Abstract

Abstract— Indonesia is experience a surplus in generating capacity of up to 27TWh by 2014 and makes this country struggling to provide electricity for its currents needs that sometimes give delays in capacity development (including with Independent Power Producer (IPP) projects). There are around 20 million households, or 80 million people, who currently have no access to public electricity. This study intends to find out what renewable energy in Indonesia in accordance with the potential that exists with case studies ocean current turbine power plant owned by PT T-Files Indonesia. This plant uses Gorlov turbine with a permanent magnet generator. Specifically this study aims to determine the feasibility of ocean current turbine power plants can be private power plants that sell electricity to PT PLN (Persero) to meet the electricity demand in Indonesia. Calculation of the cost of electricity per kilowatt-hour sales done in the conventional way with the ABCD method is the removal of the component C fuel component. Eligibility is done by searching IRR, NPV and PP from the power plant. Thus obtained if the power plant is feasible or not. Feasibility of the calculation found that the power plant is feasible electricity sales. Plan implementation is done by making 1-year period and electricity sales contracts for 15 years. It can be concluded that the development of electricity generation from renewable energy is feasible for IRR, NPV and PP meet. Keywords: business development, renewable energy, power plant, marine current

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Martabak Acil Gama di Cikutra Bandung dan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT dan QSPM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, metode deskriptif, dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Matrik SWOT, dan Matrik QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekutan utama perusahaan adalah memiliki rasa yang lezat dan berkualitas, melayani pemesanan dan penjualan online dan offline, sedangkan kelemahan utama nya adalah minimnya kegiatan promosi, untuk peluang utamaya adalah berada pada lokasi yang strategis, sedangkan ancaman terbesar nya yaitu fluktuasi harga dan kelangkaan bahan baku. Hasil simpulan dari analisis tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa Martabak Acil Gama berada pada sel IV pada Matrik IE. Hasil analisis berdasarkan Matrik QSPM yaitu meningkatkan kegiatan promosi disosial media dengan skor TAS tertinggi yakni sebesar 6,06.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada UMKM Depot Air Minum Aulia Tirta. Depot Air Minum Aulia Tirta Merupakan depot yang belum mengetahui kapan usahanya mencapai titik impas dan seberapa besar margin of safety yang dimiliki. Dengan diketahui titik impas dan margin of safety juga dapat sebagai acuan dalam merencanakan laba. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, didapatkan hasil dalam periode enam bulan Januari sampai dengan Juni dengan total pendapatan sebesar Rp. 58.020.000, dengan total biaya sebesar Rp. 31.134.020 dengan titik BEP sebanyak 3912 Unit atau dalam rupiah sebesar Rp 19. 560.000. Dengan target perencanaan laba dengan kenaikan 10%, Depot Air Minum Aulia Tirta harus melakukan penjualan sebanyak 12.374 Unit dengan total pendapatan Rp. 61. 870.000. Margin of safety atau penurunan penjualan maksimal yang boleh dialami oleh Depot Air minum Aulia Tirta adalah sebesar Rp. 38.460.000 atau sekitar 66%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the influence of religiosity, motivation, promotion on the decision to buy savings with trust as a mediating variable at Bank Sharia Indonesia Semarang. The research method is a quantitative method. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling so that 97 respondents are obtained. The data were analyzed using path analysis. The results of the research are that partial religiosity, motivation, promotion and trust have a significant effect on the decision to buy savings at Bank Sharia Indonesia Semarang. Trust is able to mediate the influence of religiosity, motivation, promotion on the decision to buy savings at Bank Sharia Indonesia Semarang. If customer trust in Bank Sharia Indonesia Semarang increases, customers will not turn to other sharia banks and will continue to use the services provided by Bank Sharia Indonesia Semarang.
