Abstract

Kalimantan Selatan merupakan kawasan yang sebagian besarnya adalah lingkungan lahan basah, terlebih lagi Kabupaten Banjar tempat di mana hulu sungai Martapura berada. Tentu saja di saat musim hujan tiba sebagian wilayah Kabupaten Banjar terjadi bencana banjir akibat luapan DAS Martapura. Salah satu tempat yang sering terjadi banjir adalah Desa Pakauman Kecamatan Martapura Timur. Selain faktor alam, faktor manusia juga sangat mempengaruhi terjadinya bencana banjir yang terus menerus terjadi setiap tahunnya. Mengenai faktor ulah manusia berupa penggunaan lahan tidak mempertimbangkan karakteristik bentang alam, Kabupaten Banjar menjadi salah satu wilayah Yang terkena dampak banjir dari penggunaan lahan yang tidak mempertimbangkan karakteristik bentang lahan yang membuat kondisi alam Kabupaten Banjar rusak, sebaiknya pemerintah juga memberikan edukasi pada masyarakat untuk selalu menjaga alam. Dengan analisis dari data yang kami kumpulkan dari berbagai sumber dapat di simpukan, kebanyakan lahan hutan di Kabupaten Banjar di gunakan untuk perkebunan kelapa sawit dan pertambangan batu bara. Untuk menanggulangi bencana banjir ini, Pemerintah perlu membuat mitigasi bencana banjir dengan penataan wilayah permukiman warga dan membentuk bendungan Riam Kiwa untuk menampung air hujan agar daerah aliran sungai Martapura tidak meluap.

Abstract

In 2022, the evaluation of the Family Intervention Program in Indonesia’s public health sector showed a realization rate of 45.14% of the 50% target. This highlights the need to strengthen human resources to improve program performance. This meta-analysis examined the effects of leadership, competence, and work environment on the performance of health service employees in Indonesia. A total of 1,798 studies were identified, and 13 met inclusion criteria using the PRISMA method and were appraised with the JBI instrument. Data were analyzed using JASP 0.17.2.1 to estimate effect sizes via forest and funnel plots. Results indicated that leadership (p < 0.001; ES = 0.195), competence (p < 0.001; ES = 0.223), and work environment (p = 0.008; ES = 0.228) each significantly affected employee performance. The work environment had the largest overall influence. Strengthening these factors is essential to enhance the performance of Indonesia’s health workforce.

Abstract

Land cover change is an important indicator of environmental dynamics because it is closely associated with ecological function alteration, ecosystem degradation, and the sustainability of land resource utilization. Mataraman District, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan, has experienced rapid expansion of oil palm plantations and mining activities that potentially affect environmental conditions and landscape structure. However, spatial information regarding the location, extent, and direction of land cover change remains limited, highlighting the need for more detailed information to support environmental monitoring and regional management. This study aimed to develop spatial information on land cover change from 2020 to 2025 using Sentinel-2 imagery and the Random Forest algorithm within the Google Earth Engine platform. The analysis was conducted through land cover classification, change detection, and transition matrix approaches to identify changes in area, spatial distribution, and conversion patterns among land cover classes. The results showed that secondary forest decreased by 6,026.04 ha (-30.22%), while oil palm plantations and mining areas increased by 4,422.16 ha (+22.18%) and 1,606.97 ha (+8.06%), respectively. The largest land cover conversion occurred from secondary forest to oil palm plantations, covering 4,069.57 ha, followed by secondary forest to mining areas, covering 1,537.75 ha. Change status analysis indicated that approximately 8,736.12 ha, or 44% of the total area of Mataraman District, experienced land cover change during the observation period. The spatial information generated provides a detailed representation of land cover dynamics and can serve as a supporting reference for environmental monitoring, land-use evaluation, and more adaptive regional management in response to land use change.
