Abstract

Abstrak Dewasa ini, berbagai artikel dapat dicari dan diunduh melalui platform yang terkoneksi dengan internet dengan bebas dimana saja dan kapan saja. Akan tetapi kemudahan tersebut tidak dibarengi dengan pengetahuan dan etika dalam menulis karya ilmiah sehingga terindikasi plagiasi. Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan tim, masih terdapat sebagian besar mahasiswa dalam penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah baik makalah dan artikel asal jiplak tanpa menuliskan sumbernya, tidak melakukan parafrase serta tidak melakukan pengecekan dengan aplikasi turnitin sehingga terdeteksi plagiasi. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi dan pendampingan melalui lima tahapan yaitu observasi, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pendampingan serta evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian yang telah dilaksanakan menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya pelatihan memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta terhadap penggunaan turnitin sebagai alat dalam pengecekan tingkat kesamaan sehingga terhindar plagiasi. Hal tersebut didasarkan atas perbandingan hasil pre test dan post test peserta pelatihan yang dilaksanakan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on obtaining a description of the teacher's strategy in overcoming the moral decadence of students through character education and obstacles in its implementation with the locus of MTs Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. The research method uses descriptive qualitative to get a detailed and credible picture of the teacher's strategy in overcoming the phenomenon of student moral decadence. The main subjects of the research include the principal, the student affairs department, class teachers, and several students as part of the research sample. Data were collected using participant observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The Miles-Huberman interactive model was used as the data analysis procedure, which includes data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and conclusion drawing. The research analysis results show that efforts to overcome moral decadence carried out through character education by teachers with habituation, learning integration, and school culture application. Efforts to implement character education are not limited to being carried out by principals and teachers, but also all school components ranging from educational parts, environment, family, and pesantren. This series of steps is an effort and strategy to overcome moral decadence in MTs Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the values of religious moderation in extracurricular activities at Tunas Luhur High School. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques in this study used in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. The informants in the study were the principal, vice principal of curriculum and students. The data obtained were analyzed using several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that extracurricular activities carried out at Tunas Luhur High School consisted of extracurricular activities which were part of Islamic religious education and extracurricular activities that were mandatory and specialization. Analysis of the values contained in extracurricular activities consists of the values of usefulness, tolerance, and justice so that with extracurricular activities carried out students can apply the values of religious moderation in the life of the society and nation.

Abstract

The development of the curriculum as a scientific discipline today is growing very rapidly, both terrorist and practical. If in the past the traditional curriculum was more focused on subjects with a pouring system, now the curriculum is more oriented to new dimensions, such as life skills, self-development, economic and industrial development, globalization era with various problems, politics, even in practice it has touched the technological dimension especially information and communication technology. The role of the curriculum system is very important because there are two important reasons. First, the curriculum as a tool to achieve educational goals, therefore the curriculum must really exist. Second, the curriculum is basically the science of the nation's educational process so that it is meaningful for its life, both as individuals, family members, community members, and disciplines that must be studied by people involved in education, especially those who are prospective teachers or have become teachers.

Abstract

This article describes parenting through the STIFIn method in building the confidence of students in the Al-Mawaddah area of the Pesantren Nurul Jadid Paiton. Self-confidence in this case is more about the students' belief in their ability to deal with something. This is certainly very influential on the development of its potential in the future. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. Sources of data in this study obtained through observation and interviews. Sampling of informants used purposive sampling technique which was then determined to number five of them were administrators as well as guardians of Al-Mawaddah Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid. This study obtained the results that the application of the STIFIn method in building self-confidence in students through several stages, namely; 1) Genetic potential test; 2) Classification of the relationship between foster guardians and foster children; and 3) Determining Potential Genetic-Based Parenting Patterns.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengelolaan perpustakaan dapat berkontribusi terhadap literasi membaca siswa dalam konteks penilaian kompetensi minimum serta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. MA Nurul Jadid dipilih sebagai lokasi penelitian karena sekolah ini memiliki komitmen untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan literasi siswa melalui berbagai inisiatif, termasuk pengelolaan perpustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum,siswa, guru, staf perpustakaan. Observasi langsung dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis tematik yang terdiri dari transkipsi (mengubah data menjadi teks), pengkodean (memberikan kode tema-tema dalam data), pengelompokan tema (mengelompokkan kode menjadi tema besar dan relevan), serta interpretasi (memberikan interpretasi dan merumuskan rekomendasi). Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pengelolaan perpustakaan di MA Nurul Jadid berjalan dengan lancer mulai dari segi perencanaan, perpustakaan telah menyelenggarakan kegiatan seperti pengadaan bahan koleksi, penganggaran, dan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Aspek organisasi perpustakaan terstruktur dengan baik sehingga memungkinkan staf perpustakaan menjalankan perannya masing-masing secara efektif. Aspek mobilisasi pengelolaan perpustakaan meliputi pelayanan dan penyediaan sarana prasarana yang diperlukan. Dalam hal pengawasan, perpustakaan melakukan pengawasan secara berkala setelah program kerja selesai. Faktor pendukung diantaranya adanya dukungan stakeholder, kegiatan workshop, ketersedian buku, lokasi yang strategi, serta lingkungan yang nyaman. Sedangkan faktor penghambat diantaranya ruang masih kurang memadai, pembagian jadwal yang belum tersingkron dan minimnya petugas perpustakaan.

Abstract

This community service programme aims to improve the digital literacy of Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Wahid Al Wahyuni Sumberan Besuk students through training on the use of Canva as a graphic design medium. Based on initial analysis, students have low digital literacy skills, while the adoption of technology in learning is still limited. This training involves the introduction of digital literacy, Canva interface, to the creation of graphic design based on academic and non-academic needs. The training process includes observation, module development, interactive session implementation, and evaluation of student work. With a practical approach and hands-on guidance, students were introduced to graphic design skills, such as creating posters and infographics, as well as an understanding of digital ethics. The results of the programme showed an increase in students' skills in utilising Canva to support learning. This programme not only provides a direct impact in the form of improved technical competencies, but also contributes to the development of broader digital literacy skills to face the challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to find out human resource management in improving teachers competence through the training of Qira'ati method in Al-Qur’an Kindergarten of An-Nadwah. The research method is qualitative descriptive method with case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants were the principal and 3 teachers selected by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using the concept of Milles and Huberman, namely data presentation, data reduction, and conclusions. The result of the study shows that teachers education and training is one of the most effective activities to increasing teachers competence. With the achievement of teachers competence, the quality of teachers in Al-Qur’an Kindergarten of An-Nadwah will increase.

Abstract

The digital era has brought significant changes in various sectors, including education. Social media, especially Instagram, has an important role in building the brand image of Islamic educational institutions. This study aims to analyse Instagram-assisted social media strategies in improving the brand image of Islamic educational institutions and identify the supporting and inhibiting factors. The method used is a qualitative approach with a case study at MA Nurul Jadid, Paiton, Probolinggo. Data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews with the principal and social media manager, and documentation of Instagram uploads. The results showed that effective utilisation of Instagram can strengthen the brand image of Islamic educational institutions through visual communication strategies, interaction with the community, and storytelling-based content. However, challenges such as lack of professional staff, lack of consistent content strategy, and lack of understanding of community preferences are still the main obstacles. Therefore, a more structured and Islamic values-based social media management is needed to increase the attractiveness and trust of Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

Excellent accreditation reflects the institution's success in improving the quality of education, one of which is through effective management of facilities and infrastructure. The purpose of the study was to analyse the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management in improving school accreditation, as well as to identify factors that facilitate and hinder the process. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study at MAN 1 Probolinggo, which was chosen due to its accreditation success and easy access to relevant data. In-depth interviews, observation, and documentation were the methods used to collect data. The research informants were the principal, vice principal for facilities and infrastructure, and administrative staff. Data were analysed through the stages of data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management occurs in three stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. Key supporting factors include strong leadership commitment and stakeholder collaboration, while inhibiting factors include limited financial and human resources.
