Abstract

Village funds are provided by the central government to villages (gampong) to improve the welfare of the gampong community. The existence of village funds is expected to increase community productivity. This study aims to explain how the implementation of village fund policies in Gampong Kapa in 2019 by linking the policy implementation model according to Grindle. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of village fund policies in Gampong Kapa has not been carried out well even though the budget absorption has reached 100%. The process is following the existing regulations, but in the implementation in the field, there are many problems. The development and empowerment activities made by the gampong government are not felt by the community. This is because the implementation of village funds in Gampong Kapa does not pay attention to both the policy context and policy content so that the village funds disbursed by the central government in very large numbers are considered by some residents to be not optimal in improving the welfare of the people of Gampong Kapa.

Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keefektifan aplikasi Sistem Evaluasi Polda dalam mendukung kinerja dan efisiensi di bidang Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) Polda Aceh. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Responden terdiri dari dua personel yang terlibat langsung dalam penggunaan aplikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini meningkatkan efisiensi operasional melalui pengelolaan data yang terstruktur dan akses informasi yang lebih cepat. Namun, beberapa tantangan masih ditemukan, seperti kurangnya pelatihan bagi pengguna dan kendala teknis. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan fitur dan pelatihan berkelanjutan guna mendukung optimalisasi aplikasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut di bidang sistem informasi kepolisian.Kata kunci:  Sistem Evaluasi Polda, keefektifan, TIK, Polda Aceh, kinerja. Abstract - This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Police Evaluation System application in supporting performance and efficiency in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) division of the Aceh Regional Police. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through interviews and questionnaires. Respondents consist of two personnel directly involved in using the application. The results indicate that the application enhances operational efficiency through structured data management and faster information access. However, some challenges remain, such as a lack of user training and technical issues. These findings provide recommendations for feature improvements and continuous training to optimize the application. This research is expected to serve as a reference for further development in the field of police information systems.Keywords: Police Evaluation System, effectiveness, ICT, Aceh Regional Police, performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merujuk kepada Undang-undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, Permendikbud Nomor 81A Tahun 2013 tentang Implementasi Kurikulum, Qanun Aceh No. 11 Tahun 2018 tentang Lembaga Keuangan Syariah yang mengatur tentang kegiatan Lembaga Keuangan dalam rangka mewujudkan ekonomi masyarakat Aceh yang adil dan sejahtera dalam naungan syariat Islam. Qanun Aceh Nomor 11 Tahun 2014 pasal 5 ayat 2 yang menjelaskan tentang sistem pendidikan nasional di Aceh diselenggarakan secara Islami dan terpadu untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan
