Abstract

Education is one of the main factors in realizing and advancing development, which is very important in terms of formal and non-formal, therefore it must be prepared teaching staff who have good skills, are professional, pedagogic, and have good characteristics, according to what they must have. competence. Judging from the conditions in the field at the time of observation and interviews with physical education, sports and health (PJOK) teachers, there were several obstacles and lack of training on how to improve learning outcomes, to get good learning outcomes, of course there are several indicators that can be used to improve learning outcomes. It must be noted, so that students are always enthusiastic about participating in the physical education learning process, the teacher must play a very important role as a facility, facilitator, motivator, meaning to be the spearhead to achieve success. But it must have support from the relevant government in creating competent teachers, so judging by the results in the field, the proposing team is very interested in conducting training in the preparation of the PJOK learning model through the TPSR (Teaching Personality and Socioal Responsibility) approach to the working group of elementary school sports teachers throughout the district. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the athletic primary coordination training method affects the increase in short-distance running for extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 11 Lubuklinggau. This type of quantitative research with a quasi-experimental approach. The population is all extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 11 Lubuklinggau, and the sampling technique uses a total sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a test technique in the form of a 60-meter short-distance running test. Based on the results of research and discussion of data on the effect of athletic basic coordination training on increasing the short-distance running ability of extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 11 Kota Lubuklinggau. The value of tcount is 5.606, and the ttable is 2.26 with a significance of 5% (α = 0.05) with degrees of freedom dk = n-1 where n is the number of student data as many as ten athletes. If the value of tcount > ttable, then the hypothesis is accepted so that the average post-test results of the short-distance running ability of extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 11 Lubuklinggau City after being given athletic basic coordination training is more than the average pre-test score. In conclusion, there is an effect of the primary coordination athletic training method on the increase in short-distance running in extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 11 Lubuklingau. Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide education in the form of knowledge and skills to partners, namely the Gerga orange farmer group in Rimbo Pengadang District, Bengkulu Province, because agricultural products in the form of oranges are abundant in the area, which so far Gerga oranges have only been consumed without knowledge that if processed they can be one of the vitamins that can increase body immunity. The methods used are: 1) Socialization, 2) Training, 3) Application of technology, 4) Mentoring and evaluation, 5) Sustainability of the program. The results of this Community Service (a) laboratory tests of vitamin C content (8.80 Titrimetry), Potassium (61.68 Spectrophotometry), Sodium (8.88 Spectrophotometry), Fe (1.51 Spectrophotometry) and Sugar (11.00 Refractometry), (b) pretest and posttest results increased the quantity of Orange starch products by 0.68 in the medium category, (c) Increased packaging management capabilities by 2.92 in the effective category, (d) Marketing success by 49.52% in the quite effective category; (e) Increased knowledge by 3.93 in the good category, (f) Increased skills by 81.0% in the very good category. The output of community service activities is in the form of Sinta 4 journals, video IPR, poster IPR and online media.
