Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work behavior and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Office of Investment and One Stop Service, West Sulawesi Province. This type of research is quantitative research with survey research methods. In collecting data using purposive sampling technique. The population of this research is ASN employees at the Investment and One Stop Service Office of West Sulawesi Province, so that the sample in this study is 51 respondents. Data analysis was obtained using Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression and Correlation Coefficient Test using F test (simultaneous test), T test (partial test). The results of the research and data processing show that the two independent variables, namely Work Behavior and Organizational Commitment, simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the correlation coefficient test show that the R value is 0.806, meaning that Work Behavior and Organizational Commitment together have a very strong relationship to employee performance. While the results of the coefficient of determination test show that the value of R2 is 0.652, then the value of R2 1 means that 65.2% of the performance of employees at the Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services of West Sulawesi Province is influenced by Work Behavior and Organizational Commitment. While the rest (36.8%) is influenced by other variables outside the study. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh perilaku kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja Pegawai di DPMPTSP Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian survei. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Pegawai ASN di DPMPTSP Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, Sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 51 responden. Analisis data diperoleh menggunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Linier Berganda dan Uji Koefisien Korelasi menggunakan uji F (Uji Simultan), Uji T (Uji Parsial). Hasil dari penelitian dan pengolahan data menunjukan bahwa kedua variabel bebas yaitu Perilaku Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai. Hasil uji koefisien korelasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai R sebesar 0,806, artinya Perilaku Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi secara bersama mempunyai hubungan yang sangat kuat terhadap kinerja Pegawai. Sedangkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai R2 sebesar 0,652, maka nilai R2 1 artinya 65, 2% kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Sulawesi Barat dipengaruhi oleh Perilaku Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi. Sedangkan sisanya (36, 8%) dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian.

Abstract

Learning organizations have not gone well because complaints about bureaucratic performancestill color in every service provided by the government. This study aims to see the implementationof discipline of the five learning organizations according to peter senge to determine the strategyof organizational performance improvement. This study used a quantitative approach with asample of 31 employees selected by sample saturated. Data were collected throughquestionnaires, observations and documentation. Descriptive statistical analysis used for dataprocessed into tables and interpreted through observation and documentation. The results of thestudy indicate that of the five disciplines of the learning organization are (1) Personal skills 3.04including good category (2) Mental model 3.13 including good category (3) Shared vision 3.05including good category (4) Teaching 3, 15 including good category (5) Thinking 3.09 system isgood category. The five disciplines have an average grade of 3.09 including either category. It isconcluded that the five disciplines of learning organizations already exist and generally run wellbut there are still employees who are less able to apply due to low morale to learn new things andleadership commitment in creating a learning organizational climate so that employees alwayswant to increase the capacity individually or as a team.

Abstract

 This study aimed to determine the effect of Organizational Culture on the Performance of the Civil Servants in the Secretariat of the Mamuju Regency of West Sulawesi Province. This research was associative in nature by measuring the influence of Organizational Culture with the performance of Civil Servants and explaining the influence of the variables examined using quantitative research methods. The data used were primary and secondary data and the unit of analysis was the civil servants at the Mamuju Regency DPRD Secretariat. The results of the data analysis had an influence between the variable X on the variable Y From the calculation of the product moment correlation coefficient, the implementation of Organizational Culture influences the Civil Servants Performance in the Secretariat of DPRD Mamuju Regency. This was evidenced from the results of the calculation of correlation obtained t count that was equal to 7,036 and the level of relationship was high. Then from the results of these calculations it could be seen that the coefficient of determination was 42.5%

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of state civil servant discipline policies at the secretariat of the regional people's representative council of Mamuju district. This type of research is qualitative research and the type of research uses a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all civil servants at the Secretariat of the Mamuju Regency Regional People's Representative Council. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that "Implementation of Discipline Policy for State Civil Servants at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council in Mamuju Regency" in this case Law Number 94 of 2021 Amendment to Law Number 15 of 2014, PP Number 94 of 2021 concerning State Civil Servants, this Law was created to regulate the rules regarding work discipline for Civil Servants. This law also regulates that State Apparatus must not be biased towards the political axis or need to have a neutral attitude towards politics.
