia more prominently in the field of justice. Abstract

This study aims to uncover the role of work motivation and work discipline in shaping employee performance at the Depok City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM), based on various cases related to employee performance. Many cases exhibit symptoms of imbalance. Researchers use Douglas McGregor's theory to describe motivation and utilize both primary and secondary information. The study employs a quantitative data collection approach, analyzing it to achieve an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon by distributing closed questionnaires to 56 respondents. Prior to analysis, the validity and reliability of all instruments are tested. The verified and reliable information is then further analyzed using the t-test correlation test. The objective of this research is to comprehend the influence of work motivation and work discipline on individual employees. The primary objective is to assess the impact of work motivation and overall work discipline on employee performance through F-test analysis. There is a significant correlation coefficient of 0.419 between work motivation and employee performance. Similarly, there is a significant correlation coefficient of 0.324 indicating a strong influence of work discipline on employee performance.
