Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product quality and product price towards customer satisfaction at blackcup coffee and roaster Manado. The population on this study consist of people who hanging out at blackcup coffee and roaster Manado, which the value is unknown. The sample for this study is 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is a purposive sampling method and the data collection method is in the form of a questionnaire that is run through Google Form. Furthermore, testing and data analysis was carried out using SPSS 28 software. Keywords: product quality, product price, customer satisfaction

Abstract

Product Placement and Influencer Marketing are types of marketing strategy that uses media such as Movies and TV Shows and also social media. The product will be promoted throughout the show and also through famous influencer in order for the brand to gain more recognition. Brand awareness are customers’ ability to recall and to use the product from a certain brand after seeing them and to buy them in the future. This paper consists of study on Generation Z’s behavior especially for the awareness of the brand through product placement that appears on Movies and TV Shows and also Influencer Marketing across social media platform. The result was taken from 100 Generation Z who lives in Manado and have interest on Movies and TV Shows along with influencers on social media. According to the findings, the people found that product placement has a significant impact towards the awareness of the brand and that influencers marketing has less impact due to the lack of trust that they have on the review that was done by the influencers.   Keyword: product placement, influencer marketing, brand awareness

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Diferensiasi Produk, Harga Dan Fasilitas Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Tampa Makang Raja Adventure. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pengunjung yang pernah melakukan pembelian Tampa Makang Raja Adventure yang berjumlah 889 orang, yang didapat dari data konsumen Tampa Makang Raja Adventure dari tahun 2020-2021. Perhitungan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dimana jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 90 orang responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa diferensiasi produk secara parsial berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Tampa Makang Raja Adventure. Harga secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Tampa Makang Raja Adventure. Fasilitas secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Tampa Makang Raja Adventure. Diferensiasi Produk, Harga dan fasilitas secara bersama– sama/ simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Tampa Makang Raja Adventure.   Kata Kunci:  diferensiasi produk, harga, fasilitas, kepuasan konsumen
