Abstract

This article is structured with four objectives, namely: (1) to describe how to cultivate and utilize BSF maggots; (2) describe how to optimize the potential of milkfish as a local product; (3) describe the influence of the program on people's income; and (4) describe how to establish and develop the quality of local fishery institutions. The method of implementing KDP consists of the preparation stage, implementation stage, monitoring and evaluation, workshops and hearings, as well as program sustainability. The results of the service that have been carried out are the cultivation and utilization of BSF maggots, starting with socialization and cultivation training with ecologists and continued with the practice of making cages, hatching eggs, and care. Furthermore, training and assistance were also carried out on how to process and market processed milkfish products into nuggets with culinary practitioners. Based on the calculation results, the program has a significant influence on people's income, where the target community who originally did not work becomes an income or it can be said that their income increases by 100%. Then, a local fishery institution was formed consisting of village youths who were tasked with maintaining the consistency of program implementation so that it had a sustainable impact.

Abstract

The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on all economic sectors including the financial performance of local governments. Regional financial analysis is a tool that can be used as a benchmark to assess the extent to which local government performance is managing its finances. Regional ability to manage finances is described in the form of APBD which directly or indirectly reflects the ability of local governments to finance the implementation of governmental tasks, development and community social services. The purpose of this study was to determine the financial management performance of the Regional Government of Kediri Regency based on the analysis of financial ratios in the Kediri Regency APBD. This research is a data series research, namely the Realization of APBD data for 2020 to 2022 in Kediri Regency. The analysis used is normative juristic with a descriptive approach case study method. The analysis tools used are tax ratio, per capita tax, regional fiscal space, regional dependency ratio, ratio of personnel expenditure to total regional expenditure, ratio of capital expenditure to total regional expenditure, ratio of capital expenditure to population, ratio of financial aids expenditure to total regional expenditure, idle funds, growth ratio, effectiveness ratio, and efficiency ratio. From the results of the analysis it is known that the majority of APBD performance during the Covid-19 pandemic had fluctuations.

Abstract

Research on sustainable business has experienced exponential growth in the last decade, reflecting the global urgency for more socially and ecologically responsible business practices. This study adopts a bibliometric and Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to map the intellectual landscape, identify research trends and highlight the most influential academic contributions in the discipline. By analysing more than 17,000 articles from the Scopus database from 2005 to 2025, the study reveals publication patterns, networks of scholarly collaboration, and conceptual dynamics that shape the discourse on corporate sustainability strategies and circular economy. The analysis indicates that stakeholder-based approaches and the integration of sustainability in the supply chain are the main pillars of building sustainable business models.
