Abstract

E- sport at this time is again growing very rapidly. Just like any other sporting branch, esports is also organized sports with special training. This research aims to recognize the role of E- Sport as one of the branches of exercise by analyzing articles and books that have existed, this research uses a qualitative descriptive research approach. The results of this research prove that e-sport is a branch of sports because it has factors such as the value of justice, the value of certainty, the value of expediency. The recognition of e-sport as a branch of sports leads to many problems in residents whether e-sport is categorized as a type of exercise. Sourced from inference, e-sport can be categorized as sporting achievements, therefore e-sport is chosen as a sport that has 4 lower factors, namely, competitive factors, sportsmanship factors, achievement factors, and motor factors.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui pengaruh aerobic sirkuit terhadap daya tahan paru jantung, dan akurasi memanah atlet SELABORA Panahan FIKK UNY. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bentuk "one groups pretest-Posttest design". Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet SELABORA Panahan FIKK UNY yang berjumlah 11 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t dengan taraf signifikan 5 %. Berdasarkan hasil dari uji t tersebut menunjukan jika nilai t hitung > t tabel, dengan hasil tersebut menunjukan hipotesisnya diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh aerobic sirkuit terhadap, daya tahan paru jantung dan akurasi memanah atlet SELABORA Panahan FIK UNY. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan sebelumnya dapat diperoleh: analisis data daya tahan paru jantung atlet SELABORA Panahan FIKK UNY diatas diperoleh nilai t hitung (3,964) > t tabel (2,28), dan analisis data akurasi memanah diatas diperoleh nilai t hitung (7,807) > t tabel (2,28), Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh aerobic circuit terhadap daya tahan paru jantung, dan akurasi memanah atlet SELABORA Panahan FIKK UNY

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of demonstrative learning methods on improving gross motor skills in early childhood and provide pedagogical recommendations for the development of effective learning approaches. Through an in-depth literature review, this article reveals the complexity of the interaction between exercise activities and the changes in body physiology that occur. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research model that is a literature study that uses various literature reviews in strengthening research analysis. This research began by collecting some literature, then conducted a review and the collected literature was analyzed with a critical Apprasial table of 10 literature. In the literature review on the effect of demonstrative learning methods on early childhood gross motor skills, many studies support the effectiveness of these methods by emphasizing the use of models, simulations, and demonstrations. Despite variations in research results, the literature provides a strong basis for continued research to explore optimal implementation strategies to enhance the positive impact of demonstrative learning methods on early childhood gross motor development. Taken together, the literature suggests that demonstrative learning methods have significant potential in improving early childhood gross motor skills, prompting the need for further research to identify the most effective implementation strategies

Abstract

Inclusive physical education supports all students' social, emotional, and physical development, including those with special needs. With growing awareness of the importance of inclusivity in education, effective learning strategies to support the participation of students with special needs are becoming increasingly relevant, especially in senior secondary schools. This study aimed to explore and analyze various inclusive physical education learning strategies, focusing on how these approaches can improve the participation and learning outcomes of students with special needs. The methodology used was a systematic literature review, allowing for the comprehensive identification and analysis of strategies implemented and evaluated in inclusive physical education. Following PRISMA guidelines, the study selection process involved a structured literature search across multiple electronic databases, quality evaluation, and synthesis of findings from the selected studies. The literature review showed that inclusive approaches in physical education, including the use of assistive technology, adaptation of activities, and professional training for teachers, increase the engagement and participation of students with special needs and strengthen understanding and respect for diversity among all students. However, the study also identified challenges in implementing these strategies, such as lack of resources and inadequate teacher training. Inclusive approaches in physical education increase the engagement and participation of students with special needs and promote understanding and respect for diversity among all students. Successful inclusive learning strategies include applying assistive technology, modification of activities, professional training for teachers, and multidisciplinary collaboration. However, challenges in implementing these strategies were also identified, including a lack of resources, inadequate teacher training, and the need for more individualized curriculum adaptations. This research offers practical recommendations for educators and policymakers in developing more inclusive physical education practices, emphasizing the importance of student-centered approaches and close collaboration between schools, families, and communities to support students with special needs.
