Abstract

Tujuan karya tulis ini untuk mendeskripsikan tentang BlogMatika sebagai inovasi pembelajaran matematika di sekolah berbasis ICT sehingga pelajaran matematika menjadi menyenangkan bagi siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka, dimana penulis mengkaji literatur yang relevan dengan objek kajian. BlogMatika merupakan inovasi pembelajaran matematika dimana setiap siswa membuat blog masing-masing kemudian guru menugaskan untuk posting materi yang telah diajarkan dengan menggunakan bahasa sendiri. Guru memberikan tugas kepada siswa kemudian jawaban di posting di blog masing-masing dengan catatan soal setiap siswa berbeda-beda sehingga dapat mencegah terjadinya contek massal atau kerja sama. Penilaian dapat dilakukan berdasarkan konten yang di posting dan juga banyaknya pengunjung atau peminat blog siswa. Karena pada dasarnya siswa pada sekolah berbasis ICT menyukai teknologi komputer dan internet, maka pelajaran matematika akan menjadi menyenangkan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa BlogMatika dapat menjadi alternatif bagi guru matematika dalam mengajar.Kata kunci: BlogMatika, Inovasi Pembelajaran Matematika, Sekolah Berbasis ICT.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan sosial, dan kemampuan awal matematika secara bersamaan pada prestasi hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif melalui penggunaan jenis penelitian ex post facto. Penelitian ini mengambil dua kelas sebagai sampel penelitian sebanyak 70 siswa yakni kelas VIII B dan VIII C dipilih secara acak dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dari seluruh kelas VIII pada tahun ajaran 2014-2015 yang berjumlah dua belas kelas. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan tes. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil analisis statistik inferensial menemukan bahwa kemampuan awal matematika, kecerdasan emosional, dan kecerdasan sosial siswa berpengaruh secara bersama-sama dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa dengan persamaan regresi berganda Y = -31,63 + 0.50X1 + 0,11X2 + 0,40X3. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya upaya meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional, dan kecerdasan sosial, serta kemampuan awal siswa pada matematika dapat membantu mereka dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar matematikanya.

Abstract

This study proposes a novel model for developing the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) based on gender relations. The model aims to improve teachers' understanding and implementation of P5 by incorporating gender equality principles. Employing a qualitative approach with a Research and Development method, the study gathers data through interviews and Focus Group Discussions with key stakeholders, including students, P5 facilitators, principals, and school supervisors in junior high schools across Boyolali, Madiun, Tuban, Yogyakarta City, and Balikpapan. Thematic analysis of the qualitative data guides the model development process. Anchored in the regulatory guidelines established by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, the model offers innovative instructions for teachers and P5 facilitators to integrate gender considerations into various aspects of P5 implementation. This includes forming balanced project groups, selecting resources free from gender bias, and designing learning activities that promote inclusivity and equity. The proposed model offers innovation by integrating gender relations at every stage of developing the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project, ensuring equal access, fair assessment, and materials that reflect gender diversity to strengthen inclusivity and equity in education.

Abstract

Today, STEM development leads to efforts to implement educational openness, emphasizing transparency and unlimited free access to information and knowledge. Rapid information and communication technology development supports efforts to implement open STEM learning. Through this article, the author has mapped study trends regarding the use of technology in STEM education so that it can become an illustration for future studies. The mapping process in this article is carried out using bibliometric analysis, which focuses on scientific publications, collaborations, and citations. Studies on the use of technology in STEM education from 2017 to 2023 show numbers that fluctuate and tend to decrease. The bibliometric analysis in this article also shows the ASEE Annual Conference and Exposition as the most productive proceedings publishing articles on the use of technology in STEM education, Castro M as the most productive author, San Francisco University as the most productive affiliate, United States as the most productive country, and articles compiled by Ibanez with the title Augmented Reality for STEM Learning: A Systematic Review became the most cited articles. This information can be used as a reference for future researchers who wish to study more about the use of information technology in STEM education. Another critical aspect that researchers need to pay attention to if they want to carry out further studies are topics or issues currently popularly associated with using technology in STEM education. Limitations in this article can be completed through further research on the same theme. Future research can include book chapters as a source of metadata. The publication time span can also be added to enrich the analyzed articles.
