Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of meal experience on customer satisfaction at Yoshinoya Japanese Restaurant TSM Bandung. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques using literature study, observation, and distributing questionnaires with a descriptive and verification approach. The independent variable (X) in this study is meal experience which consists of several sub-dimensions, namely food and drink, variety in menu choice, level of service, price value for money, interior design, atmosphere and mood, location and accessibility, and food and beverage. beverage service employees and the dependent variable (Y) is customer satisfaction. Questionnaires were distributed to 112 consumers who visited and dined at Yoshinoya Japanese Restaurant TSM Bandung. The data analysis technique used is simple regression using the IBM SPSS for Mac 26.0 program. The results of the study based on the results of the meal experience variable has a significant influence with the coefficient of determination of 69.8% on customer satisfaction with a strong relationship. While the results of the partial test (t test) show that meal experience has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a value of 15.963 because it is greater than the t table value of > 1.982. Thus, it is expected to increase the meal experience so that customer satisfaction increases.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, peneliti mendapatkan beberapa destinasi wisata yang ada di daerah wilayah CIAYUMAJAKUNING. Namun, dari sekian banyak destinasi yang ada hanya ada beberapa destinasi yang dapat diunggulkan atau dikembangkan lebih lanjut. Dengan menetapkan destinasi wisata unggulan, maka fokus dari pola perjalanan akan lebih terarah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan wawancara dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak diantaranya pemeritah, industri, asosiasi serta masyarakat, tokoh masyarakat, dan lembaga swadaya masyarakat sehingga bentuk atau model pola perjalanan wisata sejarah, budaya dan religiyang dihasilkan adalah bentuk integrasi yang dapat memberikan multiflier effect (dampakberganda) di lintas sektor dimana pariwisata berperan sebagai leading sector. Adapun fokus destinasi wisata unggulan berdasarkan kajian dan pertimbangan yang ditetapkan sebagai berikut: ada 3 destinasi unggulan di Kota Cirebon, yaitu: Keraton Kesepuhan dan Keraton Kacirebonan yang cenderung terhadap budaya dan sejarah, dan Mesjid Agung Sang Cipta Rasa yang memiliki unsur budaya dan religi. Selanjutnya di Kabupaten Cirebon, ada 3 destinasi unggulan yang memiliki karakteristik budaya, religi dan sejarah, yaitu Trusmi (Budaya), Makam Sunan Gunung Jati dan Makam Talun (Sejarah dan Religi), Sunan Parung (Sejarah dan Religi), Museum Telaga Manggung (Sejarah), dan Rumah adat kasokandel (Budaya dan Religi). Sama juga halnya dengan Indramayu yang memiliki 3 unggukan destinasi wisata, yaitu Nadran (Budaya), Makam Raden Arya Wira Lodra (Religi), dan Kampung Adat Bumi Egandu Dayak Losarang (Budaya). Namun, di Kuningan memiliki 2 wisata unggulan yaitu Gedung perundingan Linggarjati (Sejarah) dan Taan Purbakala (Sejarah dan Budaya). Pola perjalanan untuk CIAYUMAJAKUNING secara umum, dari titik kedatangan awal di salah satu kota atau kabupaten yang termasuk dalam wilayah CIAYUMAJAKUNING sebagai pintu masuk yang juga menjadi destinasi wisata yang dikunjungi kemudian dilanjutkan melakukan aktifitas wisata didaerah lain dan kembali ke daerah asal melalui kota atau kabupaten lain yang bukan sebagai kota atau kabupaten yang menjadi titik awal kedatangan. Adapun pola perjalanan yang dibuat yaitu pola perjalanan Stop Over yaitu wisatawan berkunjung ke suatu destinasi utama, dimana selama perjalanan terdapat daya tarik wisata yang dikunjungi selama menuju atau kembali ke destinasi utamanya, pola ini diberi nama En Route Stop Over.

Abstract

Sisingaan performances are one manifestation of the results of cultural societies in which there is an auditive, visual, and text message. The research carried out semantic-semiotic and etnopedagogy studies on sisingaan performances in Subang Regency from a language perspective. The method used is descriptive qualitative and in dissecting this research the approaches were semantics, semiotics and ethnopedaogy. In language research, the sisingaan is known to experience a shift in meaning based on its function and existence. Sisingaan characterization is interpreted as a form of resistance to colonialism. The result showed that the denotation of Sisingaan itself was made from wood, yarn and so on. Then, the connotation stage sisingaan art evolves its meaning into something that is historically principle and very rich in philosophy. Sisingaan is interpreted as one of the ways to convey criticism and resistance to the invaders, this is indicated by the many writings in the media which regularly write that sisingaan is a symbol of resistance to invaders (Dutch and British). Society symbolizes sisingaan structure as symbols that have meaning, four people who guide sisingaan are symbolized as oppressed people, who are forced to submit to invaders, then sisingaan is symbolized as occupying power over the occupied territories, in this matter is the Subang district. Furthermore, the child who occupies the lion is symbolized as the young generation of the nation who will continue the resistance against the invaders and is predicted to become the leader of the nation.

Abstract

The implementation of tourism requires the ability of good service providers in terms of interacting with visitors.  Especially if the tourist destination is a destination that has the potential to receive guests/visitors from various nations. So in providing services to tourists, it is necessary to master English and Hospitality communication, which prioritizes hospitality. This study aims to determine the mastery of English and also the implementation of hospitality communication in museum guide services. The method used is descriptive qualitative by describing the depth of the data. Data collection was carried out in 3 ways: observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to 20 respondents consisting of museum guides and educators. The results of the study found that the guides' mastery of English in terms of the 4 speaking elements was in the "quite good" category with an average of 3.28. From the application of hospitality communication, it was found that museum guides had carried out courtesy in the excellent category with an average of 4.63 and an understanding of grooming in the good category with an average of 3.22.Â
