Abstract

This study aims to examine the development of zakat accountability research literature in Indonesia in 2017–2021. This study uses secondary data in the form of journal articles in the economic field, which are categorized as Sinta 2, 3, and 4, so that 39 research articles related to zakat accountability in Indonesia are obtained. The research method used is a literature review with a content analysis approach. The results of the research show that the publication of zakat accountability research articles will increase in 2020. Yogyakarta Muhammadiyah University is an affiliated institution with the most publications. The use of quantitative and qualitative research methods is almost the same, which is dominated by descriptive analysis, SEM-PLS, and regression. Financial accountability is the most researched topic related to the dimensions of zakat accountability. This research contributes to the mapping of zakat accountability research in Indonesia so that it becomes input for further research. Keywords: Accountability, Zakat, Zakat Institutions, Literature Review

Abstract

Cardiovascular disease ranks among the primary causes of mortality in Indonesia.  An expedient and precise diagnostic method is crucial, particularly in primary healthcare settings such as Klinik Mitra Lewo, which face constraints on medical personnel.  This research aims to develop a web-based expert system using the Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) methodology to support preliminary diagnosis of heart disease based on a patient's symptom history.  The CBR approach functions by juxtaposing new patient symptoms with historical cases via the stages of Retrieve, Reuse, Revise, and Retain.  This system is developed using an Object-Oriented Software Engineering (OOSE) methodology and implemented in PHP using the CodeIgniter framework.  System testing employs black-box testing techniques to verify that each functionality satisfies user requirements.  The research findings demonstrate that the system can offer pertinent initial diagnostic recommendations and assist medical professionals in decision-making.  Consequently, an expert system can be a valuable asset in healthcare, especially when medical resources are constrained.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem rekomendasi mobil listrik berbasis metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk membantu konsumen memilih mobil yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Sistem ini mempertimbangkan berbagai kriteria, seperti harga, kapasitas baterai, dan fitur kendaraan, dengan pendekatan berbasis bobot yang mencakup kriteria biaya (cost) dan manfaat (benefit). Data penelitian diperoleh melalui studi literatur dengan menelaah berbagai sumber referensi yang relevan. Metode SAW digunakan untuk menganalisis alternatif berdasarkan normalisasi matriks keputusan, sehingga memungkinkan perbandingan nilai antar-alternatif dalam skala yang setara. Penelitian ini menggunakan 22 nama mobil listrik dari berbagai merek di Indonesia sebagai alternatif. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa sistem dan perhitungan manual menghasilkan nilai yang sama, dengan nilai tertinggi sebesar 0,793333 yang diraih oleh mobil listrik Mifa 9 dari merek Maxus. Kesamaan ini membuktikan bahwa penelitian memiliki tingkat akurasi 100%. Sistem rekomendasi yang dirancang tidak hanya mempermudah konsumen dalam memilih mobil listrik, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada percepatan adopsi kendaraan ramah lingkungan di Indonesia. Dengan hasil ini, penelitian diharapkan mampu menjadi landasan pengembangan sistem pendukung keputusan yang lebih efisien di masa mendatang.
