Abstract

A city with a cultural identity (tourism) which becomes a collective spirit so that it is able to move the pulse of trade, services and education. This scheme was realized through the commitment to the birth of Surakarta City Regional Regulation (Perda) Number 5 of 2017 concerning the Implementation of Tourism Businesses. The regional regulation strengthens Surakarta City as a city with a cultural and tourism identity with various potentials. With a variety of good capital history, destinations, agro to spirituality that can be an attraction for tourists. Various agendas to encourage and make tourism a joint effort to promote regional potential are carried out at the same time that tourism is expected to have a broad economic impact. Preliminary findings in several studies show that tourism agendas managed on the basis of inter-regional partnerships have become policy nodes between local governments, one of which is in the form of Regional Regulations (Perda).

Abstract

Law plays an active role as something that can determine human behavior that deviates from the rule of law. The cause of the law not working well is due to low public awareness of the law itself. Legal causes are irrelevant to the reality of society because existing laws are formed from the will of the elite (rulers), while society is the target object. In fact, in order for the law to apply responsively, the law must be formed from the realities that live in society. The results of the study can be concluded that the use of a sociological perspective in analyzing legal issues (legal sociology), namely: sociology of law is useful to provide the ability to understand law in a social context, mastery of the concepts of sociology of law can provide the ability to conduct an analysis of the effectiveness of law in society, both as a means of social control, a means of changing society and a means of regulating social interaction, in order to achieve certain social conditions, and provide the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of law in society.

Abstract

Village Owned Enterprises or Joint Village Owned Business Entities are economic institutions whose approach is expected to be able to move the wheels of the economy in the village. By implementing various kinds of procedures and the composition of structural officials and their duties and responsibilities that have been regulated in regional regulations, it is hoped that they can explore the potentials that exist in each sub-district so that they can improve people's welfare. If a village or business entity owned by a joint village administration is carried out, the settlement or dismissal will be carried out with the procedures stipulated in the regional regulation, with all decisions regarding planning, management, and evaluation remaining under the umbrella of joint deliberations.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the tasks of a country with high underage marriages. This study aims to describe the legal sociology review of underage marriages and to describe the factors that cause underage marriages. This study examines further the problems that occur in underage marriages in a sociological review of law. By using a juridical-normative approach with a qualitative research type with a descriptive concept, the data source used is secondary data related to this research. presentation of data based on a theoretical framework. Data collection techniques with literature study. Data analysis techniques with deductive methods. In view of the sociology of underage marriage law there are still many problems, one of which is due to the dispensation provided by the law. Government commitment is needed to reinforce the practice of underage marriages.

Abstract

The village head is assisted by village officials, to carry out their roles and functions in building and administering village government. The politicization in the preparation of the formation of the Bantul Regency Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2020 Concerning Pamong Kalurahan is a study of the Governor of the Special Region of Yogyakarta Regulation Number 25 of 2019 concerning Guidelines for Institutional Privileges Affairs in Regency/City and Kalurahan Governments. Regional regulations are one of the legal products, so the principles for their formation, application and enforcement must contain legal values in general, in the formation of the Bantul Regency Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2020 concerning Pamong Kalurahan.

Abstract

The Regional Regulation of Kudus Regency, Kudus Regency Number 10 of 2015, in its implementation, has not been fully successful in implementing and realizing the principles of good governance. The approach method used in this study is sociological juridical with primary data and secondary data. The research results obtained are that the implementation of the Kudus Regency Regional Regulation of Kudus Regency Number 10 of 2015 concerning Discotheque Entertainment Business, Night Clubs, PUB, and Arrangement of Karaoke Entertainment is full of discriminatory actions considering that not all people in Kudus Regency are Muslim. In addition, the Kudus Regency Regional Regulation Number 10 of 2015 does not contain the principle of equality and participation. Implementation of the Regional Regulation, the local government has carried out outreach and warnings both verbally and in writing, the Regional Government has also carried out raids and even forced closure of business actors who are still determined to operate. At present the government continues to supervise so that the entertainment venues no longer operate.

Abstract

Football is a very popular sport in the world and even in Indonesia. The population of Indonesia, which is around 365 million, prefers This soccer sport compared to other sports. With such a large potential resource many are interested in making football a media or intermediary for various Messages and information, ranging from its role as a business medium to a political medium. Method This writing research is normative empirical, which is legal research on the application or implementation of normative legal provisions in action in every legal event certain that occurs in society. The main motive related to the setting of scores is money. Gambling syndicates with big capital dare to make a scenario related to the result of a match because They have a lot of money to play at many points. But it must be understood that as long as it does not meet certain elements that are regulated in a criminal manner The score cannot be included in the crime/criminal category but still injures Fair play. Three elements of the legal system, theory from Lawrence M. Friedman is a factor that affects law enforcement, namely the structural component, substance component, and Culture component or legal culture. Law enforcers must be proactive in doing law enforcement of match-fixing because in essence the score arrangement or Bribery in the Speak Ball match is a general offense.

Abstract

Klatak satay is a unique satay and can only be found in Yogyakarta. The klatak satay, typical of Bantul Regency, is made from chunks of goat meat skewered with an iron rod. The meat is covered in a special simple concoction of spices such as garlic and salt. After that, satay grilled over charcoal is a culinary variation that is present in the midst of a culture in Bantul Regency. The author conducted qualitative research with a descriptive approach that aims to explore data related to community strategies in developing sate klatak culinary tourism in Bantul Regency. The informants in this study are visitors, sellers, and the local government. Collecting data in this study using three ways, namely, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research from the trader's strategy in developing culinary satay klatak, which is a creative strategy by finding promoting ideas on social media, showing the advantages of oyster products based on arts and crafts, and highlighting tourism based on natural beauty. The impact of the roasted oyster seller strategy in Bantul Regency is the economic impact.
