Abstract

Pendaftar yang belum terkomputerisasi sehingga terjadi penumpukan berkas bahkan hilang yang mengakibatkan pembuatan kartu pengenal, absensi dan jadwal kelas menjadi lambat. Begitupun pengelolaan data alumni yang masih menggunakan Microsoft office sehingga pengelolaan tidak dapat dilakukan dengan cepat, file-file yang tersimpan belum tertata dengan baik dan data yang tersedia kurang up-to-date sehingga dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang dapat mengelola data tersebut dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah merancang dan membangun suatu sistem informasi pengelolaan data peserta pada LKP Aksara Tekno Edukasi Makassar yang dapat mempermuda pengelolaan data peserta secara efektif dan efisien.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitan kualitatif, dengan metode penelitian deskriftif. Pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode waterfall melalui tahapan-tahapan seperti analisa kebutuhan, desain sistem, penulisan kode program, pengujian program dan penerapan program. Adapun teknik metode pengujian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode pengujian Black Box. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan aplikasi mengerjakan seluruh loop yang sesuai dengan batasannya dan validasi data yang akan dimasukkan sesuai yang diharapkan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa tujuan penelitian sudah tercapai

Abstract

Abstract – One of the important aspects in determining student performance in the lecture process is the timeliness in completing their studies. The study period of each student can be caused by various factors. By using the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm, it is possible to predict student performance in the Information Systems Study Program, UIN alauddin Makassar. The attributes used are gender, 1st semester GPA, 2nd semester GPA, entry path, high school major, school type, economic status, working status, marital status and organization. The student sample, namely alumni data from the 2011 to 2017 batches was used as training and testing data totaling 275 data, while student data from the 2019 and 2021 batches as target data were 153 data. The testing process will be carried out using 10 Fold Cross Validation method, and Confusion Matrix method. The results of the test show that the average performance of the Naïve Bayes model has an accuracy of 70%, precision of 69%, recall of 70% and f1-score of 67%. In this research, the system design uses Agile Method which is optimized with Laravel Framework. The Laravel framework is a framework that has a concise and efficient MVC (Model, View, Controller) concept used in developing a web application and has many helpers that can facilitate and assist in the application creation process. System testing using Black Box testing techniques. Keywords: Predict, Naïve Bayes, student, 10 fold cross validation, confusion matrix.

Abstract

Monitoring drug supplies at the West Malangke Community Health Center is something that must be done because this drug monitoring function is carried out so that no drugs are missed starting from incoming drugs and outgoing drugs as well as monitoring the expiration of drugs. The process of inputting incoming and outgoing medicines still uses Microsoft Excel, which in the process takes longer because every time a medicine comes in, the officer will record it in the book according to the date of entry of the medicine with more than one type of medicine, then check them one by one, then input them into in Microsoft Excel. Therefore, a system is needed to make it easier for West Malangke Community Health Center pharmacy officers to monitor drug supplies. The monitoring system used is a Progressive Web Application which has responses such as a mobile app, responsive layout, has icons that can be added to the device's home screen, can send and receive notifications and can simplify the process of monitoring drug supplies in the recording process so that errors do not occur. and the need to pay attention to reporting between receiving and dispensing drugs can produce a good drug monitoring process. Based on research results, the drug supply monitoring system using the Progressive Web Application is very helpful for pharmacy staff in inputting incoming and outgoing drugs as well as helping to monitor drug expiration.

Abstract

Software testing is a crucial stage in the development of information systems to ensure that applications can function according to user needs. System feasibility testing using UAT is intended to ensure that the system meets the functional requirements specified by the users. This study aims to apply UAT to a financial and inventory management information system used to manage various operational needs of the company, such as inventory recording, expense and income reporting, and employee wages. The UAT process is conducted by the system’s end-users, consisting of 16 respondents, including employees and the owner of CV. Nitah Tirta Makassar. The testing methodology includes several stages: UAT planning, preparing test questions through a Google Forms (gforms) questionnaire, conducting the tests, and analyzing the test result calculations. The results of this study indicate that the financial and inventory management information system meets user needs, based on UAT questionnaire score calculations that achieved an average interpretation score above 87% with a "very good" rating. With the implementation of UAT, it can be concluded that the financial and inventory management information system meets the users' requirements.

Abstract

Eksistensi pengenalan Jurusan Sistem Informasi yang dipublikasikan secara visual dengan melihat banyaknya sarana dan prasarana, sumber daya manusia dan program kerja yang menunjang berlangsungnya proses kegiatan pada jurusan sistem informasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian terapan dengan metode pengumpulan data kualitatif yaitu observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran kuisioner. Adapun tools yang digunakan untuk merancang sistem dalam penelitian ini adalah unified modelling language sedangkan untuk bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah bosstrep sebagai frontend dan Laravel sebagai backend, MySQL sebagai database serta pengujian aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Black Box dan metode user acceptance test. Dari hasil pengujian menggunakan metode UAT yang dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada semua user yang terlibat serta untuk mengetahui pendapat pengguna terhadap aplikasi yang telah dibangun. Sehingga didapatkan hasil persentase tingkat usability dari sistem administrasi pelaporan berdasarkan persepsi alternatif pengguna tergolong sangat kuat.

Abstract

Keasrian kampus menjadi perhatian khusus dalam Program Pancacita Rektor UIN Alauddin Makassar. Fakta menunjukan, lingkungan yang asri dan bersih dapat diwujudkan melalui pendekatan community concern. Negara maju membangun kesadadaran komunitas melalui pendekatan edukasi publik tentang kewajiban setiap orang, bukan terbatas pada petugas kebersihan. Di lingkungan kampus, pendekatan paling baik adalah dengan menjalankan program edukasi civitas akademika. Program edukasi efektif berjalan jika diimbangi dengan intensitas interaksi dan komunikasi yang tinggi. Sementara komunikasi dapat direkayasa melalui penggunaan teknologi informatika berupa sistem perangkat lunak jejaring sosial (sosial media) yang melibatkan civitas akdemika, yang berhubungan dengan program keasrian pancacita. Penelitian ini mengembangkan perangkat lunak komunitas civitas akademika sebagai sarana interaksi menuju pemantapan edukasi publik menjadikan isu lingkungan sebagai community concern. Perangkat lunak dikembangkan dengan metode waterfall dan prototyping dan berhasil dengan baik melalui tahap pengujian fungsional berbasis metode black-box test.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of seminar exam scheduling at UIN Alauddin Makassar through the development of the DZIKR (Exam Schedule Notification System) application. The problem addressed is the lack of coordination and the potential for miscommunication arising from the manual process of disseminating schedules to lecturers. As a solution, this study developed a web-based exam reminder system integrated with a WhatsApp chatbot to deliver real-time notifications. The methodology involved system development and quantitative analysis to measure its impact. The findings show that the implementation of the DZIKR system significantly improved scheduling efficiency, achieving a rate of 94.5%. However, its effectiveness was recorded at a lower rate of 5.36%. This discrepancy is attributed to the passive nature of the notifications, as the system functions only as a one-way information dispatcher without requiring further user interaction. Nevertheless, it is concluded that the DZIKR system serves as an effective reminder tool that enhances lecturers' awareness of the established schedules. The system has proven successful in addressing the efficiency issue; however, further development is required to incorporate interactive features to boost its overall effectiveness.

Abstract

The student assessment system at SDN 191 Penrie currently relies on grade books, which often leads to recording errors, delays in report preparation, and a lack of transparency between teachers and parents. This study aims to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of a grade evaluation information system in improving the daily assessment process. The research approach used a mixed method, combining qualitative methods through observation, interviews, and document analysis to identify existing system flows, as well as quantitative methods using a Likert scale questionnaire to measure the effectiveness of the system before implementation and testing the System Usability Scale (SUS) to assess the extent to which the system can assist teachers. The main findings using the Likert scale show that the effectiveness of the system before implementation reached a score of 56.19, while after implementation, the SUS score reached 93.2, indicating an increase in assessment effectiveness. In conclusion, this system is effective in supporting accurate and transparent daily assessments, thereby having a positive impact on improving the quality of basic education in line with the principles of honesty and fairness.
