Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership on organizational culture, to analyze the effect of motivation on organizational culture, to analyze leadership on organizational culture and employee performance, to analyze motivation for organizational culture and the performance of employees of PT Resource Equipment Indonesia in Balikpapan.In order to test the hypothesis the author uses Path analysis tool supporting program of SPSS 21. The population in this study were employees of PT Resource Equipment Indonesia in Balikpapan, which amounted to 40 employees. Based on the results of the study obtained an equation consisting of the following equation:-          the first substructure, Y1 = 0.147 X1 + 0.641 X2  -          the second substructure, Y2 = -0.049 X1 + 0.565 X2 + 0.150 Y1The results of the study indicate that; 1) Leadership has a positive but not significant effect on organizational culture. 2) Motivation has a positive but not significant effect on organizational culture. 3) Leadership does not have a positive effect and is not significant on Employee Performance. 4) motivation has a significant positive influence on employee performance. 5) Organizational culture has a significant positive influence on employee performance. 6) Leadership and organizational culture do not affect employee performance. 7) Motivation and organizational culture influence employee performance.

Abstract

In companies, office administration systems have an important role, especially warehousing administration in the warehouse section that handles inventory. Warehousing administration in the warehouse department is the spearhead of all records of incoming and outgoing goods. PT. Transkon Jaya has a warehouse section that handles spare parts inventory for vehicles or equipment that is rented, the inaccuracy of data in recording administration at the warehouse will have an impact on the company's operations. Based on the description above, the authors conducted a study entitled Analysis of Warehouse Administration Systems at the Warehouse Department at PT Transkon Jaya Tbk, Balikpapan City. The research method used in this research is Descriptive Qualitative Research which uses comparative analysis techniques through literature study, observation, and interviews. From the results of research and analysis, it can be concluded that the warehousing administration system in the Warehouse Department at PT. Transkon Jaya Tbk Balikpapan uses 2 (two) mechanisms, namely a computerized mechanism that uses the MYOB application and a manual mechanism. However, the application used is an accounting computer application, not an application specifically for inventory administration, which can provide information regarding the location of goods, the number of goods, the date of goods coming in, the date of goods left, and the amount of stock in the warehouse in real-time.

Abstract

In the archive management system in a company, it is necessary to renew the archive management so that the records can be managed properly. The problem in this study is that the archive management system at the PT INSURIN Balikpapan Certification section can still be said to be less than optimal, due to the lack of knowledge about archive management and also a lack of awareness of the importance of archives. This study aims to develop a digital archive management system that can facilitate the search for archival data that is safe, fast, accurate, and more efficient. In this study, the type of research used was descriptive research with a qualitative approach using descriptive data analysis. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation, and use of seven other stages in the preparation of the system, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, the testing stage, the analysis stage, the feedback stage, the repair stage, and the validation stage. The data analysis technique is through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the preparation of the application program that has been compiled can be used in archival management activities at the PT INSURIN Certification section to replace the previous system because it is considered effective but still requires the addition of other menus, especially in terms of archive search. It still needs development with the addition of other menus considering the many tools offered in the Microsoft Access application so that the system becomes more innovative, as well as renewal of archival equipment in the form of a roller-type scanner so that the process of scanning reports can be more practical and effective.

Abstract

This study investigates the simultaneous impact of company reputation and social media information on job applicant intention. Data was collected from a sample of 100 respondents, with descriptive statistics indicating mean values of 40.39 for company reputation, 36.49 for social media information, and 56.68 for job applicant intention. Classical assumption tests confirmed the normal distribution of data, absence of multicollinearity, and lack of heteroscedasticity. Instrument testing showed high reliability and validity of the measurement items. The hypothesis tests revealed that both company reputation and social media information significantly affect job applicant intention. The multiple linear regression analysis indicated that a unit increase in company reputation and social media information results in increases in job applicant intention by 0.467 and 0.706 units, respectively. The partial t-test results showed t-values of 3.005 for company reputation and 5.222 for social media information, both significant at p < 0.05. The simultaneous F-test confirmed the combined effect of these variables, with an F-value of 30.417 and a significance level of 0.000. The findings align with existing research, suggesting that effective employer branding and strategic use of social media significantly enhance a company's reputation and attractiveness to job seekers. Companies with a positive reputation and active social media presence are more successful in attracting high-quality candidates, highlighting the importance of these factors in modern recruitment strategies. In conclusion, maintaining a positive company reputation and leveraging social media are crucial for increasing job applicant intention. These strategies not only improve the perception of the company as a desirable workplace but also significantly boost the likelihood of attracting potential job candidates.
