Abstract

The study is conducted to identify the direct and indirect connections of the financial and data security of people who target the use of fintech and their impact on the development of umkm in the city of gorontalo. The study USES a quantitative method. The methods of data collection used in the study are carried out through field observation, disseminating questionnaires, interviews, documentation and literature studies. As for the population in this research is the entire umkm perpetrator in the city of gorontalo with a withdrawal sample using sampling clusters. The data analysis technique used in the research is a path analysis technique with the help of version 24 of SPSS software. The study shows that (1) financial literacy has a positive and significant impact on the use of fintech in the food industry in north gorontalo city. (2) data security has a positive and significant impact on fintech use of the food industry in the north city of gorontalo. (3) indirect financial literacy has a positive and significant impact on the development of umkm through fintech in the development of the food industry in the north city of gorontalo. (4) indirect data security has an adverse positive impact on the development of umkm through fintech at the food industry in the north city of gorontalo. (5) fintech has a positive and significant impact on developers.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah tingkat suku bunga deposito berjangka berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan jumlah nasabah pada PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk Cabang Marisa Kabupaten Pohuwato. Metode penelitian yang diguankan menggunakan survei kuesioner dengan alat analisis regresi sederhana, responden pada penelitianini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk Cabang Marisa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat suku bunga berjangka berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan jumlah nasabah tidak sepenuhnya diterima dengan nilai thitung -2.583 > ttabel 2,120 thitung dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,019 < 0,05. Kata Kunci: Tingkat Suku Bunga Deposito Berjangka, Peningkatan Jumlah Nasabah

Abstract

Pengaruh Sistem Pengendalian Manajemen terhadap Efektivitas Pengelolaan Anggaran pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Pohuwato.Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai adalah menganalisis pengaruh pengaruh sistem pengendalian manajemen berupa Struktur dan proses pengendalian manajemen baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan anggaran pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Pohuwato. Berangkat dari hasil pembahasan, maka penelitian adalah : 1) Sistem pengendalian manajemen (Struktur pengendalian manajemen) secara parsial berpengaruh positif sebesar 19,3% namun tidak signifikan terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan anggaran pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Pohuwato. 2) Sistem pengendalian manajemen (proses pengendalian manajemen) secara parsial berpengaruh positif sebesar 68,5% dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan anggaran pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Pohuwato. 3) Sistem pengendalian manajemen (Struktur dan proses pengendalian manajemen) secara simultan berpengaruh positif sebesar 75,8% dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan anggaran pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Pohuwato.

Abstract

Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT J & T Express Drop Point Duhiada’a di Kabupaten Pohuwato”. Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk melakukan analisis sehingga dapat mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. J & T Express Drop Point Duhiada’a Kabupaten Pohuwato. Untuk menganalisis data primer dalam memecahkan pokok permasalahan yang diteliti; yaitu pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, maka digunakan metode analisis adalah analisis regresi sederhana, analisis korelasi dan uji signifikan. Berangkat dari hasil olaha data analisis data kuantitatif, maka penelitian yang dilakukan pada PT. J & T Express Drop Point Duhiada’a Kabupaten Pohuwato ditemukan Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif sebesar 0,643 dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. J & T Express Drop Point Duhiada’a Kabupaten Pohuwato.

Abstract

This article explores how businesses must transform to stay relevant and competitive in the digital economy. With the adoption of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, data analytics and automation, companies can improve operational efficiency and deliver superior services. However, digital transformation demands not only technological readiness, but also organisational culture change and human resource skill development. On the other hand, businesses that fail to adjust risk losing market share amid intensifying competition. The article also highlights the importance of government support and equitable access to technology for all levels of society and businesses to ensure that all parties can enjoy the benefits of the digital economy.

Abstract

This study examines the integral role of market analysis, market segmentation, and brand positioning in designing effective marketing strategies to meet consumer needs and preferences in an era of global competition characterised by digital disruption and cultural heterogeneity. Through a literature review method, the study found that market analysis—using the PESTEL, Porter's Five Forces, and big data AI-based SWOT frameworks—serves as a predictive foundation for identifying opportunities in emerging Southeast Asian markets such as Indonesia, with an e-commerce CAGR of 25%. while the integration of demographic-geographic-psychographic-behavioural segmentation with brand positioning, such as Unilever sachets or Patagonia eco-activists, increases campaign relevance by up to 50%, brand loyalty, and ROI through glocalisation and hyper-personalisation. The conclusion emphasises that the synergy of these three elements is essential for local companies to compete globally by 2025, with recommendations for implementing NVivo for thematic analysis and an adaptive STP framework to adapt to AR-social commerce trends.
