Abstract

Pembelajaran kewirausahaan di perguruan tinggi hendaknya menghasilkan lulusan yang siap berwirausaha. Akan tetapi dalam kenyataannya masih banyak mahasiswi sebagai calon lulusan perguruan tinggi tidak tertarik atau enggan berwirausaha. Hal ini dikarenakan beberapa persoalan yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan dan kurangnya motivasi kewirausahaan yang dapat mendorong berwirausahaan. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pelatihan manajemen pembelajaran kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan usaha bertujuan memberikan pendidikan dan wawasan baru kepada mahasiswi tentang kewirausahaan serta memberikan motivasi agar dapat melakukan kewirausahaan. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini menggunakan pelatihan dengan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab yang dilakukan secara luring. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini pada akhirnya dapat memberikan dan menambah khasanah baru tentang kewirausahaan dan tertarik dalam melakukan wirausaha dengan kreatif dan inovatif.

Abstract

The focus of this study is how the concept of independent learning which is a policy in education in Indonesia is currently associated with Paulo Friere's critical education and its implementation in learning Islamic Religious Education. For Paulo Friere, independent learning is a teaching process that frees students from all kinds of colonialism, such as the banking system. Freire's construction of education leads to education which will lead people out of the shackles of oppression. In line with that, the Merdeka Learning Program according to the Minister of Education and Culture will be the direction of future learning that focuses on improving the quality of human resources. Merdeka Learning is the beginning of the idea of ​​improving the monotonous national education system. Overall, the humanistic values ​​promoted by the Minister of Education and Culture's policies and the educational concepts offered by Friere are very relevant to be applied in education in Indonesia, especially Islamic Religious Education through the elements of educators, students and educational goals. Fokus kajian ini adalah bagaimana konsep merdeka belajar yang menjadi kebijakan pada pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini dikaitkan dengan pendidikan kritis Paulo Friere dan implementasinya dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Bagi Paulo Friere, merdeka belajar adalah proses pengajaran yang membebaskan peserta didik dari segala macam penjajahan, seperti banking system. Konstruksi pendidikan Freire mengarah kepada pendidikan yang nantinya menghantar orang keluar dari belenggu penindasan. Selaras dengan itu, Program Merdeka Belajar menurut Mendikbud akan menjadi arah pembelajaran ke depan yang fokus pada meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, Merdeka Belajar merupakan permulaan dari gagasan untuk memperbaiki sistem pendidikan nasional yang terkesan monoton. Secara menyeluruh, nilai humanis yang diusung oleh kebijakan mendikbud dan konsep pendidikan yang ditawarkan Friere sangat relevan untuk diaplikasikan dalam pendidikan di Indonesia, khususnya Pendidikan Agama Islam melalui unsur pendidik, peserta didik dan tujuan pendidikan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the principal's virtual leadership in relation to increasing teacher work motivation in the new normal era and the factors that influence it. This type of research uses a mix of qualitative and quantitative. The research location is in SMA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. The research sample amounted to 20 people chosen randomly from the entire research population. Data collection techniques used interviews, documentation studies and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics with the t-test of one sample based on the sample used less than 30. The results of the t-test obtained an average value of 82.7% which was in the effective category. The supporting factors for virtual leadership consist of communication skills and social networking skills. The inhibiting factors consist of geographical conditions and building trust.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of blended learning management in developing students' soft skills in the new normal era. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The location of this research is MI Raudlatul Jannah I Maron Probolinggo Data collection is done with primary and secondary data. Preliminary data were obtained through in-depth interviews and observation. At the same time, secondary data is obtained through documents and learning tools. The results showed that the application of blended learning management at MI Raudlatul Jannah I consisted of planning, implementing, and evaluating. The application of blended learning in the new normal era can develop students' soft skills in four aspects, namely discipline, honesty, attitude, and communicativeness.

Abstract

This research was conducted to present the principal's assertive behaviour in creating a superior school. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The research site is Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Nurul Mun’im Paiton Probolinggo. The results showed that the principal's proactive behaviour in creating an excellent school at Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Nurul Munim Paiton Probolinggo was indicated by the behaviour of providing information; searching for information; giving an opinion; reflecting the message content; giving criticism or praise; accepting criticism or praise; Express feelings; and share feelings. In terms of capabilities, the head of Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Nurul Mun'im Paiton Probolinggo is proven in the form of an attitude of consistency and idealism in deciding and implementing policies; and a person who is honest and open to others so that he becomes a respected and authoritative person. Based on the research, the principal's assertive behaviour can create a superior school through the principal's proactive behaviour, which is romantic, consistent and respectful towards others.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru melalui In House Training. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS) dengan objek penelitian 12 guru sasaran MI Azzainiyah II Paiton Probolinggo. Rancangan penelitian tindakan ini menggunakan model Kurt Lewin dengan tahapan plan, action, observation, serta reflection. Sumber data penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru sasaran, dan observasi lapangan peneliti. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan observation, performance appraisal, serta documentation. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis kualitif dan kuantitaf. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I diperoleh rata-rata 64 dan persentase guru sasaran yang masuk kategori tuntas sebesar 60%. Sedangkan pada siklus II diperoleh rata-rata 65,83 serta presentase guru sasaran yang masuk kategori tuntas sebesar 83,33%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru madrasah ibtidaiyah melalui In House Training

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis metode pembelajaran efektif di era new normal pada Madrasaha Aliyah Negeri 1 Probolinggo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriftif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diambil melalui wawancara mendalam yang dilakukan secara virtual. Sedangkan data sekunder diambil melalui dokumen dan perangkat pembelajaran seperti RPP. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 30 siswa dan 6 guru yang diambil secara purposif dengan asumsi bahwa responden tersebut sudah mewakili keseluruhan siswa dan guru dari kelas X, XI,dan XII. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Dari hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru dapat menggunakan metode blended learning sebagai opsi dalam pembelajaran di era new normal. Dan tidak menutup kemungkinan metode daring, luring dan project based learning dapat dilaksanakan secara maksimal sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi. Penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang tetap akan memberikan permbelajaran yang efektif.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, SMA Nurul Jadid, Probolinggo, East Java created a quality assurance system to survive and win the rivalry between educational institutions. The researcher attempts to understand the meaning behind school quality assurance operations using a qualitative with case study. Interviews with school committees, principals, vice-principals, and teachers, as well as observations and documentation, were done in this instance. Data gathering, data reduction, display, and conclusion are all steps in the data analysis process. The findings revealed that SMA Nurul Jadid's quality assurance system was implemented and evaluated through systematic planning, including numerous school members and the community, quality assurance implementation, and evaluation. This study has implications for the significance of educational institutions maintaining excellence to sustain the public trust built up over the years.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of audio-visual media in improving student learning achievement in fiqh learning at MA Nurul Yaqin Situbondo. The form of this research is classroom action research using the Kut Lewin model. The study was conducted in two cycles with four steps in one cycle, namely planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. Data collection techniques using observation, in-depth interviews, performance appraisal and documentation. The data were analyzed by using qualitative and quantitative descriptive techniques. The results showed that there was an increase in the learning achievement of students in fiqh learning using the audio-visual method. The value of the success of students in cycle I and cycle II classically with a percentage of completeness in the pre-cycle (before) audio-visual learning was carried out by 48%, in cycle I the implementation of audio-visual learning the percentage of student completeness increased to 72% and there needs to be an increase with implementation cycle II because it is still less 80%. In the second cycle the implementation of audio visual learning increased the percentage of students' completeness to 88% which was in the very good classification.

Abstract

            The driving school program is one of the ways the government has tried to implement a new curriculum during the Covid-19 pandemic. This program emphasizes the output of students with the character through the profile of Pancasila students. One of the critical points in this curriculum is an operational curriculum option, where educational institutions can develop their curriculum to be implemented. This study aims to explain the implementation of the curriculum structure in the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Corner for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The research was conducted at madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Pojok Walikukun Widodaren Ngawi East Java. This research is qualitative research with a field approach (field research). Primary data sources are obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation—data analysis using triangulation to collect data; data reduction process; presentation; and drawing conclusions. The results showed that in the 2022/2023 school year, madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Pojok Walikukun implemented a curriculum structure in line with PP No. 57 of 2021 concerning the National Education System, and the Ministry of Education and Culture, No. 371/ M/ 2021 concerning School Programs. The RPP applied by itself is directed at project-based learning, with the output of strengthening the profile of Pancasila students.   Abstrak Program sekolah penggerak merupakan salah satu cara pemerintah dalam uji coba menerapkan kurikulum baru di masa pandemi Covid-19. Program ini menekankan pada luaran peserta didik yang berkarakter melalui profil pelajar pancasila. Salah satu poin penting dalam kurikulum ini adalah adanya opsi kurikulum operasional, dimana lembaga pendidikan dapat mengembangkan sendiri kurikulum yang akan diberlakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan implementasi struktur kurikulum dalam Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Pojok Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian dilakukan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Pojok Walikukun Widodaren Ngawi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan lapangan (field research). Sumber data primer diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan menggunakan triangulasi untuk mengumpulkan data; proses reduksi data; penyajian; serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun ajaran 2022/2023 ini Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Pojok Walikukun menerapkan struktur kurikulum yang selaras dengan PP No 57 Tahun 2021 Tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, dan Kemendikbudristek No 371/M/2021 Tentang Program Sekolah Penggerak. RPP yang diterapkan sendiri diarahkan pada pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dengan output penguatan profil pelajar pancasila.
