Abstract

Siswa pada saat sekarang ini sudah seharusnya memiliki kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Akan tetapi kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa masih kurang hal ini dikarenakan masih banyak siswa kurang menguasai konsep dasar materi yang diajarkan guru, dan masih kurangnya kesadaran siswa untuk belajar matematika. Model pembelajaran berbasis pemecahan masalah diperlukan agar kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa dapat berkembang. Salah satu model pembelajaran berbasis masalah adalah Means Ends Analysis (MEA). Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mengetahui kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 13 Banjarmasin yang pembelajarannya mengaplikasikan model pembelajaran MEA, (2) mengetahui kemampuan siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 13 Banjarmasin yang pembelajarannya mengaplikasikan pembelajaran konvensional dalam berpikir tingkat tinggi, dan (3) mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran MEA terhadap kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 13 Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan desain nonequivalent posttest-only control .Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 13 Banjarmasin dengan sampel yang diambil dengan teknik purposive random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik dokumentasi serta tes. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa (1) siswa yang belajar dengan mengaplikasikan model pembelajaran MEA kemampuan berpikir tingkat tingginya berada pada kualifikasi cukup, (2) siswa yang belajar dengan mengaplikasikan model pembelajaran konvensional kemampuan berpikir tingkat tingginya berada pada kualifikasi kurang, dan (3) model pembelajaran Means Ends Analysis (MEA) berpengaruh pada kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa.

Abstract

The division of inheritance is a very sensitive issue and there are even frequent disputes between the heirs because it relates to the dissatisfaction and selfishness of the heirs. The type of research used is normative research based on secondary data from primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. This study analyzes the problems of implementing Decision Letter Number: 2508/Pdt.G/2022/PA.Mdn regarding the distribution of inheritance to heirs in fleeing lawsuits (Abscruur Libels). from the Compilation of Islamic Law; and the basic considerations of the Medan Islamic Religious Court judge in deciding the inheritance case Number: 2508/Pdt.G/2022/PA.Mdn with an escape lawsuit (Abscruur Libels). This study concludes that in the opinion of the plaintiff's lawsuit registered in the partnership of the Medan Religious Court Number: 2508/Pdt.G/2022/PA.Mdn contains material defects in the form of lack of parties (Plurium Litis Consortium) and blur (Abcsruur Libels). Therefore, the Panel of Judges stated that the Plaintiff's claim was unacceptable, all evidence and rebuttals as well as the final conclusions submitted by the litigants were not considered again.

Abstract

This study deals with the effect of using student team achievement division learning method on students’ ability in simple present tense on the XI IPA class of SMA Negeri 2 Lawe Bulan in the academic year 2022/2023. Its objective is to find out whether the use student team achievement division learning method has a significance effect in simple present tense. Population used in this study of class X, XI, and XII were 89 students and samples used in this study of class XI were 21 students. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a one group as pretest and posttest design. This study was carried on using quantitative method. The data was analysed by using t-test. The data was analysed by using t-test. The researcher found the pre-test mean = 55,23, deviation standard = 3,92 and experienced an increase in the post-test mean = 80,95 deviation standard = 3,65. From this analysis, writer found that student team achievement division learning method has significance in teaching simple present tense. It can be proved by the result of the analysis showed that “ ” observed about 49,44 was higher than “ttable” about 1,725 with the level significance is 0,05% it implies that the teacher of english should use Student Team achievement division learning method in teaching simple present tense so that the teaching and learning process can be successful.
