Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluating internal CSR using importance and performance analysis at PT. Meares Soputan Mining. This research used quantitative method. 31 samples were collected with questionnaire distributed to the employee of PT. Meares Soputan Mining. The result of this research shows that the importance and performance of internal CSR refers to the actions that corporations choose to take to satisfy the expectations of employees, actively fulfill and improve organizational fairness regarding employees (such as improving the happiness and satisfaction of employees’ health), and ensure work safety and the growth and development of employees and 5 points Likert scale was used to help the data analysis in this research for importance and performance.

Abstract

To achieve company goals, of course, employees are required to maximize their performance. Performance is something that cannot be separated from the company. Employees are required by the company to be able to contribute or perform well and must also be able to increase productivity within the company because the progress or failure of a company depends on employee performance. In this study, the researchers' objective aligns with those of causal study which is to discover whether or not each of the independent variable components affect the mediating variable and thus the dependent variable. From the perspective of analysis and data collection method, researchers will be using a quantitative data analysis. The purpose of this study is researcher want to examine the influence of leadership style and reward system on employee performance at PT. Pertamina Geothermal Energy Area Lahendong. The data used in this study are primary data of 78 respondents with a questionnaire or questionnaire method. This study using a quantitative method. The method used to examine relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is a multiple linear regression method and classical assumption test. The result of this study, indicate that Leadership Style and Reward System Partially and Simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia merupakan perencanaan sumber daya manusia, penerapan, perekrutan, pelatihan, pengembangan karir karyawan atau pegawai serta melakukan inisiatif terhadap pengembangan organisasional disebuah organisasi atau perusahaan. Manajemen sumber daya manusia bisa didefinisikan sebagai proses serta upaya untuk merekrut, mengembangkan, memotivasi dan mengevaluasi keseluruhan sumber daya manusia yang diperlukan perusahaan dalam pencapaian tujuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja, integritas dan motivasi terhadap loyalitas pegawai pada Inspektorat Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud secara parsial dan simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan cara mencari informasi yang ada, mendefinisikan dengan jelas tujuan yang akan dicapai, merencanakan cara pendekatannya dan mengumpulkan data-data sebagai bahan untuk membuat laporan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji f dan uji t. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil Penelitian secara parsial motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pegawai pada Inspektorat Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud. Secara parsial pelatihan kerja dan integritas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pegawai pada Inspektorat Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud. Secara simultan pelatihan kerja, integritas dan motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas pegawai pada Inspektorat Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud.   Kata Kunci: pelatihan kerja, integritas, motivasi, loyalitas pegawai

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia didefenisikan sebagai ilmu dan seni untuk mengatur hubungan dan peranan tenaga kerja agar efektif dan efesien membantu terwujudnya tujuan perusahaan  karyawan dan masyarakat, lingkungan kerja dan profesionalisme kerja yang baik dalam organisasi serta komitmen yang tinggi dari setiap karyawan yang tergabung dalam organisasi perusahaan dapat mengurangi tingkat Turnover intention dalam sebuah organisasi yang dibentuk, Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui lingkungan kerja, profesionalisme dan komitmen berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Turnover intention  karyawan pada PT. Massindo Sinar Pratama Tbk Manado. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah teknik purposive sampling, dalam menentukan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan rumus slovin untuk mendapatkan sampel yang tepat, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 180, dengan rumus slovin didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 65 responden, metode analisis data adalah regresi linear berganda, hasil penelitian menunjukkan lingkungan kerja, profesionalisme secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover intention  karyawan , sedangkan komitmen secara parsial berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap Turnover intention  karyawan PT. Massindo sinar pratama Tbk Manado,   Kata Kunci: lingkungan kerja, profesionalisme, komitmen, Turnover intention

Abstract

This condition regarding coffee shops become problematic because it created confusions for the customers that want to enjoy different types of coffees; regardless of the types of coffee shops run by the owners. In the end quality check need to be done and quality inspection with the criteria and standards need to be uphold for the best interest of the customers. The purpose of this study is to quality inspection of specialty coffee houses in Tomohon. This study uses a qualitative method and interview toward informants were conducted in order to gain information regarding the phenomenon. The result shows that quality inspection which constructed by 4 aspects of standard, measurement, testing, and characteristics are important for the betterment of the coffee shops. For coffee shop owners it is imperative to include all the mentioned indicators in quality inspections in order to reap the long-term benefits. Determining the correct parameter also important in order to make the quality parameters realistically achievable.   Keyword: quality inspection

Abstract

The rapid population growth in the city of Bitung has led to an increase in land prices. In response to this, the government of Bitung city created a residential facility, namely Rusunawa or also called Simple Rent Flats, Rusunawa is a place to live for low-income people. This study aims to find the reason why people in bitung city not interested in renting Rusunawa. This study use Descriptive Qualitative method, by collecting the data from the company, interview with the employee’s, and interview with people who choose to live in boarding house. The results of this study will be the reason why people choose to live in boarding house instead of Rusunawa and will be useful for the company in order to increase their occupants.   Keyword: purchase intention

Abstract

This study aims to analyze The Influence of Perceived Value and Brand Experience on Customer Satisfaction at Manado Town Square. This study uses quantitative methods and uses multiple linear regression tests to determine the effect of Perceived Value and Brand Experience on Customer Satisfaction. The sample for this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling method and the data collection method in the form of a questionnaire run through Google Form. Testing and analysis of data in this study using SPSS 22 software. The results showed that Perceived Value (X1) partially had a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y). Brand Experience (X2) has a partial positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y). Perceived Value (X1) and Brand Experience (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y). The R Square value obtained from the result of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.651 explains that 65.1% of Customer Satisfaction can be explained by Perceived Value and Brand Experience. Meanwhile, the remaining 34.9% was explained by other variables not studied in this study.   Keywords: perceived value, brand experience, customer satisfaction

Abstract

Product Placement and Influencer Marketing are types of marketing strategy that uses media such as Movies and TV Shows and also social media. The product will be promoted throughout the show and also through famous influencer in order for the brand to gain more recognition. Brand awareness are customers’ ability to recall and to use the product from a certain brand after seeing them and to buy them in the future. This paper consists of study on Generation Z’s behavior especially for the awareness of the brand through product placement that appears on Movies and TV Shows and also Influencer Marketing across social media platform. The result was taken from 100 Generation Z who lives in Manado and have interest on Movies and TV Shows along with influencers on social media. According to the findings, the people found that product placement has a significant impact towards the awareness of the brand and that influencers marketing has less impact due to the lack of trust that they have on the review that was done by the influencers.   Keyword: product placement, influencer marketing, brand awareness

Abstract

Currently, there are many digital products that are developing very rapidly besides computers, namely smartphones and the Internet, not only in the field of communication but also in the field of public transportation, which with the help of current technology has led to new innovations, namely an application for online ride hailing calls via smartphones such as Gojek and other brands. This study examines the effect of brand equity and perceived price of the Gojek brand on customer satisfaction. This study used a quantitative research method with 100 samples using a questionnaire data collection technique, then tested using multiple linear multiple techniques. The results of the study stated that brand equity and perceived price of the Gojek brand have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Gojek must continue to maintain and improve its good quality and performance in order to maintain consumer interest in using the Gojek brand rather than other brands.   Keyword: brand equity, perceived price, customer satisfaction

Abstract

Wardah is one of the leading cosmetic brands in Indonesia, offering skin care products and brands that are halal certified and suitable for the Indonesian market. This research aims to analyze the influence of celebrity endorsements and online Instagram promotions on online purchasing decisions for Wardah cosmetic products in the city of Manado. Researchers used people who used Wardah products as objects, researchers used quantitative methods by testing variable relationships, the number of samples used in this research was 100 respondents aged 19-40 years. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The research results show that celebrity endorsements have a positive influence on purchasing decisions.   Keywords: celebrity endorsement, online promotion, online purchasing decisions
