Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa latar alamiah Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Huda Mandalajati didirikan atas dasar semangat pengajian warga Mandalajati yang menginginkan masyarakatnya agar selalu mendekatkan dirinya kepada Allah Swt dan Rosulnya Nabi Muhammad Saw. Perencanaan pendidikan karakter dilakukan oleh tim khusus kurikulum Yayasan Fathul Huda yang dibuat dalam sebuah buku khusus pendidikan karakter. Pengorganisasian pendidikan karakter di Madrasah Ibtidiayah Miftahul Huda dilakukan dengan struktur organisasi yang jelas, tugas dan tanggung jawab, serta deskripsi pekerjaan yang sudah dibuat seminggu sebelum tahun pembelajaran dimulai. Pengarahan pendidikan karakter dilakukan dengan adanya buku panduan pendidikan karakter, mengundang Ustadz untuk pengajian, penjelasan dan penguatan dari Kapala Madrasah. Pengendalian pendidikan karakter dilakukan dengan cara monitoring ke setiap kelas 4 kali setahun dan evaluasi setiap 3 bulan sekali untuk mengukur keberhasilan pendidikan karakter. Faktor penunjang pendidikan karakter adalah SDM, sarana dan prasarana, penguatan kompetisi tahfidz dan pengembangan e-learning sedangkan faktor penghambat pendidikan karakter adalah sarana dan prasarana, kematangan konsep, standar mutu pendidikan, cara pandang masyarakat terhadap pendidikan. Keberhasilan pendidikan karakter dapat diketahui dari kriteria keberhasilan, efektif dan efisian manajemen pendidikan karakter.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Assalam melakukan integrasi program Tahfidz Al-dengan pendidikan madrasah.Dengan terintegrasinya program Tahfidz Al-Quran, maka diperlukannya pengelolaan program Tahfidz Al-Quran agar tujuan program Tahfidz Al-Quran tercapai serta berjalan secara efektif dan efesien. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui : hasil yang dicapai dalam manajemen program Tahfidz Al Quran di Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Al-Quran Assalaam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan menyalin. Manajemen program Tahfidz Al-Quran dilakukan mulai perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pemotivasian, pengawasan dan evaluasi program sehingga program Tahfidz Al-Quran dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efesien. Pembenahan dalam pembelajaran, sumber daya manusia dan sarana prasarana pun terus dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Program Tahfidz Al-Quran di Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Al-Quran Assalaam menghasilkan santri yang berprestasi, mandiri dan berakhlak mulia.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to explore the concept of school performance appraisal using the balanced scorecard. Here, the authors attempt to describe the concept of a balanced scorecard that is applicable for the assessment of school performance. The methodology used is qualitative method that relies on a literature review of the literature and research journals. It was found that the concept of the balanced scorecard is a strategic alternative evaluation tool organization that focuses on financial performance. Balanced scorcard base its scoring on four aspects, namely financial, customer, internal business processes, and growth and development. Given the balanced scorecard approach emerged and developed within a business organization it is necessary to attempt modification before being used for the assessment of school performance. Therefore, in the context of the fourth school into a balanced scorecard assessment factors and infrastructure funds, students, curricular activities, and teachers and education personnel. It is expected that this study can contribute conceptually applicable to researchers and the public who will evaluate the performance of schools using a balanced scorecard approach. Keywords: Balanced Scorecard, School Performance Assessment Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelusuri konsep penilaian kinerja sekolah yang menggunakan balanced scorecard. Disini penulis berupaya menguraikan konsep balanced scorecard yang aplikatif bagi penilaian kinerja sekolah. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif yang mengandalkan pada kajian pustaka dari berbagai literatur dan jurnal penelitian. Berdasarkan penelitian ditemukan bahwa konsep balanced scorecard merupakan alternatif alat evaluasi strategi organisasi yang selama ini terpusat pada kinerja keuangan. Balanced scorcard mendasarkan penilaian pada empat aspek yaitu keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, dan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Mengingat pendekatan balanced scorecard muncul dan berkembang di lingkungan organisasi bisnis maka perlu upaya modifikasi sebelum digunakan untuk penilaian kinerja sekolah. Oleh karena itu dalam konteks sekolah keempat faktor penilaian balanced scorecard menjadi dana dan sarana prasarana, siswa, kegiatan kurikuler, dan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan sumbangan konseptual yang aplikatif bagi peneliti maupun masyarakat yang akan melakukan evaluasi kinerja sekolah menggunakan pendekatan balanced scorecard. Abstract

Muscle weakness in stroke patients will affect muscle contraction. Muscle contraction  due to reduced blood supply to the brain, thereby blocking the main nerves of the   brain and spinal cord . Blockage ofa oxygen and nutrientsto the brain causes serious health problems because it can cause hemiparesis and even death . The occurrence    ofa disturbances in the level ofa physical mobilization of patients is often caused by a movement in the form of bed rest. The ofa a weakened muscle condition associated with a lack ofa physical activity usually appear within a few days. Control ofa the brain  to   regulate muscle   movement has decreased function resulting in reduced muscle mass. This studyiaims to determine the effectiveness ofa ROM (range of motion ) on muscle strength in stroke patients at the RoyaliPrima Hospital in Medan. This studyiusedia quasi-experiment with oneigroup pre-posttest. The instrument used is  an observation sheet while the Wilcoxon test is used for testing. Prior to ROM training, most ofa the respondents ' strength was on a scale ofa 3 (67.9 %) and minority   muscle   strength was on a scale of 4 (10.7%). After doing ROM (Range of Motion) exercise there was an increase in muscle strength where the majority muscle strength on a scale ofa 4 was (45.5) and the muscle strength of the minority patient was on a scale ofa 5 (30.0%). There is an Effectiveness ofiROMi (Range of Motion) on Muscle Strength in Stroke Patients at the Royal Prima Hospital Medan in 2021 with p-value of 0.004.Keywords: ROM, Exercises , Muscle Strength

Abstract

ABSTRACT The peak of children's growth and development occurs in the first 1000 days of human life, but the basic foundation in stimulating growth and development is in the age range of the first 0-6 months. Development is strongly influenced by nutrition. The development of babies with exclusive breastfeeding and formula milk will experience differences due to different nutritional content. The incidence of infants who received formula milk by 89.19% experienced developmental delays. Meanwhile, babies with exclusive breastfeeding of 67.57% experience normal development. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there were differences in the development of infants aged 0-6 months who received exclusive breastfeeding with formula milk in sampoiniet sub-district, Aceh Jaya Regency. The type of research used is observational analytical research with a Cross Sectional approach. . This research was conducted in September 2022 in Sampoinet District, Aceh Jaya Regency. The population in the study was babies aged 0- 6 months in Sampoinet District, Aceh Jaya Regency, which was 160 people. The sampling technique using Accidental sampling was 44 people. The results of this study used univariate and bivariate analysis with the Chi-Square test. Based on the Chi-square test, a P-value of 0.016 (<0.05) was obtained, meaning that there were differences in the development of babies who were given exclusive breastfeeding and Formula Milk. The conclusion of this study is that there are differences in the development of babies who are given exclusive breastfeeding and Formula Milk. It is recommended for mothers to give exclusive breastfeeding to babies of 0-6 months, as it will adversely affect the development of the baby. Keywords: Exclusive Breastfeeding, Formula Milk, Baby Development.  ABSTRAK Puncak tumbuh kembang anak terjadi pada 1000 hari pertama kehidupan manusia akan tetapi pondasi dasar dalam menstimulasi tumbuh kembang berada pada rentang usia 0-6 bulan pertama. Perkembangan sangat dipengaruhi oleh nutrisi. Perkembangan bayi dengan pemberian ASI Eksklusif dan susu formula akan mengalami perbedaan karena kandungan gizi yang berbeda. Angka kejadian bayi yang mendapatkan susu formula sebesar 89,19% mengalami keterlambatan perkembangan. Sedangkan bayi dengan ASI eksklusif sebesar 67,57% mengalami perkembangan normal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan perkembangan bayi usia 0– 6 bulan Yang mendapatkan asi eksklusif dengan Susu formula di kecamatan sampoiniet Kabupaten Aceh Jaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September 2022 di Kecamatan Sampoinet Kabupaten Aceh Jaya. Populasi pada penelitian adalah bayi usia 0-6 bulan yang ada di Kecamatan Sampoinet Kabupaten Aceh Jaya yaitu sebanyak 160 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Accidental sampling yaitu sebanyak 44 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Chi-Square. Berdasarkan uji Chi-square didapatkan nilai P-value 0,016 (<0,05), berarti terdapat perbedaan perkembangan bayi yang diberikan ASI Eksklusif dan Susu Formula. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu terdapat perbedaan perkembangan bayi yang diberikan ASI Eksklusif dan Susu Formula. Abstract

Pseudo banana stems can be used as a pot for planting spinach, because it contains with moisture content of ± 96.2 %. Spinach in its infancy requires considerable water. Requirements for success in the cultivation of spinach on banana pseudo stem pots is planting media. The composition of the planting media of topsoil, sand, and husk charcoal used contains nutrients that might suit the needs of spinach extracted. This research is closely related to the learning of biology at school in the matter of growth and development. The purpose of this study was to determine the response of spinach’s growth to various kinds of planting media by using pseudo banana stem pots and produce a valid LKPD as a learning resource for growth and development material. Experimental research uses a completely randomized design (RAL), consisting of 5 treatments and 5 repetitions. The parameters observed were stem height, number of leaves, and wet weight of the plant. Data analysis using F test at α level of 5%. If there is influence continued with LSD or DNMRT test at α level of 5%. LKPD development research uses four-D models to the Develop stage which is at the validity stage. Analysis of the data used is quantitative analysis. The results showed that the response of spinach spinach growth to several kinds of growing media using pseudo potted stem pots of banana gave a significant effect on stem height and number of leaves. The best growing media for growth of spinach plants pulling out on banana pseudo stem pots is 100% humus soil. LKPD that was developed in the matter of growth and development is categorized as very valid in the aspects of content worthiness, linguistic, presentation, and graphic.

Abstract

Eksistensialisme adalah aliran pemikiran dalam filsafat yang menekankan kebebasan individu, eksistensi, dan makna hidup. Dalam konteks filsafat ilmu, eksistensialisme menyoroti hubungan yang erat antara manusia dan pengetahuan, serta mengkritisi pandangan bahwa pengetahuan itu netral dan objektif. Dalam eksistensialisme, pengetahuan tidaklah hanya sekumpulan fakta objektif, melainkan juga merupakan bagian dari pengalaman hidup individu dan konteks sosial-politiknya. Pandangan ini dapat mengarah pada kritik terhadap ilmu pengetahuan sebagai alat kekuasaan dan dorongan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi manusia dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Dalam konteks filsafat ilmu, eksistensialisme menawarkan sudut pandang yang penting untuk mempertanyakan asumsi-asumsi mendasar tentang pengetahuan dan eksistensi manusia, dan dapat memberikan kontribusi penting dalam upaya untuk memahami hubungan antara manusia dan pengetahuan.

Abstract

Programming is one of the fundamental subjects in the field of expertise in Technology, Information, and Communication (ICT). These topics must be mastered by all fields of study. Programming fundamentals remain alien to novices, such as the students in Class X. Basic programming subjects require a comprehensive understanding in order to be mastered. This study was carried out at SMK Negeri 1 Memperiwah Hulu. This investigation is a class action study with 35 class X TKJ 3 students as subjects. The data utilized in this investigation are learning outcomes. Indicators of research performance are based on the completion of learning outcomes for 75% of the student population. It can be seen from the image above that 30 students' learning outcomes fall into the decent category, with a percentage of 86%, and that 4 students fall into the sufficient category, with a percentage of 11%. Moreover, the percentage of students in the category of fewer learning outcomes amounted to one, with a percentage of 3%. Overall, the use of multimedia as a learning medium can enhance programming-related student learning outcomes. As an indicator of research success, in the first cycle it did not meet the set criteria for completeness, but in the second cycle it has increased and met the criteria. Increased activity and student learning outcomes are facilitated by the incorporation of multimedia skills and abilities into the activities of teachers.

Abstract

This article highlights the important role of infographic and quizizz media development which aims to produce infographic and Quizizz media and the feasibility of using this media in learning Islamic justice material and its wisdom in class XI students at MA darul ulum. Islamic justice is an important aspect of understanding the Islamic legal system that is relevant in everyday life. In today's global era, the use of interactive media is needed to improve student understanding and make learning more interesting. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the HANNAFIN and PECK models. The development process begins with the student needs assessment stage, followed by the infographic media design stage which emphasizes information about Islamic justice and its wisdom, and the function of justice functions. The third stage is the development and implementation of infographic media and quizizzes for class XI students at MA darul ulum. In addition, Quizizz is also used as an assessment tool that allows students to actively participate through interactive questions. Data collection techniques in this study were survey, observation, documentation and interviews. Judging from the survey in the form of questions on the quizizz media, the evaluation results show that the use of infographic media and Quizizz can significantly improve students' understanding of the material on Islamic justice and its wisdom.

Abstract

Awareness of the importance of halal certification in Indonesia, especially among micro and small business actors (MSEs) in the food and beverage sector, is still low. This is in line with government regulations that require halal products for the Muslim majority community. The halal certification education program held in Panempam Village, Pamekasan, aims to improve the understanding and readiness of MSE actors in applying for halal certification according to the self-declare scheme regulated in the SEHATI program. This educational activity involved 20 MSE participants who attended discussion and training sessions to understand the concept of halal, the importance of certification, and application procedures in accordance with the latest regulations. Observations and interviews conducted in the initial stage showed a low understanding of MSE actors regarding halal certification procedures. However, after the education, there was an increase in knowledge and interest of participants to apply for halal certification. The results of this activity indicate that halal certification education can increase the awareness of MSE actors to produce safe, quality products that meet halal standards, which in turn will build consumer trust in local products. In conclusion, training like this plays an important role in encouraging MSEs to comply with regulations, increase product competitiveness in the market, and contribute to the regional economy. In the future, continued support in the form of technical assistance is expected to ensure the sustainability of the halal certification program among MSEs.
