Abstract

Purpose The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of financial literacy and risk tolerance on generation Z's stock investment interest in the digital era. Methodology This research includes survey research. The population in this study were Mercu Buana University students who were of productive age range (17-26 years) with a sample of 46 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires. The data analysis techniques in this research are Instrument Testing, Structural Model or Hypothesis Testing (Inner Model), Measurement Evaluation (Outer Model) and Hypothesis Testing. Findings The research results show that: (1) Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on generation Z's investment interest in the capital market; (2) Risk Tolerance has a positive and significant effect on generation Z's investment interest in the capital market. Suggestion Advice to investors and generation Z who intend to invest, they need to pay attention to risks and understand finances.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze differences in CR, DER, NPM, TATO on the financial performance of telecommunications companies in Indonesia during Covid 19. The population used in the research is telecommunications sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method uses purposive sampling technique. The data collection method is using secondary data originating from financial reports that have been published by the company via the official website www.idx.co.id. This research proves that Covid-19 does not cause the financial performance of telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) to increase or decrease significantly, whether seen from the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM). ), Total Asset Turnover Ratio (TATO). However PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. is the best company since Covid-19 because of the number of people consuming internet packages at PT. Telecommunications continues to improve. This result can be seen from the Net Profit Margin (NPM) ratio, where the net profit of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. continue to increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work skills, work environment & leadership style on employee performance at LG Electronics Indonesia PT-Head Office in South Jakarta. LG Electronics is a multinational company from South Korea. LG Electronics is the second largest South Korean company in the field of electronic devices and the third largest in the world in the field of manufacturing similar devices. With the existence of LG Electronics Indonesia PT. The Head Office in South Jakarta certainly needs to be developed to improve employee performance so as to assist the company in achieving the company's vision and mission. This research includes causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 30 people in the study. The sample technique used is the incidental saturated technique so that a sample of 30 people is obtained. Data were collected by using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that work skills, work environment and leadership style have a significant positive effect on employee performance at LG Electronics PT. Head Office in South Jakarta.

Abstract

This study explores the effectiveness of influencer marketing on social media, with a focus on Instagram, by examining the impact of high-quality information and influencer credibility on consumer purchase intentions. Using a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), the research analyzes data from 216 respondents to assess the relationships between information quality, source credibility, sponsorship disclosure, information usefulness, and purchase intention. The findings reveal that high-quality information significantly influences information usefulness, which in turn, affects information adoption and ultimately impacts purchase intention. Notably, information adoption mediates the relationship between information usefulness and purchase intention, though its effect size is relatively modest. The results suggest that while sponsorship disclosure might influence perceptions, credible influencers who provide valuable content can effectively drive consumer engagement and purchasing decisions. Marketers are advised to collaborate with reputable influencers and ensure regular updates of high-quality content to maximize the impact on consumer behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, kebijakan dividen, dan kebijakan utang terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2021-2024. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 8 perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kepustakaan. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa ROA berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap PBV, sedangkan DPR dan DER tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PBV

Abstract

Isu mengenai pemanasan global menjadi salah satu yang paling sering dibicarakan saat ini. Kerusakan alam ini paling banyak disebabkan oleh konsumerisme yang akan meningkatkan jumlah sampah, maka dari itu Usaha Kecil Mikro dan Menengah (UMKM) saat ini juga harus  mulai meyesuaikan diri dengan isu pemanasan global dan penggunaan produk ramah lingkungan yang marak digaungkan saat ini. Saat ini masyarakat Indonesia pun semakin peduli pada isu lingkungan dan banyak yang mulai menggunakan produk berbasis eco-friendly atau ramah lingkungan. Salah satu contoh   produk eco-friendly adalah kemasan produk ramah lingkungan. Sejumlah UMKM dan perusahaan besar sudah mulai menjadikan produk ramah lingkungan sebagai salah satu daya tarik produk mereka. Pasalnya, makin banyak orang memahami dan membeli produk dalam kemasan yang bisa didaur ulang dan membantu bumi menjadi hijau kembali. Produk ramah lingkungan berarti produk yang dibuat tanpa memberikan dampak buruk bagi lingkungan karena pilihan bahan yang tidak beresiko buruk bagi lingkungan. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di kelurahan Kota Bambu Selatan- Palmerah Jakarta Barat dengan target audiens adalah pelaku usaha UMKM di sekitar wilayah kelurahan Kota Bambu Selatan sebanyak 60 orang pelaku usaha. Dari kegiatan PkM ini diharapkan para pelaku usaha mempunyai perspektif baru tentang bagaimana bersaing di era digital yang penuh dengan tantangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, dan Sales Growth terhadap Financial Distress pada sub sektor Retail Trade yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2020. Populasi dalam penelitiam ini adalah 27 perusahaan. Teknik Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan didapatkan 8 perusahaan sebagai sampel yang memenuhi kriteria. Data penelitian diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang lebih tepat digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Random Effect. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel Current Ratio memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Financial Distress, Debt to Equity Ratio memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Financial Distress, Return On Asset yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Financial Distress, dan Sales Growth memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Financial Distress.
