Abstract

In the National Railway Master Plan 2030, the government will operate the Trans-Sumatra Railway (TSR). To realize this plan, of course must be carried out in stages, one of which is research related to the existence of inter-city inter-provincial travellers (AKAP) who will choose the TSR transportation mode, because currently the inter-city inter-provincial route on the island of Sumatra has been served by the Bus transportation mode. AKAP, Travel, Airplane, and Ship with various service level classifications such as economy and non-economy. The initial research needed is to look at the mapping of whether intercity provincial travelers (AKAP) who are currently served with various facilities, will be willing to switch to using TSR. To create the attractiveness of inter-city inter-provincial travellers on the island of Sumatra using TSR as a means of transportation, the TSR mode of transportation must present new service attributes that have not been owned and implemented by the already operating modes of transportation, namely AKAP Buses, Travel, Airplanes, and Ships. For the purposes of this study, it is necessary to conduct a literature review to see whether the new service attributes that will be presented and applied have been used by previous researchers or not. ABSTRAK Di dalam Rencana Induk Perkeretaapian Nasional 2030, pemerintah akan mengoperasikan Kereta Api Lintas Sumatera (KALS). Untuk merealisasikan rencana ini tentu harus dilakukan pentahapan, salah satunya penelitian yang berhubungan dengan terdapatnya masyarakat pelaku perjalanan antar kota antar provinsi (AKAP) yang akan memilih moda transportasi KALS, karena saat ini rute antar kota antar provinsi di Pulau Sumatera, sudah dilayani moda transportasi Bus AKAP, Travel, Pesawat, dan Kapal Laut dengan berbagai klasifikasi tingkat layanan seperti ekonomi dan non ekonomi. Penelitian awal yang diperlukan adalah melihat pemetaan apakah pelaku perjalanan antar kota provinsi (AKAP) yang saat ini telah dilayani dengan berbagai fasilitas, akan bersedia beralih menggunakan KALS. Untuk menimbulkan daya tarik masyarakat pelaku perjalanan antar kota antar provinsi di Pulau Sumatera menggunakan KALS sebagai alat angkutnya, maka moda transportasi KALS harus menghadirkan atribut pelayanan baru yang belum dimiliki dan diterapkan oleh moda transportasi yang sudah beroperasi yaitu Bus AKAP, Travel, Pesawa,t dan Kapal Laut. Untuk keperluan penelitian ini, maka perlu dilakukan tinjauan literatur untuk melihat apakah atribut pelayanan baru yang akan dihadirkan dan diterapkan ini, sudah digunakan oleh peneliti-peneliti terdahulu atau belum.

Abstract

Pilihan moda transportasi tidak terlepas dari berbagai pertimbangan (standar) terkait kelancaran Moda perjalanan dari asal ke tujuan (penelitian ini menggunakan perjalanan sebagai contoh) dari Padang ke Jakarta). Aspek transportasi yang dipertimbangkan (kriteria) meliputi tarif, waktu perjalanan, keamanan, kenyamanan, keamanan dan frekuensi. Selain pilihan transportasi Padang ke Jakarta menawarkan banyak pilihan yaitu pesawat terbang, bus AKAP, travel atau menggunakan kendaraan pribadi. Di antara berbagai jenis model alternatif tersebut, penelitian ini membahasnya kriteria/aspek dan moda transportasi mana yang diprioritaskan pakar transportasi dan responden terpilih berdasarkan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan Aplikasi Expert Choice. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kriteria (aspek) keselamatan merupakan prioritas utama yang dipilih responden dengan bobot sebesar 0,546. Sementara itu, bobot untuk prioritas alternatif moda yang didasarkan pada masing-masing kriteria/aspek yang sudah ditetapkan yaitu: (1) Tarif (bus AKAP; 0,666); (2) Waktu Perjalanan (pesawat terbang; 0,618); (3) Keselamatan (pesawat terbang; 0,465); (4) Kenyamanan (pesawat terbang; 0,493); (5) Keamanan (pesawat terbang; 0,408); dan (6) Frekuensi (pesawat terbang; 0,400).

Abstract

Road segments ranging from local roads to national roads are the most urgent arteries in the mobilization of goods and people and determine the progress of economic development. Therefore the road must be constructed in accordance with the standards set out in the laws and regulations, including here the national road that has high economic value that connects the two regions of the two provinces namely Tapan Pesisir Selatan in the West Sumatra province and the Sungai Penuh Kerinci in Jambi province the two regions is closely related in economic and trade relations and the distance is only close to 64 km, but the terrain conditions have the potential to cause traffic accidents because natural factors penetrate row hills that have high geographical and national road standardization factors that do not have the attributes of road safety equipment complete. In this regard, it is necessary to examine how much the level of potential hazards caused by roads through disaster risk analysis in the transportation sector using the disaster risk analysis model. The results of the analysis using the disaster risk analysis model of the Tapan Sumbar - Sungai Penuh Kerinci Jambi road have a high hazard vulnerability level of 8.05 or above 5 means that this road needs to be improved both its construction and road safety equipment.

Abstract

The walking facilities in Pasar Raya and Permindo corridor not using effectively. Uneffective is caution the facility condition still not representative of quantity or quality and supply of facilities unstandarize with pedestrian behavior. The objective research is analysis performance of the walking facilities on a long this corridor based characteristic pedestrian behavior, perception and preferences walkers for facilhj supply. The Aproach metlwde in this research is: Identify pedestrian behavior, perception and preferences walkers. Evaluation performaces walking facilities supply. Knowledge the demand side for quantity walking facilities by measurement pedestrian traffic flaws. Someone inffiuences of pedestrians behavior is follow; walking facility dimention must can be capacity walkers with together 2 to 3 persons or more, walkers do not like trade informal (PKL) on walking path (trotoar), walker will be change to roads, if walking path is inconnection, pedestrian not using zebra cross caution is the near path. Tize basic this variables and the supply facilities equal with satndarize, pedestrian areas must free of inconnecting and accessibility mobile in this area. Tiw big qonsequency in aplly this reseach of pedestrian facilities performance is take areas from people to increase dimention of trotoar for can be capasity of pedestrian traffic flows. Other analysis about increase capasity of pedestrian facility, special for supply unstandarized. Pedestrian facility influence of pedestrian desire, hope using facility walkers increase and central bussiness distric areas becomes high economic for Padang.Key Words: Performance, Pedestrian Facility and Central Bussiness Distric.
