Abstract

Contemporary muslim thinker mostly from Islamic dicipline, but not for Muhammad Syahrur (here in after referred as: Syahrur) who interested in islamic issue without Islamic background, can offers many ideas in his book, al-Kitab wa al-Qur’an, this book is the first book published, “this book is contemporer reading of interpreting the holy book of the Qur’an” by analysis of the 20th century; which means that his opinion of the Qur’an must be interpreted according to the present methodology, Al -Qur'an is a revelation and guidance for mankind, so that the Qur'an can be understood as a whole for humans throughout the period naturally. From that then, the linguistic approach was used by Shahrur in digging up the secrets of His message. This research wants to explain format of Syahrur’s linguistic approach which related laws of verses of the Qur’an. Actually, discuss all his linguisticc approach are very interesting, but the writer just take the syntagmatic - paradigmatic analysis of the term al - istiqamah and al - Hanif. From this reasearch, there are two basic formulations problems, firstly how Shahrur analyze these two words by using syntagmatic - paradigmatic analysis and what advantages and disadvantages which offered Shahrur in this analysis. This reseach used library research models, and focus on analytical descriptions from his book by qualitative model.

Abstract

This paper discusses Syahrur’s  linguistic approach to verse polygamy interpretation, there are 3 assumptions with this approach. First, there is no synonym (muradif) in Arabic. then he explores the text from etymology to morphology and redefines texts. Secondly, Syahrur rejects the idea of atomization (ta'diyah), even he interprets each verse of the Qur'an based on the assumption that each verse belongs to a single unit within a larger unitary entity in Kitab. This method is called intratextuality method. Third, the syntagmatic-Paradigmatic he used it as the weapon in searching the meaning that existed in a text editor. The use of this analysis is helpful in shaping the formulation of different legal results from synchronous; searching for the structural relation of each element of language until Syahrur's attempt to trace the root of the word in the verse or called diachronic. the first result of the conclusion according to Syahrur is polygamy depend on him that the solution of social problems is not the arena of the fulfillment of biological needs. Polygamy is considered a means to provide protection for widows who have orphans. The rules that the second, third and fourth wives of a widow who has orphans. The second result is justice according to Syahrur is not fair to wives but children (children of husbands with orphans of married women).

Abstract

Muslims believe that the Qur?an is authored and revealed by God. It contains Islamic principles, values, and norms by which human should embrace. Therefore the Qur?an is framed in the light of many perspective or approach. Inspite of linguistic approach. this Holy Scripture develops in the form of human experiences as the language it uses is Arabic. This later understanding leads some Qur?anic experts to expand the study of the Qur?an in the lights of linguistic analysis. The purpose of this research is mapping and describing the concept Syahrur in reviewing texts of the Qur'an by using language approach (linguistic) and the implications of such an approach to Islamic law.Syahrur would to show the public that the assessment the texts of the Qur'an with the linguistic approach is the potential for dinamitating words and phrases in the Qur `an and will give the progressive, liberate, and humanist Islamic interpretation.This reseach used library research models, and focus on analytical descriptions. The aim is elaborating of Syahrur?s linguistic approach. And the terms in linguistics will help clarify the exposition of Syahrur?s linguistic concepts against Islamic law

Abstract

The purpose of this study is know the concept of limit theory according to muhammad Syahrurs?s methodology (here in after referred as: Syahrur). The research findings state that the methodology of Islamic law used by syahrur is diffrent among another convensional?s scholars. He is a technique figure and his also had a very deep interest in the Islamic subjects. He used linguistic approarch, based on this he gave different interpretations of important terms in the Qur'an which led him to formulate his limit theory. The framework on this theory contains two of Islam's main characters (the constant form (Istiqamah) and the flexible form (hanifiyyah), it make Islam's survival, thus enabling the creation and development of the dialectic of the Islamic legal system continuously.The flexibility is in the limit theory refers to the meaning of ?the bounds or restrictions of God which should not be violated, contained in the dynamic?. In addition, Shahrur also used scientific approach. Therefore it is very natural that the theoretical Physics, Mathematics, and Philosophy are affected in his understanding of Islamic law.

Abstract

Indicators of human quality is a human who has a high work ethic, human quality means certainly have high motivation, always work and achievement. The quality of human resources is a central point of movers and managers from various types of other resources. The work ethic in Islam perspective is not enough to get the one purpose of welfare, but a manifestation of pious charity whose purpose is more comprehensive, Islam assess welfare  must be guided with other instruments such as charity, donation, and shadaqah. The fact, Muslim has not been fully implemented yet the instrument. For this reason will be explained relation work ethic and social welfare in Islam perspective as a mediator to contact among segments

Abstract

Masyarakat madani merupakan masyarakat yang sadar akan hak-hak warga masyarakat dan melaksanakan kewajibannya sebagai warga negara, masyarakat yang terbuka, toleran, menghargai hak asasi manusia dan yang paling menonjol dalam ciri masyarakat madani adalah baldatun toyyibatun warobbun gofur. Tuntutan perubahan menuju masyarakat madani di Indonesia memerlukan berbagai perubahan pada semua aspek kehidupan masyarakat, serta sangat membutuhkan individu dan masyarakat dengan kemampuan yang tinggi. Pendidikan sebagai sarana terbaik untuk membentuk suatu generasi, dituntut untuk peran sertanya dalam membangun masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, konsep-konsep pendidikan Islam memiliki peran yang strategis dan fungsional dalam upaya membangun masyarakat madani di Indonesia. Dalam tulisan ini, penulis akan memaparkan konsep pendidikan seperti apakah yang ditawarkan oleh Islam dalam mewujudkan masyarakat madani di Indonesia.

Abstract

 This research  describes the concept of Muhammad Syahrur on the birth of asynonymous theory, the ignorance of synonymous in the Qur'an.  Synonymous in the Qur'an is frequently discussed, but debates appear where Syahrur is in disagreement. This research used qualitative approach and content analysis as the design.  The source of  data was “al-Kitabwal al-Qur'an: Qira'ah Muashirah” by Syahrur. Linguistically, the verses were analyzed using syntagmatic and paradigmatic approach, and the special meanings in the Qur'an were integrated. The study revealed that the different terms in al-Kitab al-Qur'an, al-Dhikr, al-Furqan provide no basis for an argument and  synonymous in the Quran is still debated.  Synonymous is denied by Syahrur, but scholars rejecting the synonymous, only distinguish the properties contained in the words where the meaning remains the same.  Quran can not be understood in the relative terms, as relative and dynamic in space and times.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in the curriculum and learning strategies at SDIT Bina Insani Muslim Jatimulya, Bekasi. HOTS is crucial in the digital era as a response to the demands of 21st-century competencies, especially in the context of basic education based on the Qur'an which not only emphasizes memorization but also the ability to analyze, evaluate, and create innovative solutions based on Qur'anic values. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data obtained through direct observation for five months, supplemented by document analysis (SDIT Bina Insani Muslim Curriculum 2020-2025 and the Ministry of Religion's policy on HOTS-based PAI), as well as relevant literature studies. All data were analyzed based on the Revised Bloom's Taxonomy framework and the 4C Concept (Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, Communication). The results of the study indicate that SDIT Bina Insani Muslim has systematically integrated HOTS through an integrated curriculum that combines the 2013 Curriculum, JSIT, and local content. The focus on creative tahfizh, contextual learning, and collaborative projects effectively aims to shape students' analytical and evaluation skills, while developing their 4C skills. Active learning strategies such as Problem-Based Learning (PBL), multidisciplinary simulations, and Islamic values ​​debates, combined with spiritual activities (dhuha prayer and muraja'ah) integrated with storytelling and literacy, significantly support the development of HOTS. However, the implementation of HOTS still faces several significant challenges, namely the gap in teacher training related to HOTS, limited supporting facilities and infrastructure (computer laboratories, digital libraries, interactive teaching aids), and limited learning time due to tight schedules. This study recommends the need for increased teacher training and optimization of facilities to support HOTS learning more effectively at SDIT Bina Insani Muslim.

Abstract

Tujuan PKM ini adalah memberikan  pembelajaran tajwid pada anak TPA Hayatinnur dengan metode halaqah dengan buku pegangan tajwid karya KH. M Qomari Sholeh. Metode  halaqah  menjadi  salah  satu bagian  yang  digunakan  oleh  tim abdimas  dalam  strategis  pembelajaran tajwid di TPA Hayatinnur, Halaqah adalah pembelajaran perkelompok antara guru dan peserta didik,  yang terdiri dari 10 peserta. Pembelajaran ini dilatarbelakangi karena banyak orangtua menitipkan anaknya ke Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran (TPA) Hayatinnur untuk belajar ngaji. Namun belum optimal dikarenakan durasi belajar di TPA yang terbilang singkat, sehingga beberapa target pembelajaran kadang tidak terpenuhi. Pembelajaran ilmu tajwid sudah diajarkan, tetapi masih banyak anak-anak yang belum mampu membaca Al-Qur’an dengan baik apalagi sesuai kaidah ilmu tajwid. Dari permasalahan tersebut,  maka tim abdimas mengadakan pembelajaran dengan metode halaqah, kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di aula TPA Hayatinnur yang berada di kelurahan Jatimulya kecamatan Tambun Selatan Bekasi. Mitra pengabdian adalah seluruh  peserta didik TPA Hayatinnur. Pengabdian ini  dilaksanakan  selama 1 minggu tepatnya 21 s/d    25 November 2022, setiap ba’da ashar dengan dengan sub tema yang berbeda-beda. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah meningkatnya kemampuan anak-anak dalam pemahaman ilmu tajwid, berdasarkan uji coba yang telah dilakukan mereka dapat mempraktekkan bacaan surah al-Qiyamah (juz 29)  dengan  baik.

Abstract

Webinar "Pengasuhan Cerdas ala Rasul melalui Konsep Hipnoterapi" yang diselenggarakan oleh tim Abdimas Universitas Indraprasta PGRI dan Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Hayatinnur bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam mengenai pengasuhan anak yang baik berdasarkan teladan Rasulullah SAW. Webinar ini mengintegrasikan konsep hipnoterapi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan orang tua dalam pengasuhan. Materi yang dibahas mencakup prinsip-prinsip pengasuhan ala Rasulullah, seperti kasih sayang, keteladanan, komunikasi efektif, dan disiplin positif. Selain itu, peserta juga diperkenalkan pada bagaimana hipnoterapi dapat membantu orang tua dalam membangun hubungan yang baik dengan anak, memberikan sugesti positif, serta mengajarkan teknik self-hypnosis. Acara ini diikuti oleh 31 peserta, termasuk orang tua dan calon orang tua, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan efektivitas mereka dalam peran pengasuhan, serta mendukung perkembangan anak yang optimal.
