Abstract

This research is about the development of traditional culinary in the Lengkong sub-district as a tourist attraction. This research is expected to be able to explore local wisdom as traditional culinary to innovate into contemporary traditional culinary, so as to increase tourist attraction in the city of Bandung. The method used in this research is using descriptive qualitative method. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation studies. This study has several key informants, namely traditional food sellers in Lengkong Kecil, Head of Lengkong Tourism Activists (PWL), Head of RW 01 to Head of RW 04, Paledang Village, Lengkong District, Paledang Village Head and Lengkong Sub-District Head. The first step is conduct field observations and then to deepen the data, interviews are conducted. After obtaining sufficiently complete data, a documentation study was carried out to strengthen the data that had been collected. Based on the results of the analysis of tourist attraction through fulfilling the indicators of what to see, what to do, what to buy, what to arrive and what to stay, Lengkong Kecil traditional culinary has good potential. Meanwhile, from the SWOT analysis, alternative development strategies can be carried out through an aggressive strategy by maximizing opportunities to increase strength so that it can be concluded that alternative strategies and strategic priorities can be applied to the development of Lengkong Kecil traditional culinary.

Abstract

Lamajang village, has potential in tourism development both in terms of culture, agriculture, and unique tourist attractions. One of the important activities carried out in Lamajang Village is about cultural preservation, namely the Solokan Hajat Adat where this activity aims to express gratitude and gratitude. Researchers conducted research on these activities with the aim of knowing the process of implementing the Indigenous Hajat Solokan and efforts to preserve the Indigenous Hajat Solokan tradition which is used as a cultural tourist attraction. The research method used is a qualitative method with both primary and secondary data collection techniques, while both primary and secondary data collection is carried out by observation, interviews and documentation studies. Meanwhile, in analyzing data through the process of reduction, presentation and verification, primary data sources were obtained from the management of Lamajang Village, traditional leaders and community leaders and secondary data through the history book of the Cikondang Traditional House, journals regarding cultural preservation and sources relevant to the problems studied by the researchers. The results of the study concluded that the process ofimplementing the Solokan Hajat Adat had met the rules of a good event process, while in the preservation efforts for the protection element, the utilization of development had been fulfilled in the activity but there were still shortcomings, especially in the development element, it was not maximized because there was still a lack of involvement of the younger generation. With the existence of the local government as well as the community, the implementation of the Solokan Hajat Indigenous activities becomes mutual cooperation and goes well.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, peneliti mendapatkan beberapa destinasi wisata yang ada di daerah wilayah CIAYUMAJAKUNING. Namun, dari sekian banyak destinasi yang ada hanya ada beberapa destinasi yang dapat diunggulkan atau dikembangkan lebih lanjut. Dengan menetapkan destinasi wisata unggulan, maka fokus dari pola perjalanan akan lebih terarah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan wawancara dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak diantaranya pemeritah, industri, asosiasi serta masyarakat, tokoh masyarakat, dan lembaga swadaya masyarakat sehingga bentuk atau model pola perjalanan wisata sejarah, budaya dan religiyang dihasilkan adalah bentuk integrasi yang dapat memberikan multiflier effect (dampakberganda) di lintas sektor dimana pariwisata berperan sebagai leading sector. Adapun fokus destinasi wisata unggulan berdasarkan kajian dan pertimbangan yang ditetapkan sebagai berikut: ada 3 destinasi unggulan di Kota Cirebon, yaitu: Keraton Kesepuhan dan Keraton Kacirebonan yang cenderung terhadap budaya dan sejarah, dan Mesjid Agung Sang Cipta Rasa yang memiliki unsur budaya dan religi. Selanjutnya di Kabupaten Cirebon, ada 3 destinasi unggulan yang memiliki karakteristik budaya, religi dan sejarah, yaitu Trusmi (Budaya), Makam Sunan Gunung Jati dan Makam Talun (Sejarah dan Religi), Sunan Parung (Sejarah dan Religi), Museum Telaga Manggung (Sejarah), dan Rumah adat kasokandel (Budaya dan Religi). Sama juga halnya dengan Indramayu yang memiliki 3 unggukan destinasi wisata, yaitu Nadran (Budaya), Makam Raden Arya Wira Lodra (Religi), dan Kampung Adat Bumi Egandu Dayak Losarang (Budaya). Namun, di Kuningan memiliki 2 wisata unggulan yaitu Gedung perundingan Linggarjati (Sejarah) dan Taan Purbakala (Sejarah dan Budaya). Pola perjalanan untuk CIAYUMAJAKUNING secara umum, dari titik kedatangan awal di salah satu kota atau kabupaten yang termasuk dalam wilayah CIAYUMAJAKUNING sebagai pintu masuk yang juga menjadi destinasi wisata yang dikunjungi kemudian dilanjutkan melakukan aktifitas wisata didaerah lain dan kembali ke daerah asal melalui kota atau kabupaten lain yang bukan sebagai kota atau kabupaten yang menjadi titik awal kedatangan. Adapun pola perjalanan yang dibuat yaitu pola perjalanan Stop Over yaitu wisatawan berkunjung ke suatu destinasi utama, dimana selama perjalanan terdapat daya tarik wisata yang dikunjungi selama menuju atau kembali ke destinasi utamanya, pola ini diberi nama En Route Stop Over.

Abstract

The level of tourists visits at Museum of The Asia-Africa Conference (MKAA), Bandung had been fluctuated in the last 3 years from 2019-2022. The factor that influenced this fluctuation were the Covid-19 Pandemic over the past few years which decreased the level of tourists visits, also, as well as the tourists perception about the service of MKAA. The purpose of this study was to determine visitor perceptions, Instagram social media, visiting decisions and find out the influence between visitor perceptions and Instagram social media on the decision to visit The Museum of Asia-African Conference. This research was conducted at Museum of The Asia-Africa Conference with number of sample at 100 respondents taken from the population. This study conducted in descriptive, verifiable and multiple linear regression methods, counted by using SPSS 25.0 software. As results of research, visitor perception is in the "Very good" category, Instagram social media is in the "Very good" category, and visiting decisions are in the "Very good" category. This research also found that visitors' perceptions influenced at 26.7% on the visiting decisions. Whilst the Instagram social media affected the visiting decisions for 23.3%. Simultaneously, visitors' perceptions and Instagram social media influenced the visiting decisions at 50%. The better the visitors’ perception and Instagram social media managed by The Museum of The Asia-Africa Conference, the higher tourists’ visiting decisions to The Museum of Asia-Africa Conference (MKAA) Bandung.
