Abstract

Abstrak Permainan bola basket adalah permainan olahraga yang popular dan mulai digemari oleh masyarakat termasuk pada mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang dilaksanakan di sekolah. Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dapat membentuk sikap mental dan dedikasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan prestasi salah satu cabang olahraga tertentu dalam waktu yang lebih lama. Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler ini sudah berjalan dengan baik namun masih banyak memiliki kendala yang sering terjadi pada pemain saat bertanding seperti: seringnya kehilangan bola pada saat melakukan penyerangan ke daerah lawan, kemampuan dribbling, passing, dan shooting yang tidak akurat, serta postur tubuh yang berada jauh di bawah pemain lawan. Sebelum mempelajari teknik-teknik dasar permainan bola basket yang baik sehingga akan berpengaruh pada permainan, sangat dibutuhkan teknik dasar penguasaan bola (ballhandling). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan ballhandling terhadap keterampilan menggiring dalam permainan bola basket dan seberapa besar pengaruh latihan ballhandling terhadap keterampilan menggiring dalam permainan bola basket. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, sedangkan desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah One Group Pretest-Postest Design. Dalam desain ini tidak ada kelompok kontrol, dan subjek tidak ditempatkan secara acak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler bola basket di SMP Negeri 9 Surabaya yang berjumlah 33 orang yang terdiri dari 16 putra dan 17 putri. Cara memperoleh data dengan melakukan pre-test, perlakuan dan post-test yang dilakukan 4 kali pertemuan. Dari hasil analisa menggunakan aplikasi komputer SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) versi 21 dapat diketahui hasil pre-test dari 33 peserta memiliki rata-rata 68,91 detik, nilai standar deviasi 25,873 dan nilai varian 669,398. Sedangkan untuk hasil post-test dari 33 peserta memiliki rata-rata 74,61 detik, nilai standar deviasi 21,288 dan nilai varian 453,184. Berdasarkan perhitungan SPSS statistic 21 test dengan ketentuan pengujian jika nilai signifikansi dari nilai hitung thitung lebih besar dari ttabel dengan taraf signifikansi 5% atau 0,05 maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Sedangkan jika nilai signifikansi dari nilai thitung < ttabel dengan taraf signifikansi 5% atau 0,05 maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Dari hasil tersebut diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (3,393 > 2,042) dengan taraf signifikansi 5% atau 0,05, maka sesuai dasar pengambilan keputusan dalam Uji Paired Sample T-Test, maka dapat disimpulkan Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, yang artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari hasil tes setelah pemberian treatment dengan nilai persentase sebesar 8,27% pada peserta ekstrakurikuler SMP Negeri 9 Surabaya. Kata Kurnci : Ballhandling, Menggiring Bola, Bola Basket Abstract Basketball is a physical exercise that became popular and liked by many people, included on the sport lessons and extracurricular in the school. Extracurricular can build mental action and dedication of the human body, so that it can increase an achievement of sport association for a long period. This activity has been ran well, but still has many difficulties that common happen of the player in the competition, such as: the player has lost the ball frequently when he attacted to the enemy zone, dribbling skill, passing, and shooting that inaccurately, also the position of the body that lower from the enemy. Before studying the basic techniques of basketball that gave an influence to the game, it is needed to master the basic technique of the ball (ballhandling). This study is aimed to know the influence of ballhandling exercise to the dribbling skill in the basketball and how is the influence of ballhandling exercise to the dribbling skill in the basketball. This study is described in quasi experiment with quantitative approach. The research desain of this study is One Group Pretest-Postest Design. In this desain, there is not control group, and the subject did not mention randomly. The subjects of this study are all the students that join in the extracurricular of basketball in SMP Negeri 9 Surabaya. There are 33 students that consist of 16 male and 17 female. In this study, the data collection techniques was done by giving pre-test, treatment and post-test that conduct in to 4 meeting. The result of this study by using SPSS application (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) 21 version, it can be known that the result of pre-test from 33 students have 68,91 second, average with deviation standart value 25,873 and variant value 669,398. Mean while, for the result of post-test from 33 students have 74,61 second, average with deviation standart 21,288 and variant value 453,184. Based on SPSS statistic 21 test with standart testing, if the significance value from the calculate value tcount more than ttable with the significance level 5% or 0,05 so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Meanwhile, if the significance value from the value tcount<ttable with significance level 5% or 0,05 so Ho is accepted andHa is rejected. The result of this study is described as tcount>ttable (3,393 > 2,042) with significance level 5% or 0,05, so based on the basic of decision interpretation on T-Test Sample Paired Test, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. It means that there is significantly from the result of the test after giving treatment with percentage value 8,27% to the students who join extracurricular in SMP Negeri 9 Surabaya. Abstract

Technological advances have affected various sectors in the world. One of them is in the education sector. Various advances and conveniences that have been presented in this technological era have succeeded in developing the education system. However, technological advances also have a negative impact on students, namely the occurrence of moral degradation. One of the efforts made by the government in dealing with this problem is by implementing a full day school policy. This study aims to describe and analyze full day school policies in fostering student morals in the era of independent learning. This research uses qualitative methods, with descriptive methods and library research. The results of the study state that the full day school policy is able to maintain and foster student morals from various deviations that occur in the school environment and outside the school.

Abstract

Risk is something that can occur when an organization's activities are carried out. The risks that occur can be in the form of opportunities or challenges so that in their management there is a need for planning. Educational risk management as planning in carrying out activities in an institution, especially school education. Good planning will improve the quality of an education. The discussion in this article is about how the education management process can improve the quality of education. Writing articles using a literature study approach. The result of writing is that risk management in education needs to be done as an effort to improve and develop the quality of education.

Abstract

The school curriculum is a series of learning experiences created for school students to complete their educational goals. For that, it requires the right management pattern called curriculum management. A school/madrasah institution will always be favored by the community if it is well-operated/run, serves students who are fully willing to embrace the aspirations of the community and most importantly, the products that postgraduate institutions can offer. independent and competitive in the world of work. In order to get maximum results can not ignore the management agreement. An example is curriculum management that is in the spirit of the eight national education standards. This curriculum will be a reference/guideline for educational institutions/madrasahs in implementing learning. The process of structuring the curriculum will be very helpful and will bring more religious values ​​if it is associated with the values ​​of Islamic education. In this article, we will study the handling of the curriculum from the perspective of scholars, the Hadith of the Prophet and the Qur'an.

Abstract

This research is a study that focuses on the analysis of educational policies recently issued by the Government of Indonesia, the Ministry of Education and Technology, namely Permendikbud No. 6 of 2021. This study aims to provide analysis and solutions to the policy of Permendikbud No. 6 of 2021 which stated that the disbursement of BOS Funds is discountinued to schools with less than 60 students for 3 consecutive years. This research was conducted through the study of literature (library research) such as books and websites. The method used for data analysis is descriptive qualitative analysis technique that can describe the main discussion and bring up the final solution. Based on the results of this study, the policy of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 6 of 2021 deserves to be revoked and reviewed.

Abstract

Character education is a wording of education and character. Where these two words represent the entire understanding of education and character combined, namely character education is a symbol of the nation's awareness of a character or moral crisis that occurs in society. Therefore, efforts are made to provide character education which is expected to be able to help people from a character crisis by incorporating character education into the current education system through educational institutions. Several methods and research are carried out in order to achieve an appropriate approach to the success of the character education program. The need for each individual to be aware of the importance of character development in each of them is the main key to strengthening character, which can be done from the deepest outward levels, namely self, family, community, school, organization, to a wider scope, namely the Indonesian nation.

Abstract

Manajemen pendidikan yang ada di Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Al-Manar (MAM) mendapat sebuah masalah utama yang menarik untuk diteliti yaitu terkait jumlah guru yang terbatas dan kondisi guru yang tidak dapat berkantor di sekolah. Penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metodologi studi kasus merupakan metodologi penelitian yang digunakan. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beberapa solusi telah diimplementasikan, yaitu mengingatkan guru tentang jam mengajar, komunikasi dengan guru untuk variasi dalam metode pengajaran, penyesuaian tugas dan jabatan berdasarkan kualifikasi instruktur dan secara teratur. Solusi yang telah dipraktikkan ini membantu meningkatkan manajemen pendidikan di MAM dan mengurangi dampak masalah yang ada. Manajemen pendidikan yang lebih efektif diharapkan dapat membantu sekolah tetap beroperasi secara efisien. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi untuk pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang manajemen pendidikan di madrasah dan dapat menjadi dasar untuk penelitian lanjutan dalam bidang ini.

Abstract

Manajemen kurikulum merupakan suatu wadah sebagai pengantar perencanaan pelaksanaan pembelajaran disekolah dimana system manajemen kurikulum mengatur segala aspek mengenai pembelajaran. Pendidikan juga ikut andil didalamnya, tidak hanya penanggung jawab inti dari manajemen kurikulum sekolah. Dengan adanya manajemen kurikulum disekolah diharapkan bias tertata dengan baik, mulai dari penataan kurikulum yang sesuai dengan kemampuan siswa, namun seiring berjalannya waktu kurikulum Indonesia setiap tahunnya atau setiap pergantian pemimpin juga berdampak pada pergantian kurikulum. Hal ini diupayakan pemerintah agar system manajemen kurikulum berjalan dengan baik. Di SMA Negeri 1 Sewon juga mengikuti aturan dari pemerintah atau kementerian Pendidikan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how to resolve conflicts in the administration of education in Madrasahs and the challenges faced in education management in Madrasas or schools. This is so that the author as a vocational teacher can find a solution to the conflict in education management in the madrasa that he must find when he becomes a teacher candidate. In this paper, the author uses a qualitative descriptive research method to obtain information. Because the information in this document describes efforts to manage conflict in the provision of education in madrasas or schools. Poor management will affect the development of schools, especially at this time the quality of education is still declining. The factors that influence the government are the obsolescence of science and technology due to globalization so that it gives birth to quality, directed, well-planned and well-organized schools. As is happening in Indonesia today, education is still developing unevenly, coupled with the impact of the 19th earthquake, making education management even more chaotic. Therefore, in the arrangement and management of teachers, teachers must carry out their responsibilities and obligations properly in school management in accordance with educational orientation.

Abstract

Implementation is the most important policy element, and the policy implementation process is a very important final determinant of policy making. Policy implementation is an activity that is seen after a valid direction has been issued from a policy which includes efforts to manage inputs to produce outputs or outcomes for the community. The implementation of education policy is one of the activities in the policy process that determines a policy in contact with equal educational stakeholders can be accepted by the community. Policy implementation is a complicated matter with a complex process. This journal article discusses the implementation of education policy implementation in Indonesia, and the research method used is qualitative by quoting from various sources. The purpose of the research is to obtain information about the implementation of educational policies, influencing factors, approaches, methodologies, and several probes of education in Indonesia. The results of this study are, 1. The implementation of educational policies is the implementation of the results of policies set by officials related to the implementation of education, 2. Factors that influence the implementation of educational policies, among others, resources, communication, disposition, and structure, 3. Approach in implementation education is top down, bottom up, procedural and managerial, and also political approaches.
