Stroke is a clinical syndrome that early onset of sudden, progressive, fast form of vocal or global neurological deficit lasting 24 hours or directly cause death. The prevalence of stroke in Indonesia is increasing every year, by 7.0 to 12.1 per 1000 population from 2013-2014. Datain Neurosurgery Clinic DR. M. Djamil Padang, the number of stroke patients in the Neurology Clinic in the last 3 month last from May until July 2022, there were 152 people.. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Family Relations and Motivation with compliance visits in Neurosurgery Clinic DR. M. Djamil Padang This types of research is descriptive analytic with cross sectional studied design. This research has been conducted on the space clinical Neural DR. M. Djamil Padang in November 2022. Total population of 152 people, the total sample of 60 respondents, data retrieval time from September until November 2022 with Accidental Sampling technique. Data is processed in a computerized and analyzed by univariate from of frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using chi-square test (p-value ≤ 0,05). The result showed more than half of patients had a compliance visited (53,3%), the role of the family (71,7%), motivation (56,7%). The existence of a significant association between family roles (p=0,002), and the relationship of motivations with compliance visits (p=0,001). Suggested to the departement of health workes DR. M. Djamil Padang to provide health information to patients who visited the clinic and gived direction to the patients family to get involved in assisting patients in treatment

Babies with low birth weight (LBW) is still a problem throughout the world because it is a cause of illness and death in the newborn period. The prevalence of LBW estimated 15% of all births in the world with a limit of 3.3% -38% and is more common in developing countries or low socio-economic. Objective knows Overview Risk Factors Genesis low birth weight (LBW) in RSUD.dr.Rasidin Padang in the Year 2016 in dr. Rasidin Padang in 2023 there were 47 mothers who give birth to babies with low birth weight. This type of research is descriptive to see an overview of a study. This study was conducted in mei 2023 until juni 2023 in hospitals Dr.Rasidin Padang, the samples in the study were 47 respondents, data collection techniques are data from hospital medical records, sample collection technique Total Sampling technique. Data processing techniques with editing, coding, data entry, tabulating, cleaning and data analysis with univariate analysis. From the results, the risk of maternal age (59.6%), risk parity (55.3%), the risk of birth spacing (61.7%) of risk factors that affect the incidence of low birth weight. There is a description of risk factors at birth mothers with LBW.

Based on data from the Ministry of Health, 5.2% of school-age children experience a decrease in their concentration and interest in learning, a decrease in their interest in learning and is expected to double every 5 years to reach more than 45%. Report of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Padang City for the 2022/2023 school year Kartika Middle School 1-6 is one of the private junior high schools in the city of Padang ranked 30 out of other private junior high schools in the city of Padang.Objective this researchto determine the relationship between sleep quality and student concentration at SMP 1-6 Kartika Padang in2023. Research and data collection were conducted at Kartika 1-6 Middle School from February to June 2023 with a sample of 66 respondents, the sampling technique usedTotal Sampling. The data obtained were analyzed univariately with a frequency distribution and bivariately with statistical testsWho Square. The results of the univariate variable showed poor learning concentration (55%) and poor sleep quality (62%). Based on the results of statistical tests, there is a significant relationship between sleep quality and learning concentration p=0.02(p<0.05). It can be concluded that there is a relationship between sleep quality and student learning concentration at SMP 1-6 Kartika Padang. It is suggested that this research is used as basic data for the development of school policies on student learning concentration that is affected by poor sleep quality. Juvenile delinquency is currently increasing. Data from the West Sumatra Education Office has the highest prevalence of juvenile delinquencyat almost70%, ranking second after brawls between students. The purpose of this study was to the relationship betwen family support with juvenile delinquency at SMKN 1 Padang.This research was conducted with quantitative methods. The research was conducted at SMK N 1 Padang in February-mart 2024. The research population was 1,017 students in grades 1 and 2. The sampling technique is proportional random sampling with a total sample of 91 students.The results showed more than half (53.8) juvenile delinquency occurred,morethan half (64.8%) family support were not concerned, more thanhalf (61.5%) There is a significant relationship between family support pv=0.002. It is hoped that it will be even more enhanced to makeregulations that can preventteenagers from doing things thatarenotgood suchas truancy, brawls andtighteningdisciplinemore, givingsanctions to those who break the rules such as summoning parents of teenagers who have problems and as well as teacher sanctions to prevent them no mischief occurred. The incidence of breast cancer in the world is very high, reported that the incidence of breast cancer is 20% of all malignancies. This research used descriptive correlation by designed cross sectional study that was conducted in RSUP dr. M Djamil Padang from January-february 2024. The samples of this research were 44 peoples that consisted by postoperative lumbektomi and mastektomi 1-3 days. Techniques of data collection were Primer data that gotten from Questioner research by respondent and secondary data were obtained from health workers. The data processed by computerized and the data analyzed by univariate analysis with frequency distribution and bivariate analysis of data with statistical test Chi-Square . The result of the study by 44 respondents who experienced pain level was as much as 19 peoples (43,2 %), and respondents who experienced anxiety level was as much as 32 peoples (72,7%). Bivariate analysis, obtained the result p > 0,05 it’s mean that there is no relationship anxiety level with the level of pain (p=0,118) in the RSUP dr. M. Djamil Padang 2024. Based on the result of the study are expected to the health workers to always giving motivation to each patients postoperative of breast cancer that they can they can through a sense of anxiety and pain they felt after the holding of the operation. Elderly as the final stage of the life cycle is often marked by conditions that are not in accordance with expectations, so that many experience depression. World Health Organization states that about 61.6% of the elderly experience depression. The prevalence of depression in the elderly in West Sumatra is 8.8% and 40% are in nursing homes. One of the non-pharmacological therapies is reminiscence therapy. This study aims to determine the effect of implementing reminiscence therapy on the level of depression in the elderly at PSTW Sabai Nan Aluih Sicincin in 2023. This type of research is a Quasi experiment with a pre-test and post-test group approach. This research was conducted at PSTW Sabai Nan Aluih Sicincin. This research was conducted from March to August 2023. The population was 110 elderly people and the sample was 10 elderly people with Purposive Sampling. The research instrument to measure the level of depression used the Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS). The results of the univariate study were obtained before reminiscence therapy, the level of depression in the elderly was 80.0% experiencing mild depression and 20.0% experiencing moderate depression. While after reminiscence therapy, the level of depression in the elderly was 20.0% experiencing mild depression and 80.0% in the normal range. The results of the bivariate study Data analysis using the t-test test, the value of α ≤ 0.05. The results of the study obtained a p value <α with the results of the pre-test and post-test calculations, the p value = 0.000. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the level of depression before and after reminiscence therapy. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence between reminiscence therapy on the level of depression in the elderly at the Sabai Nan Aluih Sicincin PSTW in 2023. It is recommended to the head of the PSTW that reminiscence therapy can be one of the programs in overcoming depression in the elderly. Keywords: depression; elderly; reminiscence therapy
