Abstract

Abstract

Sungai Kupah Village has a tourism awareness group (POKDARWIS) consisting of 30 people. Most of the group members work as fishermen or coconut gardeners. The tourist sites managed by the group are in the form of mangrove tourism. The tour is equipped with mangrove tracking facilities, photo spots, canteens, toilets, parking lots. During the pandemic, the number of tourists fell by almost 70%. Another factor that causes the low number of visitors is the lack of information about the location profile of digital-based mangrove ecotourism areas. Promotion is an important activity that plays an active role in introducing information and information about potential products so that a wider audience can understand their existence and can encourage audiences to visit the product or object to be opened. It is hoped that knowledge about the role and importance of mangroves can be disseminated to the wider community through this tourist attraction. One of the promotional steps that can be taken is to create a digital-based profile of the location of the mangrove ecotourism area, where all information will be conveyed to the public to build brand awareness. Lecturers play a role in implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely Community Service in the form of participating in empowering and interacting with the community. in Community Service partners, namely POKDARWIS Ekowisata Standing, which is to improve the skills of mangrove tourism management partners in marketing tourism objects, producing mangrove tourism profile videos uploaded on social media and can increase visitors who come to mangrove tourism

Abstract

LSD disease is caused by the DNA virus of the genus Capripox from the family poxviridae. This disease is transmitted in various ways, one of which is a vector bite. It is suspected that drum flies and wild animals such as rats in drums play a role in spreading this disease within one drum or in a larger area. According to tests that have been carried out and existing theories, this disease is also excreted in livestock products, for example saliva, milk and semen directly, and also spreads indirectly through the use of non-sterile livestock equipment and human power (REF). (search about whether it has gone so far and the samples used and the results at the Wates bbvet. Cases of LSD disease have spread to almost all regions in Java and have been confirmed by the competent ministry. This article contains findings from residents' reports to local agencies who submitted requests for examination starting from physical signs, clinical symptoms, Real Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) examination as well as histopathological examination of a biopsy of skin tissue where the nodule lesion was formed. RT-PCR examination to confirm the presence of the virus from swab samples and lesion scrapings as well as histopathological examination is carried out to ensure the formation of intracytoplasmic inclusion bends as one of the characteristic features of LSD disease.

Abstract

Rubber plantations can grow and produce high quality results if they are cultivated in a suitable environment. Efforts to support land suitable for use in rubber cultivation include identifying the chemical status to determine the level of soil fertility. Tunggal Bhakti Village is one of the villages that has the potential to cultivate rubber plantations for the community. The lack of information known by farmers about the status of soil fertility and land management actions has resulted in less than optimal rubber productivity. The aim of this research is to identify the soil chemical status of rubber plantations in Tunggal Bhakti Village, Kembayan District, Sanggau Regency. This research was carried out using the method used in this research, namely the survey method according to land map units (SPT) and there were 2 SPTs at the research location. Taking composite soil samples to analyze the chemical properties of the soil, 1 kg of composite soil samples were taken at a depth of 0-30 cm and 30-60 cm at each SPT for analysis in the laboratory. Criteria for assessing soil chemical properties were identified based on Soil Research Center Staff (1993). The research results show that soil fertility in terms of its chemical properties is classified as low to very low.
