Abstract

The Accounting Information System manages the sales and accounts receivable process, from recording to financial report production. This system will provide speedy, precise, and accurate information services, and BUMDes Adnyana Tunggal will find this information extremely useful in gauging the company's growth. Each component of BUMDes must operate optimally. In view of the relevance of stimulating the village economy and aiding the village communities, it is vital to link existing business processes in BUMDes with systems so that controlled business operations are quicker, more exact, and generate accurate reports. This study employs the collection of both primary and secondary data for its data collecting. This sales and accounts receivable data management information system includes the printing of orders, sales transaction receipts, accounts receivable cards, and documentation of accounts receivable transactions, among other features. In addition, this system provides sales reports, accounts receivable reports, and profit and loss reports, which can help BUMDes manage financial reports and enhance the financial transparency and quality of villages.

Abstract

Abstract: Basoka Motor in marketing activities is still done manually, has not been computerized and has not planned motorcycle sales using information technology. Basoka Motor needs to make sales data computerized and see sales patterns in the used motorcycle showroom. Sales pattern information is obtained using the classification method. The use of the decision tree method with the C.45 algorithm can categorize used motorcycle sales at Basoka Motor. The purpose of this research is for the manager to know the sales pattern of used motorcycles in one month as a reference for the next month. Processing motorcycle data using the C4.5 algorithm is feasible to use in predicting motorcycle sales because it produces 100% accuracy.Keywords: C4.5 algorithm; decision tree; prediction; accuracy Abstrak: Basoka Motor dalam kegiatan pemasaran masih dilakukan secara manual, belum terkomputerisasi serta belum mempolakan penjualan motor menggunakan teknologi informasi. Basoka Motor perlu membuat data penjualan dapat terkomputerisasi dan melihat pola penjualan pada showroom motor bekas tersebut. Informasi pola penjualan didapatkan dengan menggunakan metode clasifikasi. Penggunaan metode decision tree dengan algoritma C.45 dapat mempolakan penjualan motor bekas pada Basoka Motor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar manajer dapat mengetahui pola penjualan motor bekas dalam satu bulan sebagai acuan untuk bulan berikutnya. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 27 data motor sesuai dengan rules prediksi setelah dilakukan pencocokan rule prediksi dengan dataset Pengolahan data motor menggunakan alogtima C4.5 layak digunakan dalam mempolakan penjualan motor karena menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 100%.Kata kunci: algoritma C4.5; decision tree; prediksi; akurasi.

Abstract

In initiatives to meet food needs and enhance the wellbeing of farmers and society at large, crop production performance is essential. For early attempts to be made for quick handling to prevent crop failure, farmers must be able to readily and quickly receive information in order to detect plant illnesses. In this study, two Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architectures namely, EfficientNet versions B5 and B6 are used to develop a classification model for plant disease using Deep Learning (DL). The 66,556 visuals in the dataset, which is from Kaggle.com, are used. To create a model, the training method uses 57,067 images data and 3,170 image data for validation. The EfficientNet architecture versions B5 and B6 received very good accuracy scores for the total test results, namely 0.9905 and 0.9927. The model testing phase was carried out through testing phases utilising 3.171 images data. Future analysis can compare CNN architectures and try it with different datasets.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) memegang peranan krusial dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan, karena kualitasnya sangat memengaruhi produktivitas dan kinerja organisasi. Potensi pegawai tercermin dalam pencapaian kerja, membandingkan hasil kerja dengan standar yang ditetapkan. Proses pemilihan calon karyawan tetap di PT. KB Multifinance, perusahaan pembiayaan multiguna, melibatkan evaluasi tahunan dengan tiga hasil rekomendasi: diangkat sebagai karyawan tetap, dikontrak kembali, atau diberhentikan. Penilaian kualitas karyawan tetap dilakukan berdasarkan Pencapaian Sasaran Kerja (KPI), Kompetensi Kerja, dan Kompetensi Perilaku (Behavioral Competencies). Namun, metode perhitungan matematis biasa yang digunakan saat ini menimbulkan kompleksitas dan memerlukan peningkatan efisiensi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memfokuskan pada pembangunan sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menerapkan metode Weighted Product (WP). Metode ini menggunakan perkalian untuk menghubungkan nilai kriteria, dengan pembobotan pada setiap kriteria yang dipangkatkan. Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan objektivitas dan efektivitas dalam penilaian calon karyawan tetap di PT. KB Multifinance. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan pengembangan sistem WP untuk identifikasi calon karyawan tetap dan hasil partisipasi calon yang dihitung secara efektif melalui langkah operasional sistem, mengurangi ketergantungan pada perkiraan subjektif.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi saat ini telah berkembang dengan sangat pesat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari banyaknya pengguna internet. Teknologi Virtual Reality Mobile pada era saat ini dapat diimplementasikan ke berbagai bidang pada kehidupan sehari-hari. Salah satunya adalah bidang permainan anak–anak. Virtual Reality pada Game membuat permainan menjadi lebih menarik dan interaktif. Permainan yang dapat dimainkan salah satunya yaitu permainan ular tangga yang mana permainan ini sudah jarang dimainkan pada saat ini. Game ular tangga adalah game yang dirancang dengan menerapkan Virtual Teknologi realitas yang akan mempermudah dan memaksimalkan ke seruan saat bermain Game Ular Tangga. Game ini di rancangan dengan menggunakan engine (pemrograman game) Unity 3D. Dengan memadukan teknologi virtual reality dan permainan ular tangga dapat meningkatkan minat anak–anak untuk memainkannya. Hasil yang didapat dari perancangan dan pembangunan ini adalah suatu Game ular tangga yang berbasis Virtual Reality (VR). Dimana dengan adanya permainan ini anak–anak dapat bermain sekaligus belajar tentang teknologi Virtual Reality yang didapatkan dari informasi yang disediakan dalam area permainan.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence is the goal of computer utilization. Artificial intelligence is often referred to as artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence is a branch of computer science. Artificial intelligence can help humans make decisions, which can find more accurate information in other words making computers easier to use with natural displays to make it easy to understand. Basically, the credit application system aims to provide the right convenience and service according to customer needs, and also provides a guideline and conditions in the credit application clearly so that customers understand how the procedure in applying for credit. The risks faced by lenders are PT. Kb such as credit arrears or bad credit. Therefore, it takes the accuracy of the internal finance party in conducting analysis. In this case it can be used to study the Expert System with the Forward Chaining method and find solutions to the problems faced to find out whether the actions to be taken by internal parties in processing the provision of motor vehicle loans in accordance with its rules and provisions

Abstract

Basoka Motor in its marketing activities is still done manually and has not yet idolized the sale of its motorbikes with the support of information technology. Designing an application can see the sales patterns that occur at Basoka Motor. To get information, one of the classification methods used in data mining is the decision tree method using the C.45 algorithm. Tests conducted between manual calculations and data mining applications on 27 motorcycle data obtained from Basoka Motor get the same results with an accuracy level of 100% using Confusion Matrix. Application development using the waterfall method with testing, namely Black Box Testing.

Abstract

At this time, laundry service is a facility that is widely used by people with the density of activities carried out and limited time to do household tasks, especially in terms of washing and ironing clothes, therefore people prefer laundry services. However, in the current system there is no application that can make it easier for owners or customers to make the process of ordering laundry services and the ordering process is still done manually. To overcome these problems, researchers have provided a solution in the form of designing an Android-based laundry service application to facilitate the ordering process for laundry business owners and make it easier for customers in the process of ordering services. In designing this application the method used is waterfall. This waterfall method is executed sequentially, starting from the initial stage to the final stage, where each stage must be completed before starting the next stage. In the process of making it using Android Studio with the Java programming language and for database storage using Firebase. An android-based laundry service application designed for laundry services aims to improve service efficiency by facilitating laundry owners in receiving orders digitally, as well as helping customers in the process of ordering laundry services through their Android devices.

Abstract

A decision support system (DSS) is the definition of a procedural model of data processing and assisting management in making decisions. Computer-based decision support systems can improve decision-making ability to solve problems that appear structured or unstructured. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method can be used to solve the DSS problem. This method is one of the most sought-after optimal solutions among several other decision support system method options. The research was conducted at SMKN 1 West Jakarta which aimed to assist the school in selecting homeroom teachers based on the effectiveness of teachers in the learning process to students. The creation of this application is done through data collection, system design, system analysis and database design. The creation of this application program is developed using PHP, the database is MySQL. In running this application, input or alternative information is needed, namely the names of teachers, and the assessment criteria are professional values, pedagogic values, personality values, and social values. The process requirements needed are alternative data entry process, teacher data entry process and also criteria data. The result is a teacher report that is expected to help the principal to determine homeroom based on teacher achievement scores.

Abstract

According to the Global Cancer Observatory report in 2018, Indonesia ranks second in the largest cervical cancer cases in the world. 80% of cervical cancer sufferers come in an advanced stage, and 94% of patients of these cases die within 2 years. Preventive action from the government is expected to reduce the number of sufferers. By knowing the increase in the number of patients, the government can take action on what must be done to reduce the number of pre-cervical cancer patients. Data on the number of patients with cervical pre-cancer is continuous, so the method needed to make predictions is a complex method and study the uncertainties in each period that can be accommodated with the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) Backpropagation algorithm. Backpropagation architecture used is 5 input layers, 5 hidden layers, and 1 output layer, with a learning rate (lr) of 0.5; constant momentum (mc) 0.3; the Mean Square Error (MSE) value of network training is 0.001 with the logsig activation function for hidden layers and purelin for the output layer. Resulting in a 5-5-1 network architecture pattern with the epoch = 322 processes and the achievement of MSE when testing with MSE = 0.001 with an accuracy of 99.999%.
