Abstract

This study aims to improve students' writing skills using pictures and pictures at MI Miftahul Mubtadiin Kedungwaru Kunduran Blora. This research method used the PTK approach and analysis by carrying out Cycle 1 and Cycle 1. The subjects of this research were teachers and 22 class III students consisting of 10 male students and 12 female students. II Research Results 1) The teacher's skills in learning to write descriptions by applying the Picture and Picture model have increased. In cycle I, the score was 31 with good criteria, and in cycle II, the score increased to 36 with very good criteria. 2) Student activity in learning to write descriptions by applying the Picture and Picture model has increased. In cycle I, the score was 25.8 with good criteria, and in cycle II, the score increased to 29.5 with good criteria. 3) Student learning outcomes in the form of descriptive writing skills have increased. In the first cycle of the second meeting the average value was 72 with a completeness percentage of 72%, in the second cycle of the second meeting the average value reached 80 with a completeness percentage of 94%. Based on these data, it can be seen that there is an increase in student learning outcomes from the beginning of cycle I to the end of cycle II. This has achieved a predetermined success indicator of classical learning completeness, namely 75% with KKM > 65 it is proven that the application of the Picture and Picture model can improve teacher skills, student activity, and student learning outcomes in the form of students' writing skills.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles in corporate law as an effort to optimize accountability and transparency within companies. GCG serves as a framework that ensures corporate management acts ethically and responsibly, while also complying with applicable laws and regulations. By applying GCG principles, companies can enhance stakeholder and investor trust, which in turn contributes to improved performance and corporate value. This research employs a normative legal approach and qualitative analysis of relevant secondary data sources. The analysis reveals that implementing GCG is not only essential to meet regulatory demands but also to build a transparent and accountable corporate culture, thereby reducing the risk of power abuse and enhancing the company’s reputation in the public eye.

Abstract

Permasalahan pengelolaan sampah plastik yang masih rendah kesadaran dan keterlibatan masyarakat menjadi isu penting yang perlu ditangani secara serius. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mendaur ulang limbah plastik menjadi produk bernilai ekonomis di lingkungan Banana Residence 2, Citayam, Kabupaten Bogor. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif dengan melibatkan aktif ibu-ibu setempat melalui pelatihan praktis pembuatan produk daur ulang seperti tempat sampah, kotak tisu, dan pot bunga dari botol dan galon plastik bekas. Kegiatan dilaksanakan oleh 9 mahasiswa PPG Universitas Indraprasta PGRI pada 20 April 2025, dimulai dari observasi, perencanaan, pelatihan, hingga evaluasi dengan pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam pengelolaan limbah plastik, serta terciptanya produk kerajinan yang menarik dan memiliki potensi nilai jual. Program ini diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan perilaku ramah lingkungan yang berkelanjutan dan membuka peluang ekonomi baru bagi masyarakat.
