Abstract

Education is a learning process to develop the potential of a person or group in an effort to improve one's self-quality in changing attitudes and behavior through training and teaching. Of course, in improving the quality of a person, a management is needed in the education. So that education that is conceptualized properly and correctly will produce outputs that can keep pace with the current developments. Management is also required. Management is also needed as an effective thing in achieving a goal that has been in accordance with what has been planned because it is very effective in achieving goals and carrying out all work correctly and in an organized manner. With learning management in schools, creating concepts that have previously been designed for later learning, will result in success in educational goals, of course by utilizing quality human resources.

Abstract

Character education is an activity that is carried out consciously and planned in facilitating and helping students to know good and noble things, love them, have strong competence to fight for goodness and nobility and be able to make wise decisions. The singing method is a lesson that is submitted by the teacher singing/singing in a melodious voice and pleasant tones as an effort to convey various information and knowledge. Discipline is a moral attitude of students that is formed through the process of a series of behaviors that show the values ​​of obedience, order, and delay based on moral references.              This type of research is qualitative, while the purpose of this research is to find out the Implementation of Discipline Character Values ​​Through the Singing Method for Early Childhood at Early Childhood Education Miftahul Huda Negeri Agung Academic Year 2022/2023. The data obtained through several methods, namely interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of analysis of interview data, observation and documentation obtained, it can be concluded that the Implementation of Discipline Character Values ​​Through the Singing Method for Early Childhood at Miftahul Huda Negeri Agung Academic Year 2022/2023 increases student discipline, namely Come to school on time, pay attention to the teacher during KBM, complete assignments according to the time, leave the class according to the specified time, dispose of trash in its place.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konflik yang dialami oleh mahasiswa yang mengikuti organisasi PIPAKM di STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang. Mahasiswa yang terlibat dalam organisasi sering menghadapi tekanan baik dari tuntutan akademik maupun aktivitas organisasi yang mengarah pada konflik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode wawancara mendalam kepada anggota organisasi PIPAKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor utama yang mempengaruhi tingkat konflik adalah komunikasi, perbedaan tujuan, interdependensi antaranggota, dan tuntutan peran. Meskipun terjadi ketidaksepakatan, anggota organisasi menyelesaikannya dengan cara yang konstruktif melalui diskusi dan musyawarah. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar PIPAKM terus mengembangkan budaya komunikasi terbuka dan transparan untuk mengurangi potensi konflik serta meningkatkan manajemen waktu dan pengelolaan suasana emosional untuk mendukung keseimbangan antara aktivitas organisasi dan akademik. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan sistem pendampingan bagi mahasiswa yang aktif berorganisasi.
