Abstract

An assessment of the success of a college is if the student's graduation rate is on time and high every year. The timeliness of students' graduation can be influenced by several factors. This study aims to determine the profile of the students who graduated both on time and not on time given a certain graduation predicate set by the institution and to know the factors influencing students’ gradution. The model used in this study using the NBC to determine the graduation pattern and the Decision tree to determine the influencing factors. In calculating the NBC algorithm using rapidminer, it was found that the profiles of students who graduated on time and late with the predicate of less satisfactory, satisfactory, very satisfactory and cumlaude. In the Desicion Tree calculation, the highest gain values are obtained in the IPK3, IPS1 and IPK2 attributes. This research needs to be developed further by increasing the number of attributes and data, and it is necessary to make a system to determine the accuracy of students’ graduation from the patterns that have been produced so that it can help universities to increase the level of students’ graduation every year.

Abstract

The success of universities in managing learning standards can be seen from the number of students who can graduate with high predicates and on time. The graduation predicate of a student is influenced by several factors. This study aims to find out the profile of students who graduated with a set predicate and what are the factors that influence it. The method used in this study is the Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining CRISP-DM by utilizing the Naïve Bayes algritma in looking for graduate predicate patterns and Decision Tree in looking for causative factors. In the calculations using the NBC algorithm it was found that the profiles of students who passed the predicate were less satisfactory, satisfactory, very satisfactory and with praise . In the Desicion Tree calculation, the highest gain value is obtained at the attributes of IPK4, IPS5 and IPK5. The factors that most influence graduation are the cumulative achievement index in semesters 4 and 5 and the achievement index in semester 5. The pattern of graduating with predicate can be known from the second year of the incoming student to the third year. This research needs to be developed again by increasing the number of attributes and data, and it is necessary to create a system for determining student graduation predicates from the patterns that have been produced in order to help universities to improve the quality of student graduation in each period.

Abstract

Sumber daya perikanan dan kelautan Kabupaten Pati sangat baik. Ini mencakup perairan pesisir yang panjangnya ± 60 km dan lebarnya 4 mil dari pantai ke laut. Namun, tidak ada sistem yang dapat memberikan pembudidaya atau penduduk Pati informasi tentang lahan budidaya di sekitar Kabupaten Pati. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu masyarakat dan pengguna memahami berbagai jenis ikan, termasuk pembenihan dan pembesaran. Selain itu, penelitian akan mencatat tempat, jarak, dan waktu yang diperlukan untuk mencapainya. Pembuatan SIG pemetaan budidaya perikanan dan kelautan ini menggunakan metode Waterfall. Pengumpulan data didapatkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan penelitian literatur. Terdapat 21 kecamatan dengan populasi rumah tangga perikanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi SIG untuk pemetaan perikanan budidaya dan perikanan laut di Kabupaten Pati dapat digambarkan dalam peta, dengan memanfaatkan GPS untuk menemukan rute menuju lokasi.

Abstract

The various technological inventions and computing techniques that facilitate human work in the era of globalization are a sign of technological growth. One example is the Decision Support System (DSS), which helps decision makers use models and data to solve unstructured problems. With the need for decision making that produces consistent and fast decisions, this DSS must be chosen to meet current business needs quickly and measurably Universities or colleges still use intuition, analysis, calculations, and rules to choose the best graduates. Using the AHP decision support system is expected to help the college determine its best graduates accurately and effectively.

Abstract

Student satisfaction with academic services in the Independent Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) activities needs to be known and analyzed for the purposes of evaluating the learning process program. The Decision Tree Algorithm C4.5 is a data mining classification method that is suitable for predicting student satisfaction with academic services by producing a pattern or model of decision trees and decision rules. This study produced 3 decision rules with the 2 most influential aspects, namely tangible and reliability with an accuracy rate of 72.50% and an AUC value of 0.957 so that the data classification value was categorized as very good. And the development of a prediction application to facilitate the prediction of satisfaction with academic services in the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka program.Keyword: Student Satisfaction; Academic Services; Decision Tree C4.5 AbstrakKepuasan mahasiswa terhadap layanan akademik dalam kegiatan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) perlu diketahui dan dianalisis untuk keperluan evaluasi program proses pembelajaran. Algoritme Decision Tree C4.5 merupakan metode klasifikasi data mining yang cocok untuk memprediksi kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap layanan akademik dengan menghasilkan sebuah pola atau model pohon keputusan dan rule keputusan. Dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan 3 rule keputusan dengan 2 aspek yang paling berpengaruh yaitu tangible dan reability dengan tingkat akurasi 72,50% dan nilai AUC 0.957 sehingga nilai klasifikasi data dikategorikan sangat baik. Dan pengembangan aplikasi prediksi untuk memudahkan prediksi kepuasan terhadap layanan akademik dalam program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM).

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in Indonesia's economy by contributing significantly to GDP and job creation. With the advancement of information technology, the use of data is becoming increasingly important to enhance product management effectiveness for MSMEs operating online. Through the utilization of data, MSMEs can track inventory in real-time, avoid overstocking, and better understand customer preferences and behavior. Additionally, optimizing the supply chain can reduce operational costs, while data-driven decision-making ensures that strategies are more accurate and responsive to market dynamics. Efforts to improve customer experience through more personalized services can also strengthen customer loyalty. Therefore, data has become a vital tool in supporting the growth and competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital age.   ABSTRAK UMKM memiliki peranan krusial dalam ekonomi Indonesia dengan memberikan andil besar terhadap PDB serta dalam penciptaan lapangan kerja. Dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi, penggunaan data semakin penting untuk meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen produk bagi UMKM yang berjalan di dunia daring. Melalui pemanfaatan data, UMKM dapat melacak persediaan secara langsung, menghindari penumpukan barang, serta lebih memahami selera dan perilaku pelanggan. Selain itu, pengoptimalan rantai distribusi dapat menurunkan biaya operasional, sementara keputusan yang didasarkan pada data memastikan bahwa strategi yang diambil lebih akurat dan responsif terhadap dinamika pasar. Usaha untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan melalui layanan yang lebih personal juga dapat memperkuat kesetiaan para konsumen. Oleh karena itu, data menjadi instrumen vital dalam mendukung kemajuan dan daya saing UMKM di zaman digital ini.

Abstract

This research compares SQL and NoSQL databases in terms of high scalability and data management efficiency. SQL, with its relational model and ACID principles, excels in data consistency and integrity, making it suitable for high-transaction applications such as financial and business systems. Conversely, NoSQL offers schema flexibility, horizontal scalability, and high performance in managing large, unstructured data, making it an ideal choice for modern applications like social media and e-commerce. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this research analyzes performance aspects, data models, transaction consistency, and response time based on various sources from 2018 to 2024. The findings indicate that SQL is more effective for structured data and high consistency needs, while NoSQL is more efficient in handling large data growth and dynamic workloads. In conclusion, database selection should be tailored to application needs, with SQL excelling in data integrity and NoSQL offering flexibility and scalability for modern applications. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membandingkan basis data SQL dan NoSQL dalam hal skalabilitas tinggi dan efisiensi pengelolaan data. SQL, dengan model relasional dan prinsip ACID, unggul dalam konsistensi dan integritas data, sehingga ideal untuk aplikasi yang membutuhkan transaksi tinggi seperti sistem keuangan dan bisnis. Sebaliknya, NoSQL menawarkan fleksibilitas skema, skalabilitas horizontal, dan performa tinggi dalam pengelolaan data besar yang tidak terstruktur, menjadikannya pilihan ideal untuk aplikasi modern seperti media sosial dan e-commerce. Dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR), penelitian ini menganalisis aspek performa, model data, konsistensi transaksi, dan waktu respon berdasarkan berbagai sumber antara tahun 2018 hingga 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SQL lebih efektif untuk data terstruktur dan kebutuhan konsistensi tinggi, sementara NoSQL lebih efisien dalam menangani pertumbuhan data besar dan beban kerja dinamis. Kesimpulannya, pemilihan basis data harus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan aplikasi, di mana SQL unggul dalam integritas data dan NoSQL menawarkan fleksibilitas serta skalabilitas untuk aplikasi modern.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian Masyarakat ini menyelenggarakan program pelatihan yang terstruktur bagi pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Ungaran Barat. Metode pelaksanaan pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan yaitu analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan materi pelatihan, penyelenggaraan pelatihan, dan praktik langsung. Hasil Kegiatan dari kegiatan pengabdian yaitu terkait dengan pelaksanaan Pelatihan Pengelolaan Manajemen Keuangan Berbasis Sistem Informasi Pada Umkm Di Kabupaten Semarang. Materi yang diberikan meliputi pengenalan pencatatan sistem keuangan, manajemen keuangan, pengenalan sistem keuangan, praktek sederhana sistem keuangan. Bimbingan intensif dilakukan dalam praktisi pengelolaan keuangan secara sederhana berbasis sistem secara kelompok.

Abstract

The advancement of technology has driven progress across various professional fields, including the administrative activities of the Indonesian Midwives Association (IBI). One of the IBI branch offices in Semarang Regency still records visitor data manually, which poses several risks such as difficulties in retrieving archives, physical damage to logbooks, and reduced administrative efficiency. This study was conducted to provide a solution to these issues. The research employed the Waterfall method, consisting of analysis, design, implementation, and testing stages. The digital guestbook system was developed as a web-based application using PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and a MySQL database. The integration of semantic web technology enables more advanced data processing to support analysis and decision-making. Based on eleven test scenarios using black-box testing, the system achieved 100% validity. Furthermore, data search time improved significantly—by approximately 80–90% compared to traditional manual recording. The developed application has proven effective in increasing efficiency in managing visitor data.
