Abstract

Kasus Covid-19 di Provinsi Sumatera Utara menunjukkan peningkatan jumlah yang cukup signifikan dalam satu bulan terakhir. Hal ini dikarenakan Sumut telah menjadi pusat aktivitas dan mobilitas masyarakat yang sangat tinggi. Selain itu penyebaran kasus telah menggambarkan adanya sub cluster dan transmisi lokal. Jumlah kasus Covid-19 di Sumatera Utara per tanggal 23 April 2021 adalah sebanyak 86 kasus dengan 9 kasus kematian. Melihat kasus Covid-19 yang terus mengalami peningkatan, pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Utara juga menerapkan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) di Wilayah Provinsi Sumatera Utara dalam Rangka Percepatan Penanganan Covid-19, termasuk Kota Medan yang memiliki kasus Covid-19 paling tinggi dengan jumlah kasus terkonfirmasi positif sebesar 53 kasus dengan 8 kematian per tanggal 23 April 2021. Desa Rimo Mungkur merupakan salah satu kelurahan binaan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan (STIKes) kemudian kelurahan ini berada di wilayah Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan Desa Rimo Mungkur termasuk dalam daerah yang cukup padat masyarakatnya serta meliliki latar belakang penduduk yang bervariasi. Abstract

Remaja lebih dikenal sebagai konsumen yang sangat ingin tahu dan informasi. Setiap informasi yang diberikan kepada seseorang seringkali ditelan begitu saja tanpa mempertimbangkan keakuratan atau manfaat atau kekurangan informasi tersebut bagi orang tersebut. Masa remaja adalah masa ketika banyak minat, termasuk yang berpusat pada seks dan masyarakat, mulai tumbuh. Seks dan pergaulan bebas di kalangan remaja Indonesia bukanlah hal yang baru, apalagi di zaman yang lebih maju atau yang lebih dikenal dengan zaman globalisasi. Sedih rasanya mengetahui hal ini. Remaja siap menerima dan memproses apa yang diajarkan, yang merupakan nilai tambah. Sekitar 47% pendidikan seks telah dicapai di negara berkembang seperti Amerika Serikat, di mana program pemerintah memberikan buku panduan pendidikan seks kepada setiap orang tua yang memiliki anak. Pendidikan seks dasar yang diberikan antara lain pelajaran tata krama, asal bayi, pengenalan jenis kelamin, dan topik lainnya. Kegiatan ini dilakukan Di SMP negeri 28 Medan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberi pengetahuan dan edukasi secara awal tentang seks supaya siswa dapat mencegah terjadinya penyimpangan pada siswa mengenai edukasi seks. Abstract

The digital era has brought various innovations in all aspects of life, including in the world of education. The integration of technology in the learning system in madrasah is a necessity that cannot be ignored to prepare students to face future challenges. This paper explores how madrasahs can implement technology in the teaching and learning process, ranging from the use of hardware and software, online learning platforms, to educational applications. The research method used is literature review. The results show the importance of technology integration in learning in madrasahs to improve the quality of education and prepare students adequately for the digital era. Despite the challenges, collaboration among education stakeholders is considered crucial in ensuring a successful transition to a technology-based learning system, which in turn will shape a more innovative, interactive learning environment that supports students' overall development

Abstract

The use of drone technology for the delivery of medicines and blood in remote areas has emerged as an innovative solution to some of the logistical challenges in healthcare. The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness, viability, and impact of the use of drones in improving access to essential medicines and blood supplies in hard-to-reach locations. Research methods carried out through the study of literature. Research results show that drones can not only significantly reduce delivery times and ensure reliability in delivering medical aid, but also offer a cost-effective solution compared to traditional transport methods. The study underscores the importance of a multidisciplinary approach in addressing barriers to delivery of health services in remote areas and exploring the future of drones as a major tool in medical follow-up response and health logistics delivery.

Abstract

This research explores social transformation in the digital age from a Qur'anic perspective, focusing on the morals and ethics of social interaction. In the digital age, major changes are taking place in the way humans communicate and interact, which often pose new challenges in maintaining integrity, trust and harmonious social relationships. Based on a comprehensive literature review, this study highlights how the values taught in the Qur'an, such as honesty, trust, empathy and balance, are important guidelines for adapting to the digital world. Through this analysis, this study provides insights into the importance of moral and ethical awareness in utilising digital technology, as well as how spiritual values can strengthen social bonds and avoid negative impacts that have the potential to undermine social and moral order
