Abstract

The analysis is done by upgrading the priority, first create a model of activity with IDEF0 (Integrated Definition Language 0) To The Smallest activity. Verification is done by field officers, while the validation is done by software IDEF37. With regard that the activities that the model is a map of the activity. Then the next step don is weighting the importance of existing activities. Once the performance indicators of each activity is determined, then the analysis is then performed through the sorting and defining the activity of ICOM’s critical to determine which will be upgraded. Of data and processing is done, there are 627 ICOM’s are analyzed on the basis of performance indicators on a specific output. And consists of 15 stages are recommended for improved performance, assuming a single phase which comprises 30 ICOM’s performance will be improved within six months. The priority of upgrading is begined to upgrade technical specifications, human resources, and facilities at the activities planned production program. However, in general the activity plan programs and activities planned production capacity and desired material is the activity that most often experience upgrading in the first stage. Continuous performance improvement can be made with reference to the upgrading priority of phase II, III and so on. Evaluation upgrading needs to be done after the implementation of upgrading stage 3. It is useful to decide whether to do the upgrading stage IV or re-analyze priority.

Abstract

Transportasi udara memiliki fungsi sebagai unsur penunjang yang berkaitan dengan kemampuan dalam menyediakan jasa transportasi yang efektif dan efisien serta  sebagai unsur pendorong yang berkaitan dengan kemampuan untuk membuka daerah yang terisolasi, menghubungkan daerah terpencil serta kepulauan Bandara Trunojoyo Sumenep  sebagai penyedia jasa transportasi udara terletak di kaputen Sumenep yang merupakan wilayah kepulauan. Jumlah pengguna transportasi udara pada Bandara tersebut mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan pada tahun 2018, akan tetapi mengalami penurunan mulai tahun 2019  hingga saat ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan strategi yang layak agar jumlah pengguna Transportasi udara dapat meningkat. Hasil analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa Bandara Trunojoyo terletak pada Kuadran IV (tumbuh dan berkembang) serta menghasilkan 11 alternatif strategi. Dengan analisis Fuzzy AHP menunjukkan bahwa startegi WO3 memiliki bobot tertinggi dengan nilai 0,127, startegi SO1 dengan bobot 0,124, strategi WO1 sebesar 0,121 , strategi WT1 sebesar 0,107, strategi WT2 sebesar 0,099, strategi SO2 sebesar 0,095, strategi SO3 sebesar 0,091 , strategi WO2 sebesar 0,067, strategi ST1 sebesar 0,067, strategi WT3 sebesar 0,066 dan strategi ST2 sebesar 0,036.

Abstract

This research aimed to: (1) analyze the difference of human resources outsourcing and insourcing regarded as from performance, competence, personality, commitment, and motivation empiricall, (2) analyze the effect of competence, personality, commitment, and motivation on performance of human resources outsourcing and insourcing. Research obyect selected is public ownership (BUMN) manufacturing industry which pertained as big industry, and has produced heavy equipments or transportation in Indonesia. The companies are: PT PAL Indonesia, producer of ship, PT Barata Indonesia, producer of heavy equipment, and PT. INKA producer of train. The research design was conducted by using causality analysis with quantitative approach and also survey methodology. The population in this study is employees at three companies which is amount to 8.726 peoples. Especially for operational and production level is counted 3.140 peoples. The samples wich has been circularized amounts to 400 respondents and which can be analyzed counted 284 respondents. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and discriminant analysis. The results of discriminant analysis shows that any difference between human resources outsourcing and insourcing, where the outsourcers has bigger motivation and competence than insourcing. While another variables, such as personality and commitment has no differences. And then, the results of SEM indicates that the four variables (competence, personality, commitment, and motivation) has no significant effect on human resorces outsourcing performance. Research suggestion for improving performance of human resources outsourcing is by doing job contract revision between management and outsourcing employess about earnings which can be accommodate the incentive system.

Abstract

Networking and modulary sesion dengan kemajuan teknologi telah menghasilkan perubahan signifikan dalam cara pengelolahan sistem pemasaran dan administrasi dalam memberikan layanan mereka sehingga straregi pemasaran dengan memafaatkan media sosial dan situs web, meskipun adanya strategi online, direct selling atau pengelolahan ofline perusahaan dalam memberikan layanan marketing tidak dapat dihilangkan. Metode kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi marketing PT. X menganalisis penyebab turunnya pemasaran PT. X ditinjau menggunakan fishbone. Hasil analisis diagram fishbone menunjukan bahwa faktor man power kurangnya pelatihan karyawan, method tidak adanya SOP penjulan, kurangnya kreatifitas karyawan dalam penggunaan metode pemasaran, manchine kurangnya dukungan sarana pembuatan iklan pemasaran dan pengelolahan administrasi serta tidak adanya sistem pendukung administrasi yang menjadi penyebab permasalahan penurunan jumlah pemasaran dan pemasaran tidak terkontrol secara sistematis.
