Abstract

The opening of the toll road Cipularang provide opportunities for business people open a travel service (shuttle service) “point to point” are scattered in several points in Bandung. Another phenomenon occurs on the field gap between the performance of the travel srvices to the satisfaction of passengers. This, prompted the authors to conduct a study of the level of analytic of vehicle operating cost for services of travel. Due to limited funds, manpower, and time, the scope of this final study is limited to the South Jakarta – Bandung route. The purpose of this study was to measure and compare the performance of the travel (shuttle service) Bandung- South Jakarta route to the satisfaction of passengers. In this study using quantitative methods with descriptive analysis techniques. The data used were obtained from the results of a questionnaire survey / questionnaire and interview. The sampling technique is Probability Sampling is done using simple random sampling method with a sample of 390 respondents taken as users travel (shuttle service) Bandung- South Jakarta route. Data analysis using the method of Importance Performance Analysis. Based on the analysis, a gap in variable costs, travel time, and travel itineraries. Variable costs and passenger safety is still not good and a top priority for improvement.

Abstract

This study aims to create interactive multimedia products in learning Natural Sciences, as well as to analyze how the effectiveness of the products produced. This research uses the method Research and Development (R&D) model Borg & Gall. The research was carried out through five steps, namely planning, initial product development, product validation, product testing, and final product results. Product validity test results were assessed by three validators, one material expert and two media experts. Sources of data were taken using a questionnaire to twenty junior high school students to test the effectiveness of the product being developed. The research results show that; related to the product validity test, material experts gave an average value of 4.7 with a valid category, then related to media experts gave an average value of 4.78 with a valid category. While the results of the analysis of product effectiveness trials in learning obtained an average value of 4.66 meaning that the products that have been produced are in the "very effective" category. Referring to the results of this study, the product that has been produced can be used as a medium for learning natural sciences in junior high schools.

Abstract

Tutorial videos have an important role in supporting the learning process in class. Teachers predominantly use whiteboard media so that students need help understanding the material presented because the learning process is still teacher-centered. The need for appropriate learning media such as video tutorials makes the learning process student-centered. The research aims to develop valid and practical video tutorial learning media. The research method is R&D (Research and Development) by Borg and Gall this model stage was modified into five steps, namely initial product development planning, product validation, limited trials, and final product. The material validity results were 4.53 in the "very valid" category. The validity of media 1 and 2 obtained values ​​of 4.83 and 4.60 in the "very valid" category. The results of the practicality test showed that 15 students obtained a score of 4.79 in the "very practical" category.
